I waited for the shuttle at the airport but when I phoned the hotel they said it wasn’t currently operating. They did offer to reimburse me for a specific kind of taxi which was appreciated. But the inconsistency of the shuttle was inconvenient and if a foreign visitor didn’t have phone service what would they do? The lobby had people drinking alcohol as they sat around on the couches. The room had sparse furnishings but it was the stained chairs and the dirty table that showed this property needs some extra care. I chose for price as I just needed a place to sleep for 6 hours between flights. However, I could not recommend this location unless you were in a real jam.

No words just all bad pictures to look at had to check out booked it for 2 days only stayed for 17 hours. When you first arrive you can see the dirt on the floors and blood stains on the walls. We had to clean it ourself and we used the only towel we were given. The tv was turned on and had porn playing with no way of turning to the next channel (thank god I didn't have my son with me yet) we had to ask for help over 3 times before we could even change the channel. We did not feel safe because all these weird events happening in the parking lot at all hours of the night. We blocked the door with the futon that had cigarette burns on it to be able to get one night of rest. We left soon after because we kept finding more blood stains in the most random spots (behind curtain and near the baseboard). Do not recommend to anyone unless you stay protected.

The room was dirty and smelled bad. There were peanut shells left on the floor from the previous guest, specks of dirt were on the sheets. Floor was dirty, bathroom shower was dirty. I had no choice but to stay because it was 4am and had to attend a funeral by 12noon. I checked out right after the funeral and couldn't bring myself to stay another day/night. I was physically there for 5hrs, checked out after 12 hours, but paid for 2days. I was greatly disappointed. Pictures on website did not match the reality of it.

The bathroom was nasty. There were stains all on the walls. The tray that had the ice bucket on it was filthy. Lighting in the room was awful. I DO NOT recommmend this property to anyone.

Room 107, toilet was broken because it did not fill up after the flush. Had to fill manually. There where cockroaches, and the place smelt like chemicals. Overall I’d rate it 1/5, it’s not worth the price.

Hotel is in need of a major update. The whole place smells. Room seemed OK at first, very basic, hospital like. Then, the cockroaches started to come.....and I'm not joking. There was a crack in the wall, and that's where they kept on coming out from. Disgusting. This hotel is on my never to go again list.

I've stayed here before my flight and it is quite convenient and close to the airport. But no hot water, no working phone in the room and no toilet paper. When I called the front desk, they treated me as if I was lying about the hot water. They sent up a tech who said: there's got water in the sink. Hello, I called about the shower!!!!

Had a very stale musty odor. Huge gap under the door so yu could hear everything in the hallway. Only 'extras' were bar soap and a conditioning shampoo. Wifi was pretty much useless.

Very basic hotel just for resting your head on as needed. Not bad accomodations at all and good for the cost, but it could use a bit of updating and some soundproofing as you could hear through the doors and the planes no problem since you are right by the airport. You are close enough to the mall and parks to make it convenient as well. Though others are very good and respectful about the down time and being more quiet after after a certain time of night.

The location to the airport is great! The hotel itself is not. The beds are hard, staff give you attitude if you ask for an extra pillow, there is nothing comfortable about the room. It’s a cement room with a bed, cheap night stands and showers that only get like warm. Will not stay here again

This is a cheap hotel by the airport and cruise terminals, but not much else. The pictures on their website look way better than the place in person. Very old and outdated. Only two outlets in the room and the bathroom. You get what you pay for.

We stayed one night after our cruise. The hotel is dated however its decent for the bucks. They let us checkin very early with no extra charges. The reception guys are polite and helpful. They offered airport shuttle and the service was pretty fast considering we left early as 5:00am. Recommend for a short stay.

Check in was complicated and unpleasant. At first he said I didn't have a reservation. Finally he found it. Had to wait for the room to be ready, which was fine, but other people got their room before mine and I'd been waiting. Weird. Lights by the bed did not work. No outlets by the bed, and only one outlet for the whole room. Bolt on door did not work. I only needed the joint for a few hours sleep and I got that just fine. No bed bugs or roaches. Coffee in lobby was good enough. You get what you pay for. Thankfully I don't need to ever return.

Well, you should definitely read all the reviews. If you want a Hilton experience, this isn’t it. However, it was a clean place to stay for the quick night. Be prepared to pay $5 for the room key or leave an ID. They sell liquor behind the counter, but not bottled water. There was no roaches or bed bugs, but plenty of termites. It’s an experience for sure. The place was probably beautiful in its hayday. And the owner did well with the pictures, but it isn’t what you should expect. If you stay, they are friendly enough and take advantage of a great dinner at the seafood restaurant down the street. It’s within walking distance

close to airport and about 15 min drive to port. dim lighting in room, however it was clean, elevator worked, shuttle from airport was sufficient. 5 dollars for room key deposit but you do get that back at check out. not bad for one night but that's all! oh and the chicken spot across the street was a hit!

The most important and excellent feature was free transportation from and to the airport. Staff working was very kind and supportive for my needs - they allowed me to keep my Mounjaro medication in fridge over night. Thanks, very good job! Mitch B.

This is a motel not a hotel. The check in staff was very rude and aggressive. This motel is located in a very unsafe area. The room was dusty and smelled like mold. It's also located 5 minutes from the airport which made it very noisy with air traffic.

Served its purpose in the most basic way. Quick airport turnaround. Totally bare bones. Was surprised by the ashtray on the small table in the room. I thought we were past that in hotels. Guess not. Friendly desk service and accommodating shuttle from and back to the airport next am. Don't expect more than you pay for. BTW, great seafood restaurant just next door that stays open late!

This is a very BASIC place! Our room was clean but extremely spartan. No carpet, just a cold, solid floor like you'd see in a swimming pool changing room. That said, we just wanted a bed for the night as we were on an overnight layover thru MIA. They do have an airport shuttle on the half-hour from the hotel - you have to let them know 10 mins prior. Would I stay there again? Maybe for the night on a layover. But not for more than that. Guy at the front desk was decent enough. There are also a few restaurants nearby. Does the job (barely!).
