This was a great stay. Separate from bedroom living area with kitchen. Clean except for some cobwebs in corners and above doors. A little dated. Very quiet with a nice view and beach. Huge balcony. Staff was friendly, quick check in. Nice pool area with warm pool and great hottub. Looking forward to going back.

We have stayed here numerous times. Always reasonably priced. Plus you have a kitchenette if you want to make your own meals. Nice pool and hot tub. The view is fabulous.

Pretty nice place in general. Hot tub needs some repairs...ALOT of loose tiles, etc. Chemicals on Good Friday were quite strong--stinging eyes.

Super cute little condos. Perfect for family’s with the full kitchen. The sauna was great. Heated pool. The view was amazing. Only really downside but also not. Smoke detectors are super sensitive, I was cooking dinner and the steam set them off. Would return.

The resort is older but very clean. The location in town next to the lake is fantastic and the suite size is awesome. All of this makes for a a super value that is fair on the budget. We will be repeat customers.

Well, black mold, peeling wall Paper, falling apart ceiling drywall and very very dirty carpet and spider haven on the balcony, black mold on the air conditioning unit and plenty more bad, it was absolutely disgusting and I wouldn’t have stayed, I would have walked out but the kids were sleeping and I didn’t get to check in til 11 so it was way too late to get anything else.

The property could definitely use a deep clean and an update throughout. Linens and bathroom were clean enough, but there seemed to be a massive lack in detail cleaning. Our balcony was also covered in spider webs and bugs, but this wasn’t a huge issue this time of year. The front desk attendant was polite at check-in.

The view was fantastic. Beds were awesome. Pool and hot tub were both great. On the downside their was a family with younger children in the condo next to us. They were very loud early in the morning. Like 5 am early. Other than that it was a great stay.

Other than the constant smell of weed in the hallway and stairwell that went into the room for the 3 days, the broken microwave that the door was basically off of, and the fact when the people above us sounded like they were un the room with us while they used the restroom it was a great stay.

Smelled old. AC was just portable units and did not keep the room cool enough. Pool area was nice. Beach and balcony both nice. Id consider staying again but hope they work on the AC and smell of old in the rooms.

The decor in the rooms is pretty dated. They actually upgraded me, and were very kind, but the living area and bedroom looked like they were pulled out of an 80s jc penney catalogue.

The room was very comfortable. We enjoyed being able to lounge on the couch and recliner and have meals and play games on the table. Traverse Bay was beautiful from our window.

Honestly we stay in TC a lot! We have family in the area and a child that attends the college near by. So we have stayed at most the area hotels. This hotel isn't terrible. The location is great! But the rooms are defiantly outdated especially compared to most the other ones in the area. The floor layout of the building is by far the most confusing I've ever seen! The room however was a good size. But it did cost way more then we normally spend so I don't find this hotel worth the cost.

Bridget at front desk was very helpful. Hotel/Rooms could be updated but had everything you needed. Clean rooms and very spacious. Best views from balcony that was very large and on waterfront. Easy access to walk the beach and indoor pool. Wish we could get a last minute deal price this summer! We would stay for a Week!

The location of this property and the waterfront view of the room was breathtaking. The hotel seemed full but quiet and there is easy access to the beach. The one bedroom suite was lovely with full kitchen and large living area. The room was quite warm despite attempts to adjust the thermostats, but it may have been user error. It is worth noting that the front desk is only staffed until midnight. We were arriving late and tried to call several times with no answer and made it just in time.

There was some construction going on and a water heater that burst above our room I work third shift I couldn't sleep during the day I asked to be moved on Monday they said they had nowhere to move me the noises were so loud banging right above my head and there was no customer service that cared finally I booked another hotel so that I could get some sleep not only after I booked the other hotel did they say well we can move you they should've moved me the first time that I asked

Really enjoyed our stay. Really liked the condo setting. Good location. Short drive to downtown. A lot of construction right now so does take a little longer to get to some areas.

The hotel is older and could use some updates. But it was clean. Was concerned being right on a main drag, but was surprisingly quiet in our room. There is a barrier between the rooms and the road. View from patio was awesome. Got pics of a beautiful sunrise right out our door. Lots of baby ducks to make us smile as well.
