Pretty murals and lots of outdoor spaces to gather, relax, etc. The pool is lovely with plenty of loungers. The staff were friendly and helpful. The community kitchen with beverages, snacks, continental breakfast is a very nice amenity. Parking is great & like being able to walk to Sandfish & Hey Dey.

Loved this property. It’s a quaint hideaway with the comfort of home. From free rosé, a heated pool, beach cruisers, and the feel of a French village, the hotel was the perfect place for us to get away from it all.

Such a beautiful property! The casitas are very spacious and perfect for a couple or group of friends. Nice pool area - some of the loungers were a little faded/torn but not a big deal. Easy walk into Palm Springs and lots of great restaurants and things to do. The hotel is so pretty with pink bikes for guests to use and a giant chess board. Best of all is the wonderful pantry with complimentary La Croix waters, croissants and jam, fresh fruit and Popcorners - such a great addition for guests. Esperanza was so lovely at the front desk, we will definitely be back next year!

Ok my! The cuties hotel ever in PS. The pool was right outside all the rooms. They have pool towels and noodles. Launching chairs and cabanas. You can go back and forth to your room for anything you need. They have bikes available. Fruit, yogurt and ice water for all members. So so convenient. Quite because it’s 21 and over. Bed is really comfy. Parking is convenient. Such a cute hotel. I’m planning to come back soon with my daughter for a girls trip. I’m in love with this place!!

This is a wonderful intimate boutique hotel within walking distance to downtown (about a mile). We loved the mix of old mid-century modern feel with fully up to date facilities. The grounds are small, but even though it was fully booked, you could find private little sitting area's if you desired. The staff was super attentive and we loved the help yourself kitchen area with a good selection of drinks and snacks at no cost. Finally, the wine, bubbly, beer bar was a great way to enjoy an adult refreshing beverage throughout the day.

Wonderful experience, overall. Would recomend. Service staff were great. We loved the location, which was walking distance (even in record setting heat) to walk to sushi, burgers, ice cream, coffee etc. There are a number of rules to observe, including pre-approved types of floaties (which aren’t defined upfront - but to save you the trouble no laying down, sitting up only). Pool was very warm, in part due to the size/depth and the extraordinary heat. So many thoughtful and delightful touches: - A guest pantry, open from 7am to 10pm that was more than just the basics, but also included bubbly water, fruit, croissants, coffee, filtered water for the coffee makers in the rooms, coffee and tea options. - en suite kitchen includes coffee maker, plus cups. (Dishwasher in the pantry for the reusable cups + points for sustainability and waste reduction) A few suggestions to make this impeccable: 1. Weatherstripping the doors, would no doubt save the hotel on energy costs 2. Consider providing a bucket of pool noodles for guests to sit on and float.

Had an amazing experience at the premises. Spent 2 nights to decompress over the holidays and Bri made our stay so amazing. From the ease of texting to get anything you need for accomodations, to the walka ability to downtown Palm Springs that's literally over the black door. One issue we had was the amount of little caterpillars that stayed their welcome. I felt a few was okay but when it was over 10 I kinda worried a bit busy juststayed out of their way and they pretty much did too. I definitely would be back if that was sorted out though.

My five-star review is for the property and staff as a whole. The outside is heavenly. The trees, the fire pits at night, the soft Parisian music playing. The staff is out of this world amazing. (Especially Bri) Now for my room: this part was not my favorite. Orbitz booked me in a handicap accessible room and the shower was just the floor with nothing to keep in the water. So it ran straight into the center of the room and soaked the floor of the sink area. Every single time. I was always mopping water. There were ants in my sink which didn’t drain properly and the rug underneath the bed was too dirty. But I loved the place. I’d stay again.

Super cute hotel, my girlfriends and I had a blast! The stellar staff and included breakfast was MUCH appreciated as well. Our only issue is that the tile floors in the room werr extremely dirty and made it so we had to wear shoes all the time so our feet wouldn’t get filthy.

Very well maintained and staff is excellent. The only thing I found that could be addressed a little more is the cleanliness around the pool area and the room floors and living area. Otherwise such a great visit.

It was a really nice & clean hotel, but there was the problem with all those caterpillars in our room. That wasn't so nice, the lady at the desk said that a guy comes in the same day because of them. It was our last day so I hope he can handle those little animals. Other than that our stay was perfect.

FIrst, they put us in Room 1 which is directly behind the DJ at the bar/restarurant behind the property. From the front door we were within 10 feet of the DJ. Music was blaring and unacceptable. I complained and they apologized. Went back to the room to find a giant, and I mean giant roach bouncing on the TV. Asked them to come get it. The roach flew into the bedroom where my wife was trying to sleep and it was a mess. They said we could move to another room, which had no hot water, and then we could leave next day for hotel across the street. Found out check in time across the street was 4pm yet they wanted us out by noon so they could get it ready, apparently for someone who enjoys cold showers. They said they would work with new hotel to get us early check-in. Well, we packed up, went across the street and waited for 4 hours to get a room. The new hotel was considerably cheaper, yet they offered no refund. It was our anniversary of 40 years and my wife and I could not have been more disappointed in the ordeal.....The staff was apologetic, but unwilling to make any sort of deal to accommodate us. The hotel Arrive across the street was exceptional.

The decor and aesthetics of this hotel are super cute. Great amenities like complimentary sparking water, grab & go snacks, welcome champagne drink. Very quiet, chill vibe. Unfortunately, the room had a lot of worms; appeared to be a crack in door making our stay very uncomfortable. Being how hot it is in PS, AC unit could be better, didn’t cool down until late late night/early am.

The overall aesthetic and condition of the property was excellent! I felt like I was staying in a magazine shoot because everything was decorated on the! There was a cute rosé bar, shared pantry with snacks, fire, pit, games, and obviously the pool with the super cute striped umbrellas you seen in the photos. Our room was one of the larger Casita styles with The kitchenette, and it was also decorated really cute. The reason for four stars is we had like seven moths in our room and no idea where they came from as well as the shower drain was a little backed up so you’d end up standing in a puddle. All that aside I would’ve 100% stay here again because it was a great value and a nice location away from the super busy area, but walking distance to a couple of good restaurants.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Everything about it was so cute and staff were all nice. I really appreciate the fact you can use their facilities before check in and after check out. The only thing that was a downer was the shower. Both my friend and I took cold showers. For some reason the water turned cold shortly after starting.

I enjoyed the personal tour of the lobby and grounds, including leading us to our room and explaining the services. It felt more personal and welcoming. My only regret is that we didn't plan more time in our trip to just sit and enjoy the pool. It's a small, boutique place that my husband and I enjoyed without the kids. The only complaint I had was the poor shower pressure with little hot water.

It was just ok. The blinds in the living room and the window in the bathroom were both broken. There was lots of signs of wear and tear to cupboards. The shower pressure wasn’t great. The bed was very comfortable with high quality sheets. The common area is nice but there is no privacy if you want to keep your blinds open to get some natural light. Staff was great.

Great property with courtesy bicycles, snacks and breakfast. Lovely ambiance in rooms and on grounds. Traffic noise was unfortunate but close proximity to downtown Palm Springs was the trade off.

The outside areas were so nice!! All the walls were beautifully painted in floral design. Comfy, cozy seating all thru out. A few fire places and an outdoor pool. The room itself is big but has seen better days. You can hear everything in the rooms next door and outside. Nice amenities

I was pretty disappointed in the choice I made after looking at an few other similar properties. I chose this for its 9.8/10 review score and boy was I duped. 1. There is no restaurant so management needs to up date their listing on Hotels and remove that there is. 2. breakfast shouldn’t even be called continental- it’s bare bones. 3. i would use the word “shabby chic” to describe the rooms and not in a good way. Dirty lamp shades; squeaky bed; only black out drapes; mismatched furniture; etc. etc. 4. rude night staff. nothing horrible just a “tude” that i could have done without after a very!!!!’ long day. if you don’t like your job, quit. What i did like was: 1. they made an “exception” to their “no late check-out which in the end i didn’t need. 2. easy entrance parking 3. the grounds were nicer than my room I kick myself for staying at this place vs the other one that made it to my list.

The checkin was great. Bree was very nice. I noticed a strong sulphar smell in the room. That never went away. It wasn't outside, only when you walked in the room. The bathroom sink had a slow drain. They tell you to text them if you need anything. So the next day, I text them 3 times and no response. I walked to the clubhouse and a different lady (not Bree) was sitting on her phone. I told her I had been texting and she said we didnt get it. (I text them the night before and Bree answered within 5 min). This lady had a little attitude as if I was interrupting her when I walked in. The other thing I didnt like was no self service ice machine. You have to ask the front desk for ice and they close at 10 pm. So we had to make a night light drive to buy ice. When my room was cleaned they removed the body wash that was in my shower, a huge inconvenience when you are in the shower with no soap.

The property is very nice, with a well stocked bar and pantry. Good air conditioning for the desert heat. The main problem comes from their communication system. Being from Australia, and with data only for our phones, we were unable to get any check in information from the property, as it’s all sent via text. As such, we were stuck outside the property in the 102F heat, with no way to know how to get inside. Had to revert to climbing the fence after 10 mins, which then raised the ire of the staff. I tried to explain that I had no other option, although they didn’t seem to appreciate the point I was trying to make. “Definitely dont do it again” was clearly a mute point as once one has the door code, then i wouldn’t need to…I don’t go around jumping 2m high fences for fun! Perhaps a door bell would help, or move to WhatsApp for communication like the rest of the world? Outstanding stay!! The service, the decor, the rooms, all the different areas to sit and enjoy by yourself or with friends. Just incredible. I extended my trip a night as I loved it so much. Super relaxing. Felt nourished. And the team that works here, top notch!

We had a midweek 2 night stay and this place looks better in person than the photos. Great location, the place is cute and well maintained. Dee checked us in and she was great. The pool was clean and we also enjoyed the fire pit and grounds. Our neighbors sat outside and were noisy but overall a great stay!

Loved how close this hotel was to downtown Palm Springs, coffee shops, retail, and restaurants. The fire pits and pool area were very cute and charming. One of the downsides to our stay was the surrounding area of the hotel had a few homeless people lingering around 2 of the 3 nights we were walking back to the hotel, and the streets are poorly lit so we didn't feel super comfortable with that. The bathrooms are also pretty bare-boned & dated with minimal counter space.

This is a cute hotel with a secure parking. Everything was very clean with lots of nice touches (water in the fridge, great toiletries etc). Nice pool. It’s not part of the hotel but there is an amazing Japanese restaurant Nextdoor (Sandfish ).

The staff here is beyond amazing. They’re helpful, accommodating and all very sweet. You can text them for towels and things like that. You’re allowed to bring in your own alcohol which is nice. There is no bar there despite what some of the travel sites say. The property is adorable and their decor is super cute. My only issues were that the location isn’t within walking distance and the beds are very hard and super creaky. Also the bathroom was so tiny and there is literally no counter so I had my makeup behind me on a small table which was behind the door, so I either had to keep the door closed (and have no light) or keep opening and shutting the door to get to my makeup. There was also no mirror above the sink. It was on the side of the wall so you either had to bend way forward and look left to do hair and makeup or stand In the shower so that you are facing the mirror. It’s bizarre. If you’re planning on getting ready for a big event like a wedding, not the bathroom for you. But I really don’t want to sound negative bc the overall experience was nice.

There are so many positives from our stay here that it is too hard to list them all. Property was beautiful and even better than in the pictures. Loved the "breakfast" included which really was healthy snacks available throughout the day. It was so useful having the free bike rentals that enabled us to easily get closer to the main part of downtown. Bus stop was also conveniently located. Heyday was a yummy burger place just steps from the property.

Overall the stay was great. The hotel staff was very accommodating and kind. We were able to check in early and check out late without added costs or issues. The place was quiet and relaxing. My only complaint would be for the amenities listed on Hotels.com. They don't reflect what's on Fleur Noire's website or in-person. The hotel does not have a restaurant. They do have a snack room near the lobby with a few light options. I wouldn't necessarily classify the snacks as a "free continental breakfast". There was one pastry option of store bought croissants and some yogurt and coffee. But it wasn't really what would be considered a continental breakfast. At least none that I have experienced. So those items listed on the description for Hotels.com were a bit misleading.

Such a beautiful property! The casitas are very spacious and perfect for a couple or group of friends. Nice pool area - some of the loungers were a little faded/torn but not a big deal. Easy walk into Palm Springs and lots of great restaurants and things to do. The hotel is so pretty with pink bikes for guests to use and a giant chess board. Best of all is the wonderful pantry with complimentary La Croix waters, croissants and jam, fresh fruit and Popcorners - such a great addition for guests. Esperanza was so lovely at the front desk, we will definitely be back next year!

Lovely boutique hotel with beautiful floral decor throughout and abundantly stocked supply room with water, juice, coffee, tea, yogurts, fruit, chips, croissants, etc. Check-in process was smooth, rooms were clean and each had their own little dining areas with mini frig and sink. My friends and I stayed here for a girls’ getaway and all agreed we’d love to return. It’s quiet and peaceful. The outdoor space is really nicely set up with fire at night and plenty of seating around the pool. Highly recommend this place if you’re wanting to explore the Palm Springs area.

I had a pleasant experience in Fleur Noire Hotel. It was a quiet, clean and beautiful place to stay. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I could find everything I needed. Breakfast was light and enough for slow mornings at the pool. All the guests were respectful and polite to each other that conveyed the main point of the hotel - to let every guest relax and recharge.

Everything about this property exceded expectations. It was 110 degrees outside, the AC was great and quiet. The pool and patio were awesome. Pool is super clean and refreshing. The room is perfect, bed comfy and quiet. The grounds are exquisitely done. The boutique genre was carried off perfectly. Snacks are provided and great secure parking. My van was oversized and they totally accomodated my van. Service was 5 stars. Ice plentiful. Most importantly I lost a very important item in the parking area when packing to go. The front desk found it, and arranged immediate secure shipping to my home address. No delay and no problem. That was super awesome! We will be back during season,, cannot beat this cool property.

The room is perfect, bed comfy and quiet. The grounds are exquisitely done. The boutique genre was carried off perfectly. Snacks are provided and great secure parking. My van was oversized and they totally accomodated my van. Service was 5 stars. Ice plentiful. Most importantly I lost a very important item in the parking area when packing to go. The front desk found it, and arranged immediate secure shipping to my home address. No delay and no problem. That was super awesome! We will be back during season,, cannot beat this cool property.

We stayed in a room with two queens right off the pool with a private patio and loungers. The room also had a kitchen area with refrigerator. I would definitely stay again.

The Fleur Noir is our home in Palm Springs every visit. The staff are incredible, warm, and friendly. It is truly a calming and centering place for us to relax and chill by the pool. The rooms are always comfy and clean, a wonderful continental breakfast is available if you don’t want to out. Very close to wonderful restaurants.
