Super clean. Friendly staff. Lots to do other than sit in room. Pool bar patio Adirondack chairs water. Just this close to being a resort. 👍

Let me be fair - it was a nice property conveniently located for me near the Kennedy Space Center - the reason for my visit. That being said, I hate when hotels hide behind "Ecological concerns" as a reason to excuse the lack of housekeeping services. Even if they now refuse to change the sheets daily, there is no ecological reason that housekeeping can't at least visit the room daily and make the beds, empty the garbage pails and maybe replace the towels i left on the bathroom floor because they were dirty. Aside from that the ice machine on my floor was broken for the duration of my stay, as was the hot tub. Neither showed any sign of being worked on, either, so that was also not a priority for them. For around $250-300/night i expect better. Like i said the individual staff were nice and not to be blamed for corporate cost-saving policies.

We loved the location along the river as well as the space theme decor. We were lucky enough to catch a launch during our stay and the roof top bar was the best place to view it. We also enjoyed great pool service from the friendly bartender. We would recommend staying here to others and will be back again ourselves.

As of April 2023 the hotel was just aprox one year old so all looks still very good. The views on the river side are amazing. The pool has a good size and offer entertainment also for kids. They also have 2 washing machines and 2 dryers for who wants to do his own laundry.

Great new property with spacious modern well equipped rooms, nice lobby, cafe and rooftop space themed bar. Friendly staff and even a delivery service robot for extra towels and such. Space Bar on the roof is a great place view launches from the cape.

Room was very clean and spacious. We loved the patio. The pool was very nice. We enjoyed several hours in pool. The rooftop restaurant food was excellent and the waitress was fantastic. The hotel staff was very nice and informative. Thank you for that.

Could use an elevator specific to the launch viewing so it does not delay hotel guests.

It was nice but a bit sleepy. Restaurant doesn’t open until 4 and pool doesn’t serve until 1.

Chargers available for electric cars . It does smell like swamp outside.

Great location near Cape Canaveral and cruise port. Hotel was furnished in a fun space theme. Grounds around the hotel were very well maintained and walkable bordering the water. Room was vey clean. Top notch fitness facilities. Will be back.

Bathroom sink by the top was dirty like they didn’t bend their head to look under the lip and there’s no fan in bathroom so ceiling is getting mildew, a detachable shower head would be better for the little ones otherwise the shower was nice.. and outdoor jacuzzi definitely needs a good cleaning. Staff was all very friendly and nice.

I honestly cannot understand how this hotel has good reviews at all. From the moment we walked in, the smell was overwhelming and horrendous. It hit us immediately as soon as we entered the hotel and should have been our first red flag. When we got to our room, it somehow got worse. The room was dirty and the bathroom had an active water leak. At that point we went back to the front desk and they did change our room, but unfortunately that did not solve anything. Shortly after settling into the second room, we encountered a cockroach. Not just any cockroach. It was flying and very comfortable, not trying to hide at all. That was the final straw. We did not even last an hour at this hotel. We ended up leaving around midnight and scrambling to find somewhere else to stay because there was absolutely no way we could remain there. The conditions were unacceptable, unsanitary, and shocking for a Marriott property. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had, and we still cannot get over it. Save yourself the stress and do not stay here. Stay in Orlando instead.

Staff were very friendly and helpful upon arrival. Our room was clean and just as described. This is our 3rd stay here and we will continue to return.

The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean and well kept. Parking was convenient and well lit. It was one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in, in quite a while.

This hotel was great. The staff were very friendly, the entire hotel was clean, and the rooms were fun to stay in. Close to everything and free parking.

Location in proximity to Kennedy Space Center was awesome. View on east side of the building was great. Close enough to other area attractions. Pillows were not very good. A/C was ok, but humidity was high in room even with A/C running.

room booked was provided (expedia changed the room) no separate bedroom, they offered an alternative, the door wouldn't open, battery dead in clock, they couldn't figure this , kept issuing new keys that didn't work, finally called maintenance... total disaster had to find alternative, left hotel, refund requested, if denied i will call my bank and protest, and never use expedia or marriott ever ever ever again!!!

With it being so close to Kennedy Space Center you could see the launch pads from room (if you book a river view room). The rooms are spacious. I also love you have the 2 King size bed option!!! Super unique hotel.

We had such a wonderful stay! Honestly, my only complaint is that the pillows were super soft. But everything else was perfect. We were celebrating our sons 7th bday at KSC; and the Marriott staff made it extra special with an upgraded room, and a special visit from their concierge robot, Luna. The Space Bar had great drinks and food, plus an awesome view.

My boyfriend and i came to stay after doing the space center for the day. The WHOLE PLACE IS SPACE THEMED! It was super nice looking in the dpwnstairs check in area. The room had the water front view where you could actually see the rocket launch if one were to happen. Rooms were clean, cool space wallpaper and a cool little projector light that displays stars on the ceiling! The rooftop bar and food were awesome! Cool sitting areas around the property as well. Coolest hotel ive been to in a while!

I loved this hotel! The decorations are space themed, which was cool. Very clean, and comfortable. The rooftop bar was very nice. You get a water view, which was a plus for me. They have a Starbucks in the lobby, very convenient to grab a coffee or a pastry. They also sell you souvenirs from NASA. I definitely recommend this hotel.

We love the location and the amenities. We have stayed there a few times when sailing out of Cape Canaveral. This was the first time we stayed on the first floor. It was very noisy with people coming in and out an exterior door and from the stairs. The three of us were woken up seven times during the night (we didn’t go to sleep until 11:30.) We will stay there again, just never on the bottom floor again.

I’m on the second floor, and I can hear the music beats from the first floor.

Location near Kennedy Space Center, Air Condition is very loud and running all time!

Great location. Wonderful view. But the real five star plus is the staff. Great people.

Staff were outstanding

My recent stay at this Marriott, booked through Expedia, was disappointing despite the friendly staff. Upon arrival, my room had a strong musky odor, like wet carpet. I was exhausted and assumed it was from the AC being off. Overnight, the temperature kept shifting from cool to warm, making it hard to rest. In the morning, I reported the issue and was told the AC wasn’t working. I was moved to another room, but having to repack and relocate was inconvenient. Later, I finished my work early and changed my flight. I asked for a credit for the unused prepaid nights, but despite purchasing multiple “payment protection” options through Expedia, neither Expedia nor Marriott would issue a refund or credit. This made me feel the protections I paid for had no real value. While the staff’s friendliness stood out, the room issue, the inconvenience, and the lack of flexibility with my reservation have left me unwilling to book with Marriott again or use Expedia for future travel.

I don't have anything bad to say about this place, from the helpful staff to the comfortable accommodations and great amenities, should I have future work or pleasure in Titusville, I'll be staying here. The food in both restaurants was excellent and the view from the Space Bar, fabulous! I finished my work sooner than expected, but too late to cancel (boo on the 2-day cancelation notice) so I stayed and worked from there rather than going back home and working from there. It was a very comfortable and productive work environment, and I would not have gotten as much done returning to my home office. Thanks all, esp Casey Behr who went above and beyond to make sure my trip a pleasant one, even after I left :)

Overall it was a good stay. Nice view, very good outdoor heated pool. I booked and paid in advance over an online agency(expedia) but realised that I was double charged. Sent a message via agency and never heard back.

Had to wait 45 minutes for the room to be ready, they were out of over half of all their food and when you did order it was over an hour wait. This morning left early for a road race and was refused service to buy bottle water.

Unique property with the Space Bar that allows excellent views of launches from NASA. What I didn't like was the lack of service after requesting at the front desk. For instance, the tub barely drained when showering. Within a few minutes I was standing in an inch of water. I asked the front desk (in person) if they could check it out. All the person at the counter did was write the room number down on a sheet of paper and circle it. Mind you the paper already had a bunch of other writing on it and there was no other note added to it.That was on a Friday. No one ever went to the room to clear the drain. The next day I went to the desk (a different staff member) and asked if they could refresh the glasses in the room. I even said I didn't need full room service, just new glasses. Well, those glasses sat and sat in the room until I checked out the next day. Two days, two requests, zero service. Unacceptable. I gave it two stars because the employees at the Bistro were helpful and pleasant. Not that the front desk personnel were rude or anything, it's just that they did nothing to fulfill simple requests. If not for the Bistro personnel it would have been 1 star.

Close to Kennedy space center

Absolutely fantastic! Location is incredible, right across the river from KSC. Beautiful property—everything is brand new! Resort-like amenities at an affordable price. Our room (two queens and pull-out sofa) was huge, too! And the Space Bar on the roof is amazing!

This property is very out of the way in a business development - it was fine for us for one night as it was very convenient to catch a Lyft taxi to the Kennedy Space center for the day after our cruise, but it might not suit people looking to do more days than that or wind down. The hotel itsself, lovely the rooms great and big, only two things let it down, Most of the staff we spoke to were amazing but there was more than one who let the side down and the attitude was wierd. In addition I know this is probably not the hotels fault and just one of those things but we had a god awful smell of rotting seaweed (at first we thought it was sewage, until we were told it was actually seaweed cooking in the sun), for the two days we were there, which didn't make it pleasant to be in the lovely grounds of the building. So being that this hotel is on the pricier side ( we wanted to treat ourselves for the last night in florida, we were disappointed with those two things). The restaurant was good and we had fun looking at Jupiter through a large telescope with a lovely astronomer wo told us all about it. We missed the Space X launch by 11hrs which would have been fun to see, (nothing to do with this review,obv, but handy for people to know you can see the launches from this hotel on the rooftop bar). Would I stay again - probably not as its a little too remote, but overall enjoyed our night there.

The best location when going to the Kennedy Space Center. Amazing rooftop bar. And the usual Courtyard excellence.

All around the outside of the hotel smelled of rotten eggs and sulfur. Like thick. You could taste it. Although the outdoor areas of the property are beautiful and full of spots to relax and enjoy we didn’t enjoy those areas as much due to the smell being so strong.

Disgusting sewage smell permeated the entire hotel property. It was gagging. I’ll never stay there again.

We were disappointed in the expensive and limited food options- no breakfast buffet, no breakfast food located in the food shop by the front desk. You have to order anything from the bar/coffee bar. Front desk associate Electra was EXTREMELY nice when our family had an issue- big thanks to her.

A wonderful new addition to the hotels in Titusville. Right on the river with a view of the launches. We were lucky enough to see a launch from the Space Bar on the rooftop. Beautiful rooms. Only negatives are the food choices and quality.

We had a great stay at the hotel, and especially enjoyed the pool area and the great views from the roof top bar. You can see the Kennedy Space Center from the hotel, and if there is a rocket launch, it would be a great view. We ate in the Space bar on the rooftop one evening, and had exelent food, drink and service.

Propert was very nice. The room was clean. The rooftop bar area was good for watching spacex launches. Hostess on the roof was kind of short with us then the server when I asked what vegetarian options they had suggested something then said they had limited options that night and I could have an overpriced salad. We left and found a place down the road. Also you have to ask before if you want your towels changed. I didnt know that and had to ask a housekeeper for fresh towels after we got back and were exhausted. For the price you shouldnt have to ask for housekeeping daily.

Not enough food options

Hotel was fine, views were great, food was inedible. We ate at the hotel rooftop restaurant, the views were fantastic but the food was so awful, we didn't eat anything and left starving. I had ordered a margarita and it tasted like dirty dish water, I have worked in the restaurant industry in the past and would never send something back unless it was awful...this was awful. The staff was wonderful and asked if they could make a new one for me but I didn't want one after that. When the food came, it was bad, like, the chicken was green, there was a hair in my daughter's mac and cheese and my food was bland and unappetizing. I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff despite the disappointing stay. We needed a resume printed for a job interview my daughter was having in a few hours and the communal printer was not working so we asked a staff member for help. She had us email her the document and she ran around to print us several copies in the back office. The entire staff was amazing, truly.

The only breakfast option in the hotel was a Starbucks type set up where everything was terribly overpriced. We did enjoy the Sky Bar and the views of the Space Center and launch pads.

The rooftop Space Bar was great. Super view, good beverages and good bar foods.
