There was a extremely dangerous loose board on the stairs (up to the "bungalow"), and the hotel staff did not warn me about it when directing me to my room.

The hotel looks much better in photos than it does in person. The rooms feel cheap, and some are located on the third floor with no elevator, which makes the stairs difficult to climb. The doors are oddly designed like windows and are tricky to open. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The location is decent, but there are better options nearby.

Great location. Just a 2 minute walk to the best corner in Playa for restaurants, shopping and street entertainment. A quiet oasis with a lovely pool, thatched roofs and friendly staff.

This was everything we were looking for. Nice room, great spa and staff. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend this place!
