Nice hotel & close proximity to restaurants. However, the only issue was the exit from parking lot. Only one entry/exit was available and it was difficult exiting into incoming traffic.

The was water linking from air conditioner vent and there mold o the ceiling the room smelled like mold we where unaware of the mold on the ceiling it had been painted over but the constant dripping of the water from the vent caused the paint to peel back exposing the mold all over the ceiling, our stay was for five day and we where in that room for four days until we made the front desk aware of the mold

The room had a musty smell, and there were dead crickets in the air vent in the bathroom. It was noisy as well. The fire alarm flashed a very bright light the whole night as well. Disappointed.

No house keeping for the first 2 days, Manager surprisingly doesn't have any control over housekeeping... another words empty suit DEI hire. Next the electronic lock broke and had to be replace after 3 trips down to front desk!......worst stay ever!

Disappointing for a Marriott. We stayed for 3 nights and housekeeping did a poor job of cleaning our room each day of stay. Hair could clearly still be seen on the bathroom floor, wet and used washcloth not changed, and for the 3 nights we stayed, our glasses were not washed AT ALL. Basic necessities that smaller (and cheaper) hotels would provide such as microwave and water in the rooms were nowhere to be found in the rooms at this location. We stayed here because it was the location of the conference we attended, and the WiFi was not complimentary. Another disappointment for a Marriott location. Not a great stay or experience, sad to say.

The hotel is very nice and well located. The beds were not as comfortable as expected. WiFi is NOT free and we had to pay extra for it. I think nowadays Free WiFi is a must and all hotel should include it.

The hotel, inside, was gorgeous, including the room which was meticulous and luxe. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle was a bonus. The option of privacy for my three-night stay was divine. I could not get the nice TV to display a menu; said offline. And internet is not free unless you’re a member. So I read a book. Breakfast buffet was pricey, but food everywhere, especially hotels and airports, is off-the-charts unreasonable. Overall it was an excellent stay.

This is a really nice hotel. Fully renovated. Staff was friendly and corteous. My only issue was with the bed which seemed very uncomfortable. They could use some new beds.

Started with the MarriotvShuttle service (1st point of contact) FREE Shuttle fr airport- they even take you up to 3 miles from the hotel. Mr. Mike, Joey and the 4am driver(it was early- his name escaped me) were SO NICE, PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. The front desk were pleasant as was all of the employees I can in contact with. The room and hallways were VERY clean as well as the property. Overall, I'd 100% feel comfortable staying there again and recommending to any travelers!

The room was nice enough, but I was disappointed they did not offer a continental breakfast, and the hotel restaurant did not open until 8 am, plus the market shop had a sign that they did not currently have any coffee. I left for the airport early, just so I could get some breakfast and coffee! When I lost my sweater, I was told to check online "Find My Stuff" instead of checking at the front desk, even though I lost it at the hotel within the hour. Not very impressive for a nice hotel.

This place was impeccable from check in to check out. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The restaurant was nice . My steak was melt in your mouth good & the bacon at breakfast was chefs kiss . I think they used magic to prepare it . I had a cramp in the pool and the bartender brought me a glass of pickle juice without hesitation even though it was a weird request!! The property is so clean and inviting and the bed was heaven . I was a little hot from being overheated and the maintenance person brought me a fan to use in my room !! I will definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone . It’s also close to basically anything . Check out “The Pearl “ we ate at “Supper” & it did not disappoint!! Can’t wait to come back !!

PROS: Check in was easy, employee who checked us in was nice and explained restaurant/bar hours. The room was very clean, beds were very comfortable, great shower pressure and A/C kept room nice and cool. Parking was free. We didn't eat or drink at restaurant/bar so cannot comment. CONS: Internet was available for extra fee. No free breakfast, however breakfast is available for a fee. Young lady who rang up our market items (restaurant had already closed after the event we attended) she was not very friendly, seemed like she didn't want to be there. She was that way with me and the 5 other guests in line before me. FINAL REVIEW: Would I stay again? Nothing about our experience would the answer be an absolute NO, but we've stayed at hotels just a block or two away from this one and I would choose them first over this one. Those hotels had no availability on our date of need.
