The ocean view was fantastic! Easy access to the beach from the pool area. The female staff was very helpful. She greeted us in the parking lot to help us find our way to the office. In dire restaurant qas convenient since we were tired. Super hot water. Ocean breeze and waves at night were pleasant.

The location on the beach in Cancun was excellent. The view of the ocean from the balcony was awesome. We opened our sliding door to the sound of waves. The pool and the deck chair access was great. When the renovations are complete then it will be even better.
