Great experience at this location! The staff were super helpful and friendly with everything! The location is great for families - in the park for kids and quiet outside for the whole family. Quick access to both the city center and the airport. Kids enjoyed the breakfast too, and it was very reasonable. The only complaint I have is there is not enough space in the breakfasts area for all the guests in that everyone is stumbling or squeezing through chairs at every table they walk by to get breakfast.

The place is clean but the rooms are incredibly small. There isn't even a place to store or unpack your bags in the room so you are constantly shuffling things around. The continental breakfast for 9 GBP is a rip off. Being that close to the airport and not having a shuttle was disappointing. I would have been okay with the place if I had paid 1/3 of what I did. I would not stay here for anything more then 75-80 GBP.

Room exceptionally clean, perfect for a one night stay for a concert, 2 min walk to the trams. Staff excellent and friendly. We don’t have breakfast or drink but looked very clean in the lobby are for eating and drinking. 24hr coffee/tea, juice, water dispenser. Bar was open until 12am I’m sure too. Over all a great hotel and would recommend. You do need to pay for your parking and there are limited spaces which are small.
