Staff super friendly and courteous. The hotel itself is a little old but the rooms are great and it was VERY CALM (and we were there for the 31st of December). The swimming pool was super clean and it is literally on the beach. I definitely recommend even if the price are a little expensive

The hotel caught us offguard not having a front desk but we were able to find the reception due to the clear instructions the hotel gave us before check in. Secuirty around the hotel was a comfort and the parking was good for the rental. The hotel had a great ocean and pool view. Room was clean and seemed updated. There is some cosmetic things that need to be fixed but nothing bad. Beds were very comfortable and the sheets were great. The beach was amazing outside the hotel gates and the pool area was great for hanging around. We only stayed here one night and we were sad we didnt stay longer. We would stay here again without hesitation.

So far it’s been a great stay. It’s 9pm and it’s quiet and safe around here. We only stayed one night. We like the small store that they have here. It’s very convenient and prices are reasonable. So no need to leave the complex for drinks beer water snacks. The restaurant had great seas food but all other food was ok. The prices was fair. We heading out tomorrow We will come back

La ubicación es muy buena, te ofrecen taxi en recepción para ir a Xcaret, al centro, al Ferry o a donde quieras, también esta la opción económica de tomar enfrente el camión Ruta 1 al ADO, al centro o todo el recorrido por la zona hotelera. La piscina infinita es hermosa y su vista genial. La playa está enfrente y aunque hay olas puedes divertirte con ellas, no te jala ninguna corriente marina, es divertido si sabes nadar. Por supuesto que regresaríamos en un par de años, hay mucho que visitar en el bello estado de Quintana Roo. Además, cuenta con su minisúper propio y no tienes que salir... sino el Oxxo está enfrente. También tiene buen equipo de seguridad dentro de las instalaciones.

Cancun Plaza has probably seen better days. A bit run down and not worth what they charge. People were nice and the beach is not bad, but overall, it needs some work.

Super clean! Laundry room onsite which it’s a bonus. Our 2 rooms had a kitchenette with the necessary kitchen appliances to cook meals which made our stay even better. There is a mini mart onsite as well with everything you need to cook. Front office Staff is friendly and very helpful. The security officer that was on duty on Monday, June 30 in the afternoon was super rude. He approached me because I was playing music with my Small speaker and he said that per hotel policy music isn’t allowed in the pool area and that if I wanted to listen to music I had to put on my headphones while swimming. He stayed by the pool area where I was at to ensure I didn’t play music. The hotel is located in a beautiful area and easy access to many stores and restaurants but they do lack pool activities. They don’t allow music in the pool. The tide wasn’t safe to swim in the beach and they were super strict at giving beach access as well. The restaurant wasn’t open until like 11 AM for lunch and early dinners. I will most definitely stay here again. I do hope that they enhance their music policy in the pool and add more family friendly activities.

A nice small-scale resort with an excellent view. The place could do with some maintenance (paint coming off the walls and mould here and there). Also disappointing there is no restaurant (although there is an external restaurant onsite that serves decent breakfast). We spent the first night of our Yucatan trip here, which was nice enough, but wouldn't recommend it for long-term stay.

This was a good hotel and a great price for on the beach. A/C worked great and no hot water issues. Didn't try their restaurant. Only complain was no in room coffee that would be included in most hotels. Instant was free at the small management office. The room had an A/C that blew hot air onto the balcony which was annoying, especially given the amazing ocean view room. Older facility, but kept up well. Closet was too small to use for an open suitcase, shelves and storage though.

The property is somewhat old, but we’ll maintained and the staff was very attentive and friendly. We only stayed two nights and our room was equipped with a mini refrigerator, which worked well, a microwave, coffee maker and dishes for four. All in all it was a good stay and I would return.

The property was very nice and perfect area for beach goers. The rooms are decent and it was quiet at night time. The only downside was when we arrived, we had booked through Expedia and the security at the gate couldnt find our names anywhere and they knew no english at all but thankfully our taxi driver knew some english so he helped with translating. We ended up waiting in the heat for about 40 minutes before we were finally given a room number/key.

El trato del personal excelente, las habitaciones muy bien equipadas y bonitas, camas muy cómodas, aire acondicionado excelente. El socorrista y el personal de la piscina muy amables y en todo momento proporcionaron información necesaria. La chica de la limpieza un encanto y la de recepción no se diga, en general todo el personal super amables. Sin duda repetiremos.

The hotel caught us offguard not having a front desk but we were able to find the reception due to the clear instructions the hotel gave us before check in. Secuirty around the hotel was a comfort and the parking was good for the rental. The hotel had a great ocean and pool view. Room was clean and seemed updated. There is some cosmetic things that need to be fixed but nothing bad. Beds were very comfortable and the sheets were great. The beach was amazing outside the hotel gates and the pool area was great for hanging around. We only stayed here one night and we were sad we didnt stay longer. We would stay here again without hesitation.

The property is pretty dated. Not sure if this a really a hotel or condo rentals. Our check in was muddled largely because of the poor security and our shuttle not dropping us in the correct location. Took us nearly AN HOUR to check in! Security had no English - our Spanish was better, but still had a hard time getting our room. The front desk staff was gracious and always tried to be helpful. waAnd no one espeak

Super clean! Laundry room onsite which it’s a bonus. Our 2 rooms had a kitchenette with the necessary kitchen appliances to cook meals which made our stay even better. There is a mini mart onsite as well with everything you need to cook. Front office Staff is friendly and very helpful. The security officer that was on duty on Monday, June 30 in the afternoon was super rude. He approached me because I was playing music with my Small speaker and he said that per hotel policy music isn’t allowed in the pool area and that if I wanted to listen to music I had to put on my headphones while swimming. He stayed by the pool area where I was at to ensure I didn’t play music. The hotel is located in a beautiful area and easy access to many stores and restaurants but they do lack pool activities. They don’t allow music in the pool. The tide wasn’t safe to swim in the beach and they were super strict at giving beach access as well. The restaurant wasn’t open until like 11 AM for lunch and early dinners. I will most definitely stay here again. I do hope that they enhance their music policy in the pool and add more family friendly activities.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport, it was 10-15mins away. The pool and beach was beautiful, the view from our room was spectacular. The staff were very welcoming. For the price that we paid, we were extremely satisfied.

La ubicación es muy buena, te ofrecen taxi en recepción para ir a Xcaret, al centro, al Ferry o a donde quieras, también esta la opción económica de tomar enfrente el camión Ruta 1 al ADO, al centro o todo el recorrido por la zona hotelera. La piscina infinita es hermosa y su vista genial. La playa está enfrente y aunque hay olas puedes divertirte con ellas, no te jala ninguna corriente marina, es divertido si sabes nadar. Por supuesto que regresaríamos en un par de años, hay mucho que visitar en el bello estado de Quintana Roo. Además, cuenta con su minisúper propio y no tienes que salir... sino el Oxxo está enfrente. También tiene buen equipo de seguridad dentro de las instalaciones.

L’endroit et la vue sont incroyables. Piscine et plage sont super. Nous n’y sommes restés qu’une nuit, à l’arrivée de notre voyage. Chambre satisfaisante, sans plus. Peu de restaurants et activités à faire à pied (autre que la plage) dans les environs mais nous le savions puisque nous sommes dans la zone hôtelière. Nous sommes arrivés tardivement mais aucun problème pour accéder à la chambre.

A nice small-scale resort with an excellent view. The place could do with some maintenance (paint coming off the walls and mould here and there). Also disappointing there is no restaurant (although there is an external restaurant onsite that serves decent breakfast). We spent the first night of our Yucatan trip here, which was nice enough, but wouldn't recommend it for long-term stay.

Daniela was absolutely the best host and provide excellent customer service. She is very nice and really help you beyond expectations. The place is an old building but the room was decent, it have a very big infinity pool and is ocean front right on the beach. The restaurant food is not the best and really don’t recommend it.

So far it’s been a great stay. It’s 9pm and it’s quiet and safe around here. We only stayed one night. We like the small store that they have here. It’s very convenient and prices are reasonable. So no need to leave the complex for drinks beer water snacks. The restaurant had great seas food but all other food was ok. The prices was fair. We heading out tomorrow We will come back

I had an amazing experience at this resort! The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the transportation was super easy, making everything hassle-free. I loved that it was a little away from the nightlife—it gave the perfect balance of relaxation while still being just 10 minutes away from Coco Bongo. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall, I had a great time, and the resort truly gives you the full Mexico experience. Highly recommend!

Clean and safe and the staff are excellent! Shout out to our cleaning lady Arline and Aurelia who treated us when we arrived. Great pool and beach . Infinity pool and right on a great part of the beach. Keep you expectations low but well worth the stay. An Oxxo close by for anything you need !

The room with a kitchenette suited our family of 4 for our 5 night stay. Towels were provided by the pool and cleaning service upon request. I used the laundry facility which was very convenient! The stretch of beach is just beautiful with pelicans that soar overhead. Everyone was super nice and helpful!
