C’est mon troisième séjour de 4 semaines depuis 2020 dans cette hôtel. C’est une hôtel bien situé au centre-ville de Cancún, c’est sûr qu’il n’y a pas de piscine mais c’est tranquille dans un quartier résidentiel en forme de croissant et un excellent réseau internet sécurisé. Presque tout à moins de 10 minutes de l’hôtel incluant un Walmart. À 5 minutes pour aller prendre l’autobus pour la zone hôtelière et pour le retour, l’arrêt d’autobus est à deux minutes de l’hôtel.

great location. Close to ADO terminal maybe 15 min walk and tgere is a night market which was 7 mins, and stores.Staff were really poilite and friendly. breakfast was cheaper than eating outside. you can give 200 mxn deposit to grt a locker. they clean the house everyday. laundry service was really good , deponds on the size of clothes.AC And Fan was available. the only issue we had was the hot water was for limited time. but the water even after that was nolc but not hot .

There is a tiny store across the street for snacks & sodas, and multiple restaurants and larger stores within a 10-15 minute walk. Es un hotel muy pequeño y comfortable y limpio, el comedor solo ofrece desayunos todas las opciones son muy recomendables, el personal muy amable dispuesto a auxiliar al huesped siempre. Centrico, aunque no tiene el nombre visible, es un edificio azul un poco escondido destaca con mucho del resto de los demas por su jardin tan bien cuidado tiene muchas plantas al frente. Aunque no esta propiamente cerca de otros servicios urbanos es super recomendado por su servicio al huesped.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. My bed was full of ants that kept biting/stinging me all night and I woke up with one on me. The property is old and the towel bar and shower head was rusted. I told the staff about the ants and they told me they had to determine what bug it was first before offering a discount as it that matters when you have any critters on you. They only offered 100 pesos back because they said their nightly rate was low. I paid 880 pesos and this hotel based on my stay is worth 400 pesos per night. I only stayed one night but that was too much even. I felt as though bugs were on me all day after that experience.

El hotel esta muy bien si lo que buscas es solo llegar y descanzar. En mi cuarto no habia señal de television. Agua siempre es fria. El desyuno esta normal. Nada destacable, de esperarse por los 100 pesos que cobra. El personal lo mejor. Siempre muh amable. El cuarto tenia un cierto olor a que la limpieza de las camas no es la mejor, se sentia olor a sudor y a que las sabanas no estaban labadas. De ahi en mas, esta a 10 minutos el ADO caminando. En general le pondria un 7.

Pretty nice basic hotel for the price. Quiet location close to restaurants, walmart etc. The beds were pretty firm though. Friendly staff. They have a restaurant and nice sitting area.

Lovely staff and very clean room, but difficult to find at night. Cold showers and breakfast, not included, was just so so. I think if we had arrived by day and not had to depend on Google maps, which simply could not find the location, tucked away as it was with minimal signage, I may have had a better experience. The price was decent, but don’t expect much for this price in Cancún.

Situé près de tout.Tous ces trajets sont à pied pour le temps spécifié : Autobus local R-1, R-2 vers la zone hôtelière pour aller à la plage à quatre minutes de l'hôtel, l'hôtel est situé en zone résidentiel (croissant), maximum de15 minutes du terminus d'autobus ADO pour se rendre à l'aéroport et des villes comme México, Rivièra Maya, Mérida entre-autres.Moins de 15 minutes de Walmart, Office Depot, Moins de 30 minutes pour se rendre au Super Soriana près de la rue Kaba avec des magasins Outlet à deux rue en arrière du Super Soriana ou on peut se rendre près du Super Soriana en prenant l'autobus R-1 à deux minutes de l'hôtel. Restaurant à l'hôtel pour déjeuner, très bon prix. Activité dans un parc entre l'hôtel et le terminus d'autobus ADO, la fin de semaine familiale. Lit confortable, grande douche.

Très bien situé, propre et personnel attentionné. La cuisinette n’a pas de vaisselle. L’hotel m’a tout de même trouvé une assiette et un bol. Si vous voyagé au Mexique dans des hôtels peu cher. Prévoyez vous achetez des ustensiles a votre arrivée. C’est plus simple. On m’a prêté un parapluie le seul jour de pluie de mon séjour. C’est très apprécié.

This is a super-bargain hotel and you get what you pay for. Lukewarm dribbling shower water, no wash cloths, two towels, no bedside lamps, safe with no key, kitchenette is literally a sink and a fridge nothing else, really old fixtures. But the room had a working mini split, was super clean, and had a shower, beds, blackout blinds, and a TV, which for this trip is literally all I needed. Perfectly adequate if you are on a really tight budget. The staff were lovely.
