Staff were excellent from Romeo at the front desk, to the room service team, the spa and Sette restaurant. A relaxing stay and a comfortable bed for a good nights sleep. Pool and spa are excellent, we booked the private spa and it was truly exceptional with David and Satjot taking excellent care of us. A minor quibble on the hotel bathroom, a very deep bath so not easy getting in and taking a shower or avoiding the water spreading all over the lip of the bath, also bizarrely nowhere for you to hang up a towel. But these are minor points, it’s not cheap but you do get the 5* quality experience. Would recommend and return as a treat.

Superb hotel. Have stayed at many of the top hotels in London and this is up there with them. Only one gripe, tried to get into the cigar lounge and told it was full when there were multiple seats. Guy running the cigar lounge had a serious attitude problem and when he realised we were residents tried to back track and get us back in. Too late, went to bed angry. Customer service training required.

Return visit which says something. Very clean, comfortable room - only slight issue was that room not serviced in evening while we were out for dinner. Breakfast was excellent but shame that breakfast room is used by some as an office for a 1 hour zoom call! This is a wonderful hotel, very convenient for shopping and walking. The staff are faultless and we have nothing but praise.

I’m in London a lot and the Bulgari is one of my favorite hotels. It excels on every level and never disappoints. The rooms, service and food are all fantastic. It’s Knightsbridge location is convenient for shopping, dining, parks, public transport etc.
