We had such a lovely stay here! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. We visited over the Easter weekend, so the rates were a bit higher, but it was totally worth it. They even left a chocolate egg and a sweet card for the kids — such a thoughtful touch! The hotel has its own parking area, which felt very secure. It’s £15 per night, but we were happy to pay for the peace of mind. Everything about our stay was great, and I’d definitely love to come back next time I’m in Edinburgh.

Lovely place with a quiet location in nice area. Huge suit style rooms. 5 min walk to West end station and 2 stations on the tram and you are in city center. Helpful staff, who will help you with whatever you need. Continental Breakfast you order from a QR code and pick up in reception after 8.30 or you pop out to one of the nice caffès in the area. Lounge area with help yourself coffee, tea and drinks. Will be happy to go back.

Amazing for a family of 4 in the Townhouse Suite. The lounge had two single beds that came down from the cupboards and still left an enormous lounge with beautiful bay windows to enjoy! Nespresso machine, microwave, fridge, dining table, tv etc. Main bedroom with en-suite and a jacuzzi bath and a separate shower room and toilet. Five mins walk to Haymarket Station and strolling distance to restaurants and cafes. 25 min gentle walk from Murrayfield Stadium. Honesty box in main lounge with various food items and drinks available to purchase. Highly recommend this hotel. 30 min tram ride to airport from Haymarket.

Very nice place to stay, 10 minute walk from Edinburgh Castle. The only downside was it was hard to find the parking lot. On the plus side, the receptionist stayed well past her normal quitting time just to ensure that we made it safely to our lodging. My only suggestion is that clear instructions on how to find the parking lot be given with the reservation. Other than that, it was a great stay

Everything was excellent with one temporary flaw…the elevator was out of service, and we were 3 floors up. Other than that, a very pleasant stay with great staff!

Friendly reception, perfect hotel parking but limited hotel ground spaces, plenty of public parking at a higher rate available at front of hotel. Ubers are readily available to get you anywhere. Honesty bar at reception is a nice touch.

Great stay. We were only there one night but we will definitely be back. Lovely building and the rooms are huge, everything is so carefully thought out. We loved the honesty shop and breakfast, and my daughter loved the little toy area.

Our apartment was fantastic in every way - spacious, spotless, comfortable, and Hapimag was a joy to stay at. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was ready early which was a bonus, but Hapimag were happy to look after our luggage in any case. Although there is no catering on site, you can order breakfast items to be picked up from reception the next day, and the on-site 'honesty box's shop covered the few things we needed. In terms of location, Hapimag is approximately 10 minutes walk from the western end of Prince's Street - perfect. All the benefits of being close to the key attractions yet with the relative peace and grandeur of the Georgian New Town. My husband and 2 grown up daughters were very happy and comfortable in our suite - it was a true home from home. Thank you Hapimag for your wonderful service!

Fantastic gem on a quintessential Edinburgh crescent. So quiet and the bed was incredibly comfortable, so much so that we slept in! Great facilities, including a microwave and coffee maker in our room. The breakfast bakery items to order were delicious and affordable. Our one criticism, the cold water pressure was dreadful. As a result, the rainfall shower didn’t work properly but that wouldn’t stop us returning.

Amazing place tucked away in the West End. Beautiful townhouse with so much room- very well presented and the reception could not have been friendlier . We had room 17 with great views/huge windows, plenty of room and huge bathroom, clean and with bath and shower . good amenities and very comfortable bed. Have been to many hotels locally and would return to this one in a heartbeat- already booking next trip- easy walking distance to city centre ( we were visiting liquid room) Thank you

A wonderful place to stay, a resort hotel so you can be self sufficient. The rooms are a suites, with table & chairs, couch & comfy chair as well as a well equipped mini kitchen. The bathroom was amazing with a deep claw footed bath, although the water pressure wasn’t great in the shower. Will definitely stay here again.

We had the grand suite and it is a very spacious apartment that has a seating area with sofa and chairs, a small dinette, big bathroom with a huge bathtub and a bidet along with a shower. We were on the 3rd floor apartment with windows overlooking the street in front. Lovely view of the small garden with cherry blossoms. The apartment has 4-5 large windows letting in plenty of sunshine when the sun is out. The property is on a very quiet residential street and is about 10 mins walk from the haymarket station and any dining. It felt very safe walking in the area at night. The staff is friendly and they bring you anything you may need that is not available in the honesty bar. What I didn’t like: 1. The shower is tiny and has only a metal shelf to keep all your products. The shelf space over the sink is also very small. Small hand soaps are provided. 2. There are no shades for privacy. You have to pull the curtains closed and they’re heavy. 3. The bed is horrendous. It’s lumpy, and very uncomfortable. The room also gets very hot at night. 4. The bathroom though large, is very dated. I’m not sure if that’s for ambience but it’s not practical. The bidet has two faucets for hot and cold and this didn’t make sense to me. The water pressure was low throughout.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in , so cozy and the stay was so perfect , the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The bed was extremely comfy and the room was immaculate, the room was absolutely stunning with the most beautiful ceilings had such an old charm about it. The bathroom was perfect, I loved we had a smart tv in our room so we could watch Christmas films. It was the perfect winter getaway we will definitely be back thank you so much Hapimag hotel you made our stay in Edinburgh absolutely perfect the dream hotel.

Absolutely incredible hotel, the staff were lovely and very helpful. Sandra in particular, was amazing when we checked in. Please give her a raise! The facilities, cleanliness and room size were above and beyond. We really appreciated having some kitchen facilities to mitigate costs by preparing some of our own meals at the hotel. The hotel were generous in providing tea/coffee facilities and shortbread with the facilities in the room, when they most certainly did not have to. This is not something you see in many places, We had some travel issues the day we checked out, so we were given an extended check out time to assist us, which we were most greatful for. We will be returning. The only downside, is there being a lack of aircon/extractor fan in the bathroom. On the top floor, the windows only open an inch or two (for safety purposes I assume), but this does cause a lot of steam/heat to cause up in the room, even with the windows open which is not ideal. It was a struggle to cool the room. Conversely, the property was well heated, which, with the rainy weather, was a blessing! Additionally, we were looking forward to enjoying the jacuzzi facilities of the jacuzzi bathtub, but after filling the bath, we realised it was not working, which was disappointing. We repotted this to the staff, who confirmed this was an ongoing issue with the bathtub. We were disappointed we were not advised of this upon check in. Overall, an excellent hotel.

Huge room! Great and reasonably priced pastries and breads available for breakfast. Very private. Edinburgh lodging/hotels were very expensive the weekend we went in because of the Six Nations rugby which we were not aware of but Hapimag was a great deal for 3 of us given the size of the suite. Full bed and bath including shower and jacuzzi tub and then a separate dining and sitting area with shower and pull down beds.

The property is on a very quiet residential street and is about 10 mins walk from the haymarket station and any dining. It felt very safe walking in the area at night. The staff is friendly and they bring you anything you may need that is not available in the honesty bar. What I didn’t like: 1. The shower is tiny and has only a metal shelf to keep all your products. The shelf space over the sink is also very small. Small hand soaps are provided. 2. There are no shades for privacy. You have to pull the curtains closed and they’re heavy. 3. The bed is horrendous. It’s lumpy, and very uncomfortable. The room also gets very hot at night. 4. The bathroom though large, is very dated. I’m not sure if that’s for ambience but it’s not practical. The bidet has two faucets for hot and cold and this didn’t make sense to me. The water pressure was low throughout.

2 issues that prevented me from rating a perfect. First the mattress was horrible, you can feel the internal springs as you lay in the bed. The mattress desperately needs replacement. If my stay was longer i would have checked out because of it. Second the pull cords for the blinds EASILY comes apart when you pull making raising and lowering the blinds frustrating. The property is aware of this inconvenience so it should be addressed. The property is excellent and room was amazing, if the matress issue is resolved I will be back in a heartbeat.

What an amazing place to stay! Grateful to have found Hapimag. A short 10 minute walk to Princes Street and everything around. 20 min walk to Edinburgh Castle and 45 minute walk to Holyrood Palace (end of Royal Mile) so everything we wanted to see was in walking distance from here. Beautiful hotel. Everything about it was just great. Room was fantastic. Wife and daughter kept saying it reminded them of a Jane Austen movie. Decor was wonderful, beds were super comfy. Our room included two single Murphy beds that the kids used while we had our own master bedroom. Plenty of room to just sprawl out and enjoy the space. Would highly recommend for a stay in Edinburgh!

We had such a lovely stay here! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. We visited over the Easter weekend, so the rates were a bit higher, but it was totally worth it. They even left a chocolate egg and a sweet card for the kids — such a thoughtful touch! The hotel has its own parking area, which felt very secure. It’s £15 per night, but we were happy to pay for the peace of mind. Everything about our stay was great, and I’d definitely love to come back next time I’m in Edinburgh.

Very nice place to stay, 10 minute walk from Edinburgh Castle. The only downside was it was hard to find the parking lot. On the plus side, the receptionist stayed well past her normal quitting time just to ensure that we made it safely to our lodging. My only suggestion is that clear instructions on how to find the parking lot be given with the reservation. Other than that, it was a great stay

The heat and hot water went off in the middle of the night at this hotel and guests were offered to stay at a near-by hotel that management selected. The front desk agent was very apologetic and accommodating, however, I overheard him tell another guest that the hotel management would cover the cost if they selected to stay at a more expensive hotel. I wasn't provided that option, therefore all guests are not treated the same. Keep that in mind if you choose to stay here.

Absolutely incredible hotel, the staff were lovely and very helpful. Sandra in particular, was amazing when we checked in. Please give her a raise! The facilities, cleanliness and room size were above and beyond. We really appreciated having some kitchen facilities to mitigate costs by preparing some of our own meals at the hotel. The hotel were generous in providing tea/coffee facilities and shortbread with the facilities in the room, when they most certainly did not have to. This is not something you see in many places, We had some travel issues the day we checked out, so we were given an extended check out time to assist us, which we were most greatful for. We will be returning. The only downside, is there being a lack of aircon/extractor fan in the bathroom. On the top floor, the windows only open an inch or two (for safety purposes I assume), but this does cause a lot of steam/heat to cause up in the room, even with the windows open which is not ideal. It was a struggle to cool the room. Conversely, the property was well heated, which, with the rainy weather, was a blessing! Additionally, we were looking forward to enjoying the jacuzzi facilities of the jacuzzi bathtub, but after filling the bath, we realised it was not working, which was disappointing. We repotted this to the staff, who confirmed this was an ongoing issue with the bathtub. We were disappointed we were not advised of this upon check in. Overall, an excellent hotel.

Our apartment was fantastic in every way - spacious, spotless, comfortable, and Hapimag was a joy to stay at. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was ready early which was a bonus, but Hapimag were happy to look after our luggage in any case. Although there is no catering on site, you can order breakfast items to be picked up from reception the next day, and the on-site 'honesty box's shop covered the few things we needed. In terms of location, Hapimag is approximately 10 minutes walk from the western end of Prince's Street - perfect. All the benefits of being close to the key attractions yet with the relative peace and grandeur of the Georgian New Town. My husband and 2 grown up daughters were very happy and comfortable in our suite - it was a true home from home. Thank you Hapimag for your wonderful service!

A really nice stay! Hapimag is located on a quiet terrace in Edinburgh with some nice architecture. It’s walkable to most major attractions in the city but is just far enough away to be quiet. There’s a nice Honesty Shop where you can pick up some light snacks and drinks and pay when you leave. The premises and the rooms were very clean, and the staff very helpful and friendly. There’s no restaurant on site but they have a deal with a nearby B & B that allows you to purchase breakfast vouchers. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Edinburgh.

Fantastic gem on a quintessential Edinburgh crescent. So quiet and the bed was incredibly comfortable, so much so that we slept in! Great facilities, including a microwave and coffee maker in our room. The breakfast bakery items to order were delicious and affordable. Our one criticism, the cold water pressure was dreadful. As a result, the rainfall shower didn’t work properly but that wouldn’t stop us returning.

Amazing for a family of 4 in the Townhouse Suite. The lounge had two single beds that came down from the cupboards and still left an enormous lounge with beautiful bay windows to enjoy! Nespresso machine, microwave, fridge, dining table, tv etc. Main bedroom with en-suite and a jacuzzi bath and a separate shower room and toilet. Five mins walk to Haymarket Station and strolling distance to restaurants and cafes. 25 min gentle walk from Murrayfield Stadium. Honesty box in main lounge with various food items and drinks available to purchase. Highly recommend this hotel. 30 min tram ride to airport from Haymarket.

Edinburgh lodging/hotels were very expensive the weekend we went in because of the Six Nations rugby which we were not aware of but Hapimag was a great deal for 3 of us given the size of the suite. Full bed and bath including shower and jacuzzi tub and then a separate dining and sitting area with shower and pull down beds.

Loved our stay at the Happimag. Raul and the staff were really helpful. The rooms a great - really roomy and we’ll appointed. Would be great if there was an on property kitchen - no breakfast. HOWEVER, the hotel will get you great pastries and the honesty shop has a good selection of sliced meats, cheese and spreads - so a diy breakfast is available. Recommended!

Made our long weekend in Edinburgh even more delightful. Great stay. We were only there one night but we will definitely be back. Lovely building and the rooms are huge, everything is so carefully thought out. We loved the honesty shop and breakfast, and my daughter loved the little toy area.

Our apartment was fantastic in every way - spacious, spotless, comfortable, and Hapimag was a joy to stay at. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was ready early which was a bonus, but Hapimag were happy to look after our luggage in any case. Although there is no catering on site, you can order breakfast items to be picked up from reception the next day, and the on-site 'honesty box's shop covered the few things we needed. In terms of location, Hapimag is approximately 10 minutes walk from the western end of Prince's Street - perfect. All the benefits of being close to the key attractions yet with the relative peace and grandeur of the Georgian New Town. My husband and 2 grown up daughters were very happy and comfortable in our suite - it was a true home from home. Thank you Hapimag for your wonderful service!

my room was amazing and the location of the hotel is prefect, not having onsite catering is no issue what so ever as so close to Prince's street. i would certainly return here on my next visit

The room and property are absolutely beautiful and the location is great. The staff are friendly and polite but there's not much in the way of service. I would definitely come back though when I return to Edinburgh
