Very quiet and lovely and comfortable. Loved the room. The food wasn’t my thing but that might just be my own taste preference, it’s nice that it is available though I wouldn’t get the breakfast option next time. The gym was so convenient. Love that they had laundry although it took so many hours to clean and never fully dried so just be mindful of that and time if you decide to use the laundry

Really nice hotel in a great location. Bed is comfortable. Shower is a great size. And the quality of the gym was a bonus.

The parking was an issue. It should be highly noted parking is not available.

Great new hotel. 3 minute walk from the underground. It took us about a 20 minute ride to get to central London. We cooked some meals in our room to save some money. Local supermarkets are just a close walk away. Quiet neighborhood. Cafe is great for a quick breakfast. The gym is excellent if running in the cold London park is too much for you.

Nice hotel, parking will be tricky on anything other than a Saturday evening through Sunday, but there is a tiny pay and display car park round the corner by the green.

The 2pm check out time was ideal and feels generous, one of the main reasons we selected this for our stay. The other reason was the kitchenette which was handy. The windows and window seat in our room (studio) made it feel roomy and comfortable to work remotely from the room as an alternative to the coworking cafe space in the lobby. The lifts were not working and on two week days I did not see any attempts to repair or service them. It should have been communicated in advance for anyone who may have accessibility needs. If we had been travelling with our young children we would have had difficulty. The wifi in the room (first floor) was not good and kept disconnecting. This meant that some work calls needed rescheduling, which was an inconvenience. Wifi should be improved and tested in all rooms. The usb plugs in the wall sockets were useful. The recycling bins in the room and the reusable tote bag to borrow for shopping were appreciated. I would have liked slippers and a bath robe as I’ve come to expect it from hotels at a similar price point. Perhaps for sustainability reasons they’ve justified not offering them. The location is great and a short walk from the tube station and in the mix of all the cafes and shops that make Chiswick a lively place to be. Overall, a lovely experience, and good value for money, I’d visit again.

Was greeted by Serrena at the entrance. She was very friendly and helpful. The property is new and fully equipped with a gym and lounge. Room comes with a kitchenette which is great. Check out time is at 2pm so later than the usual. I couldn't come back until 3pm, and the hotel allowed me to have the room for an extra hour. They really went the extra mile to make your stay great. Excellent location too, close to a tube station - you can see the posh neighborhood. And not to mention, the hotel is eco-friendly, which they really should shout about!

Really quirky concept but the room was really original and spacious. Didn’t use the kitchenette but it looked clean with smeg appliances. Midday check out is nice and I parked on road overnight which has a 4 hour limit during the day.

The room was very clean. The breakfast plates is great with fresh salmon which I selected. Fresh smoothie is also incredible for starting a day.I reccomend to have them.Checkin and check out were very smooth without loss of time.

Quiet, cozy rooms with beautiful decor. The view we had from the courtyard room was pleasant. Well equipped kitchen area for preparing meals, only thing that wasn't provided was a dish sponge/cloth. The room was spotlessly clean and everything worked as it should. Appreciate the option to watch your own media on the TV. Reception and housekeeping were always available and happy to help, without feeling intrusive like some hotels. Will definitely be staying again.

Great hotel, perfect choice for me when staying east of London. Staff is nice, great room, clean bathroom, good breakfast and very nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and cafés.

All in all a really positive experience at this hotel. Lovely room, lovely staff and very convenient. Only negative I would say is the table where we sat for breakfast had someone else's egg on the floor underneath the table and I had to brush off my seat because there were crumbs. Other than that, all very good and would stay here again.

My husband and I had a truly wonderful stay from start to finish. We were greeted with the warmest welcome by the lovely Italian night manager. The room was clean, modern, and cosy, and the staff went the extra mile to ensure we felt well taken care of. Breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious, and we loved the smoothies. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

A really lovely hotel. Close to amenities and has everything you need for a short or slightly longer stay. The little kitchen area in the room is really useful. There is a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and some crockery/cutlery to use. They have tea, coffee, salt and pepper, and a shopping bag for you to use if you want to go and buy some food. There is an m&s foodhall nearby. There is a small glass bottle that you can take to the coffee shop downstairs and they will fill it up with milk (they offer plant based milks too). The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. I really liked the decor in the room, it gave a bo-ho chic vibe and the soft furnishings and lamps made the room feel really cosy. They offer breakfast in the coffee shop downstairs. We opted for a hot drink and pastry which was nice but the hot options looked lovely - full english, eggs benedict, eggs on sourdough, lots of choice. Another useful perk is the wifi and that you can cast your phone/tablet to the tv to watch netflix etc. Highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Had a such a lovely stay the first time and I needed a quiet place to stay so I cane back and booked the same room type , it was tstill ok but I stayed at courtyard lounge room this time . it was big but I found the stay less relaxing as I can hear all the noise from the other rooms and there were stains on the sofa. Check in and out was breeze and it’s close to transport,

Stayed here last night as my wife and I were at a local gig, and were very pleased that we chose Room2. The hotel itself is very modern, clean and easily accessible from the local tube station. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We had a ‘snug’ room which was perfect for us. I will definitely stay there again!

Overall, a trendy and cosy hotel. Room is spacious and location is convenient. Will visit again when I come next time.

The hotel itself was nice and the staff was very friendly and quick to help with any issues. One thing I didn't like was the fact that the ac turns off when you go out for the day. When you are out walking around in the heat all day, you don't want to have to return on the ac and wait for it to cool, you want to walk into a cool room. We even had to turn it back on in the middle of the night every night because it kept turning off. The two other things were the pillows were so soft that the two of them felt thin as paper once you laid down and the hallway had a very bad odor to it. I'm not sure if it had something to do with the building or something they clean with maybe, but it was very unpleasant. If you will be needing the tube it was about a 4 block walk, so not bad. There are also many places to eat very close by and a nice park a block or two away.

This hotel is an absolute delight! Fresh, modern and spacious rooms. Staff is super friendly! Love the 2pm checkout. Quiet, yet half a block away from Chiswick high road. Great breakfast. Room even has a stove top and oven, electric kettle, sink, wooden games to entertain all. It’s a no brainer. Would stay here again and highly recommend it.

The courtyard rooms are underground, the window is a little misleading as there is a block of concrete in front of the rooms. Not exactly a courtyard. Sustainable is great, but at the expense of room comfort eg cannot control the temperature in the room. Very dark in the lower ground rooms.

I stayed here twice in the studio category. The price for this room changes considerably - the studio was as little as GBP99 to a max of GBP170 excluding breakfast. At GBP99-120, it's a great value option if you're happy to be in Chiswick. I love the area but it is not central. I love it because it is not central and feels villagey but close enough to good transport to get where you need to go. The hotel is on a quiet road and there is double glazing, so no need to worry about road noise. Sadly the room doors are not soft closing and are set to slam shut instead. As a result I heard and felt doors slamming until past midnight. The wall that my bed was against would shake each time, the force was that strong.I cannot understand how some hotels don't go the soft close like others, can't imagine it's too expensive and makes a world of difference. Fortunately I didn't have people coming back in the wee hours whilst I was there. The ac turning off at 1am which others have commented about - you can ask to have it kept on, which I did, but it seemed to have a mind of its own. Space/size is excellent for London and whilst the kitchenette is missing a few things for a proper cook (ie pan big enough to cook pasta), it functions ok for small things. A Nespresso machine instead of instant coffee would be very welcome. Staff are really nice, sometime trying a bit too hard to be funky/cool, but nothing grating. I didn't try the breakfast as so many good cafes around. I'd stay here again.

Good for one night on business - the downstairs rooms with no windows would be a bit much for more than an over night, but everything else great

The room was windowless , which was a shame but the biggest issue we had was the door to the room clicking and “snapping” everytime another door on the same basement floor was opened. Wouldn’t staying in room c13 again if I could avoid it due to this horrific noise all night and morning.

Excellent service

Just off Chiswick high street, Room2 was in an excellent location will good transport links. The bar / cafe area was lovely, we didn’t eat or drink there but the options looked good! The room was very clean with lovely decor. Unfortunately it was very cold in the room in the evening. There was no radiator or obvious way to control the temperature. We did report this to the help number but never got a response. I went to bed with two jumpers and trousers on and was still really cold. Not ideal for a night away! Unfortunately this impacted what would have otherwise been a good trip.

Shocking, cancelled our room 5pm the day (hour before) we were to check in due to “maintenance issue, couldn’t sell us the room” left us without any alternative accommodation despite saying they were so sorry and would get back to us, didn’t hear from them again. Tried ourselves to get alternative accommodation but all fully booked due to time, had no choice but to cancel our trip and return home with a very disappointed daughter. Absolutely gutted, I understand issues can occur, however from this experience they don’t give a sh*t !

Brilliant stay at room2 Chiswick. Easy check-in and check-out. Beautiful, comfortable and spacious Studio room with everything you need and more. Perfect lounge/meeting area and location close to the tube at Turnham Green.

The staff were super friendly. Online check in and out process super smooth. Great bar for cocktails in the evening. Breakfast selection was great. Amazing location for proximity to Turnham Green station, Kew Gardens and Gunnersbury Park. Very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Pros: 2 blocks from the underground, plenty of dining options, direct line from Heathrow and to London city center, and relatively clean and quite. Cons: the biggest issue was the AC/heating - ours was locked for 2 days and we were unable to control the temp in our room so we were chilly. We asked someone about it on the 2nd day and were told that he could change the temperature for us, but it didn't seem to make a difference that night. On the 3rd day our AC/heater was unlocked again and we could control it. Besides that there were a lot of small inconveniences such as absolutely no drawers so you will be living out of your suitcase on whatever available table space you have, the AC is also shut off between 1 to 10am unless you ask them not to. We booked a room for 2 guests, but our room was set up for 1 person so we had to go find someone to get an extra towel. No tissues - speaking as someone with a constant runny nose in cold weather. No creamer for coffe or tea - they offer a little room pitcher that you will have to take up to the bar to get milk. Our bathroom was also right next to the bed so you could hear everything.

So convenient to Chiswick High Road and very comfortable.

I travelled to London with my mother in April 2024. We stayed our first 4 nights at Room2 Chiswick and it was wonderful. The hotel is located a very short walk from Turnham Green Underground station and, even late at night, it felt very safe walking to and from the underground. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and well stocked with teas/coffees and even chocolate bars! The hotel has a lovely little eating area and there was some live music while we were there. The gym is small but they had peloton bikes and a rowing machine and lots of free weights (dumbbells and yoga mats). The hotel is located a very short walk to a high street with plenty of coffee shops and drug stores. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and I would definitely stay there again in the future. It exceeded my expectations!

As a first time solo traveler outside of the U.S. I wasn’t sure how I would feel. But my room was perfect, comfortable, and spacious. And the staff truly made my stay a much better experience. Everyone was truly so kind & helpful. Specifically, I would like to thank Adriana, Nicole, Daniel, and Serena! You all made my experience a great one and treated me with the upmost hospitality. Thank you for the memories and for making my first solo adventure and vacation one for the books!! This location is outside of central London so just be aware that you’d need to make use of the train system (the tube) or their bus routes. Uber drivers tend to cancel on you if they see that you’re trying to return to the hotel from areas in central London or further. A lesson that I learned midway through my stay lol! But overall a great experience and you can’t beat the space and modern feel of the rooms compared to the size of other rooms available in other properties in Central London.

Easy access to different modes of transport, choice of places to eat although it would help greatly if they had an in-house restaurant for light meals and a good cooked breakfast.

Good drop off and pick up spot at front door of hotel. Only took Uber about 5 minutes for pickup. Easy checkin and staff showed us to our room and explained amenities which is only a gym. Big room and comfy bed. A/C and WiFi worked good. TV remote was missing a battery but staff gave us a working one right away. I needed some orange juice to take my nighttime medicine and front desk provided at no charge. Can’t get proper English breakfast but could get soft boiled eggs and toast, but they were out of bacon.

I'll try and keep it short and sweet. From the get go I had an amazing experience with my partner. Common area was quaint and clean, the greeter, Nicole, was courteous and bubbly as well as cheerful. All of the staff that I personally came into contact with were lovely. I have absolutely no complaints. A little tip if you want convenience ... add the breakfast to your stay, you will not regret it. The seating area is beautiful as well as the bar. Breaky is served 7am - 3pm I believe, it is a catered menu, none of that buffet style stuff. The meals are seasoned well and made to perfection. The rooms posted are exactly what you get, the space is large if you choose the lounge option like we did. Great for sleeping, resting, making small dishes for dinner or lunch and a great space for hosting friends you have not seen in a while. The hotel is in a very accessible area, the train station is a 5 min walk, the Highstreet is literally around the corner (30 sec walk). There are parks around the hotel which are lovely to gander in. This is my go to spot from now on. Simple as that. One morning, I asked Nicole if she liked working at the hotel and without hesitation, she let me know that she loved it and preceded to tell me why, with honesty. The workers are happy and the guests like me are happier for being there!

There are so many wonderful things to say about the property. The room was clean, lovely and looked just like the photos. The staff was super friendly and the french toast and drinks were delicious. The area is proximate to central London. Sometimes we took the Tube, others we rented bikes. London has many bike lanes, so we felt comfortable riding. The Chiswick area is super cute. The main strip has tons of shops, restaurants and pubs. The flower stands were gorgeous! Lookimg forward to staying at room2 again!

No phone signal in my basement room. Cafe closed at 3pm so no onsite catering after that time.
