Nice place if you are a single traveler, double rooms a bit small for 2 people, very modern in design. Lift works great and the breakfast is very good every morning. Easy to walk from here to the castle and royal mile, etc. Five minute walk to airport tram and to Haymarket trains.

Located in a convenient location close to bus and tram stations. Many of Edinburgh’s sights are located within a walkable distance. Facilities were clean and staff were very helpful. 24 hour staffed lobby was very convenient.

We loved the place. It was super clean and the staff were amazing. The bar/kitchen/dining area down below was awesome. We didn’t buy anything from there, but we borrowed hot water, water, ice, and glasses from them. Good location. Took about 20-25 min to walk to the main town center (castle, highstreet, old town).

The property is clean and new and central. Can’t ask for more than that. Parking is difficult but if ur central then it is easy to just take public transport Rooms are small like most UKk room but new and well appointed. The downstairs is really nice and cool to hang out Overall great place to stay in The walk to the castle is just 15 mins and there are restaurants all around

The coffee machine in the main lobby is great! The hotel will store luggage. There was black mold in the corner of our shower and there was lots of hair and dust on ledges around the sink. These rooms are small and I would not recommend unless a solo traveler. This hub is not located in as great of an area as others but was fairly quiet. Our room was very hot and stuffy.

The room is very small! The bed takes half of the room. Do not expect other facilities than bed. The room is not cleaned up if not asked to front desk. Even if the room cleaning is asked, the room is still dirty. I don't want to stay there again.

This is a perfectly good, basic, hotel -- perfect if you just want a clean and comfortable room to sleep & shower while you explore the city. "Superior" double room is a bit cozy/cramped for 2 people; room "refresh" is by request. Its location makes it very walkable (short walk from the Haymarket train station) if you're in town to explore. Wifi is included and good. Breakfast buffet was good, if carb-heavy; lunch/dinner extremely limited so you're better off at one of the many restaurants in the area. Overall: it's an interesting concept (minimalist but quality hotel: bright, clean, comfortable, safe, secure) and I'd be willing to stay here or at one of their other hotels again.

Room was great except…the bathroom lighting was affected by the main lighting and when you used it in the night, the other lights came on and disrupted people sleeping in the bedroom outside the bathroom. A separate switch would help greatly. No microwave or bar fridge for snacks and milk purchased in the lobby. The staff was friendly, pricing was good, access to the city was easy to get to. Bed was comfortable. TV kept fading in and out. But overall, I give it an 8/10

The hotel is situated quite close to the inner city. The main tourist attraction are in walking distance. However, the rooms and beds are very small. And the breakfast choices were quite limited.

It was a nice hotel, close to everything yiu would want to see in Edinburgh. The staff was helpful. The room was clean but a little tight. However, there was lots of storage that made it easier to store our bags. The breakfast was a continental breakfast but it was lacking in protein options. I have blood sugar issues and would have really enjoyed and needed hard boiled eggs to keep my blood sugar in check through the day. Complimentary tea and apples was a plus. Thanks for a nice stay!
