When construction is finished, this hotel will be gorgeous. If you book through hotels, the staff will make rude comments about not booking direct at every turn including how often they will clean the room (ours was not serviced during a 4 day stay). Recommend staying there after the staff is trained and construction is finished.

The hotel was under renovation, but the area was kept clean no dust. All of the construction crew was very nice in the hotel. Staff was very nice and treated us very good.

The staff here is simply great! So friendly and helpful. Rooms are a little dated but the are in midst of remodel. Nice bar, nice restaurant, easy to Ft. Sill.
