Shuttle to airport and return. Service at front desk- Josh was helpful and friendly. Room spacious, nicely decorated, offered all needed supplies for cooking if you wanted to and personal care items.

This is our second stay at this hotel and we very much enjoy it. The hotel and room were very clean. The pool is great especially for kids. Shopping is close by and a lot of great restaurant options. The best part is that you can eat in because the rooms have what you need enjoy lunch or dinner. The breakfast is also great!

Very convenient for shopping with lots of dining options in the area. Disappointed that the pool was “closed for maintenance” and the stained towel in the hallway for 2 days was a little disturbing. Other than that a decent stay.

Great friendly staff but the breakfast was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. Limited options. Also the pool was closed the entire time. The rooms were very cozy and comfortable though. This hotel is also close to all amenities

The property offers shuttle service to the airport. I checked with the front desk on two separate occasions the day before to ensure a shuttle was able to pick me up at 5am for my flight. I was reassured both times, I would be picked up at 5am. I waited in the lobby area that morning, no shuttle. I asked the front desk to call and check. They assured me the shuttle was running. I waited until 5:20am, no shuttle. I had to contact Uber to take me to the airport. There was no apology nothing from the front desk. I just ask you not offer an accommodation that will just turn into a waste of time and more stress.

We liked that it was close to everything. Mall, dining, Highmark Stadium. Staff was very nice. My 2 issues were the breakfast was not good at all and our bathroom had mold. Lucky I'm the type to bring my own cleaning stuff.

When we arrived to our room the light was burnt out in the entry. Next, we noticed the trash had not been taken out from the last guest under the kitchen sink. The sheets on the bed were very wrinkled and something was smeared on the bed side table. The bathroom had boogers smeared on the wall as well. The toilet wouldn't flush so we called the front desk but it couldn't be looked at until the morning so my husband fixed it himself by using You Tube. Breakfast was free but the sandwich was so hard the only thing that was edible was the sausage patty.

This is a great hotel in a good location. It features a full kitchen including a dishwasher! The hotel is very clean, in excellent condition and nicely appointed. I was only there for 2 nights on family business, but you could easily stay for an extended period.

For drivers, this hotel is in a pretty nice location. Rooms are big, hotel is clean, beds are old (mattresses have valleys) but comfortable enough. I appreciated the soundproofing from the highway. One of the things my family looks for when traveling is free breakfast, and this breakfast is particularly sad. Hot items are limited, and staff stops refilling early and starts completely tearing down exactly on time. If you show up at 9:05 for a 9:00 breakfast you find nothing left. The space is also awkward, leading to long lines when the hotel is full.

The property was very nice, clean, and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Our room was large with very comfortable beds. The TV was high quality and had a lot of station options. The bathroom was large and clean. I will definitely be booking this hotel again when we stay near the city. The 90 entrance is just outside the parking lot for easy travel! Great hotel!

Samantha and the team at the front desk were excellent- quick checkin, super friendly, and when we were missing bedding for the sofa bed, delivered it to our room within minutes. Breakfast was good- good variety for a continental. There were a bunch of families on site for a tournament and the kids were running the halls and screaming at all hours, interfering with the hotel staff/cleaning staff and playing tag between floors/mini-sticks in the hallways. The hotel staff did their best to manage them but the families seemed to think it was a playground. Convent overall, very clean.

I will be contacting your Head Office for reimbursement of parking costs at the Niagara Airport . We chose this Hotel for the free parking while away and Aport Shuttle. We booked a 5 am arrival which I arranged more than a week in advance. By 5:15 we were told it was not coming. Clerk called an Uber and by 5:40 it had not arrived and we were forced to drive our vehicle to the Airport in order to make our 7:15 flight. This caused us extreme stress.

The manager Kristie and the staff Sam were great, they resolved my double charges quickly and with empathy. The other staff seem to didn’t care. The breakfast was very good and the place was spotless. The beds great as the decor. Overall it’s a wonderful place to stay. Just needs to train the staff that are not so good as they should. Thanks Sam and Kristie you were the best.

Stayed for one night with our kiddos while in town for sports. Would have stayed longer but due to tournament rules we had to change hotels. This hotel is fantastic! Newer and clean, rooms are spacious with surprising amount of amenities like kitchen with tea and coffee, lovely smelling soaps/shampoo/lotions and tons of storage and sleeping spots. Staff was kind and welcoming, breakfast was clean and delicious and pool was huge and crystal clear. Seriously, so impressed. You guys should be proud of your hard work!

This is my second time staying at this hotel for work (5 days). Super comfortable stay. The breakfast starts at 6am on the weekday, which is awesome since I have to be at my work site by 6:30am. The breakfast is super tasty and the customer service was excellent. During this stay they had cookies in the lobby at ~5pm which was a tasty and sweet surprise.
