Hub By Premier Inn Edinburgh Haymarket

This place was very disorganized. They have replaced the welcome desk with self-help kiosks, but those only work if you have booked with the hotel directly. So the one receptionist is overwhelmed trying to check-in everyone who booked through a third party. The line was 30 minutes long, and this was not even peak season. Worst of all, the hotel charged me for the reservation, even though I had already paid Hotels.com. I'm having to dispute the charge through my credit card because of how poorly run Premier Inn is. I've gotten responses that the manager is not in, or that they simply cannot issue a refund. The rooms a teeny tiny also. Stay away.

I stayed here in November, it was a quaint and quiet place. It was perfect for me!! I would definitely come back if I ever find myself in Edinburgh again!

Nice stay in renovated, modern rooms. Room was on the smaller side so be aware of this if you require a lot of space. Area felt safe with central Edinburgh a brief walk or bus ride away.

Everything was great and as it was booked

Not the best place I've stayed. It's ok if you are traveling alone, but if you're travelling with someone else you'll here everything thats happening in the bathroom. And also, you can't only turn the light on in the bathroom... The whole room will light up!
