Beautiful property with awesome amenities for the kids, accommodated us for an early check in, super friendly and polite staff, clean pool area, and the in suite laundry was a huge bonus for us. If we’re in Seattle again, we will be staying at Level!

This property was absolutely perfect for a family trip! They had so many awesome amenities, like the karaoke room, game room, movie room, indoor pool, outdoor pool, and HUGE gym. My two kids had a blast and we can’t wait to go back. The room was comfortable and we appreciated having the kitchenette and washer/dryer.

Beautiful property with amazing amenities. We really enjoyed the kid’s area, game room, the karaoke room, and the multiple swimming pools and hot tubs. The location was fantastic and was very walkable to the space needle in the museums near there. The staff were all very pleasant to work with and professional. The views from our balcony were unbelievable!

Amenities are hands down the bestseller, three pool options with 24hr saunas, steam rooms, cold plunge, and hot tub; a indoor and outdoor living space; game rooms, offices, karaoke room, theater room, music room, half court gym with rock climbing wall, fitness facilities are top of class, on-site classes and services, list goes on.. No food service onsite but complete kitchens are provided. Whole Foods and Asian market are one block away. I’ve stayed in many room types-all are good, some are great, but the sky house is.. amazing.

First room was flooding in closet but staff was friendly and promptly moved us to a new room but this room door didn’t lock in bathroom, family of five would be nice to have, stepped on a cockroach in the middle of the night when I got up to go to the restroom, thank good I had sandals. Highlight was staff was very friendly and I really liked the location. Preferred first room had it not been flooding.

Love this property. Always competitive pricing for a great quality. Love the location. My last visit I will say there was evidence of the previous residents. Hair in the shower. Kitchen counter was sticky and there was still food in the freezer. Awesome place overall just that small oversight in housekeeping.

The property was extremely nice. The rooms had sound proof windows, so they were very quiet in a very busy area. The amenities were excellent and the staff was nice. The only issue I had is there was a stain on one of the comforters of the beds, which first of all is kind of gross. We didn't realize until the next day, and we weren't really in the room all night, it definitely wasn't something we created. I showed a picture of it to the check out attendant, and wasn't offered any kind of credit or consolation. For the price of the rooms and the luxury aspect of the place, I would have expected more.

Overall everything was great! My only issues were the hot tub on the 2nd floor looked pretty dirty. Lots of floaters, debris and just kind of icky. There also weren’t any towels by the pool, which we eventually found in our rooms, but my boyfriend had to go back into the room to grab them but then got locked out due to the key card not working. We finally made it to the indoor hot tub and it was a lot cleaner.

This property is in a good location. Th amenities were wonderful. I gave three stars because the dishwasher was not bolted down, so when I opened the dishwasher to load it upon leaving, it fell forward. The bathroom was nice however, the corners of the shower were not cleaned and had a little mold/mildew, and there were a few crumbs left in the freezer from whoever was there previously. I would expect these issues to not arise when paying for rooms ant this rate as this is a luxury hotel. Again, the amenities were great, for the most part, were very customer service oriented. I would still recommend this hotel. It would be great if there was onsite dining for when restaurants in the vicinity are closed.

Nice modern hotel and lovely staff; however, I discovered a suspicious curly hair on the kitchen counter under the TV. Speaking of which, both TVs did not work. Network issues? Also, found a really gross long hair on my bed before going to sleep. The shower also had a really bad leak, out into main the bathroom tile, it's really really bad I had to use up all my towels!! The door on the left to the pool does not work with our key cards, which is very inconvenient. Also missing a Nespresso pod and one seemed used. See pics Dirty hotel room :((((((((((

I loved the two bedroom suite. Very clean, own laundry in the condo, plus a full kitchen and lots of space!! The staff was very helpful and the under ground parking was so convenient and worth the extra money to park there!! I would definitely recommend Level!!

Had a blip when we went to check-in. Room wasn't ready, we had tried to checkin early. Was told they would text us when the room was ready. They did not let us know. We called down at 6:00 p.m. and was told our room was ready. Room we were given had a broken closet and when I tried to use the phone in the room, it wouldn't work. I went down to the lobby desk and asked for a different room. We received one and it was much better. The rest of the stay was fine. Beautiful room, spacious with nice amenities. I would suggest the hotel include instruction manuals for operating the dishwasher and oven. Not everyone is familar with convection ovens or the type of dishwasher in the room. We would stay here again.

Not a traditional hotel, but very nice property with great amenities. 1 issue is booked a 2 bedroom and second bedroom had NO window and was so tight you could barely move around the queen bed. :-(

We were in the executive 2 bedroom suite and loved the balcony and enjoyed coffee and cocktails out there, taking in the view each morning and evening. The beds were super comfy, the room was very clean and spacious. Our teenagers made good use of the pools and gym. Walkable to the space needle or pikes. We will be back!

Incredible hotel and amenities but horrific mattress. Second stay here prayed it would be different in a better room but the bed is awful I can’t comprehend how they went all out on very thing except that. Was also incredibly irritating to have the maid knock on my door multiple times to see when I was going to checkout when the checkout is 11. One time ok but multiple felt incredibly rude and ruined the hospitality we had previously received. Love this hotel don’t know that I’ll stay again because of how uncomfortable I slept and the unnecessary rushing me out.

Nice hotel in a good area. Had a 2 bedroom suite. One bedroom is more like a closet. Very small. All bed, but the bed was comfortable. Staff were nice. Would stay here again. Great value and one of the best and largest gyms I have ever seen in a hotel.

We decided to stay at Level Downtown Seattle on our way home back to Canada. We were really excited booking the night before due to all the amenities and apartment style rooms. Upon check in you could tell a small disaster was starting. I was able to check in an hour early which was convenient although many others were up to an hour past check in before rooms were available. Seems disorganized in that sense. There was also no wifi for the first 3-4 hours and limited on updating when it would be available. Came back on at night thankfully as we had no cell service in our room. It wasn’t until the next day that they asked if the wifi had started working for us. We enjoyed the first two night in Seattle so decided to stay another night as I also picked up some work meetings on Monday and Tuesday. I messaged the hotel to see if we could extend a night and was giving a price much higher than doing a new booking online. After going down the front desk and sorting it all out we had an extended night. All was taking care of and a note would be put on file for the extension. We went to double check in the morning and no notes or anything was completed. The young lady at the desk was very nice and helpful and got us all set with reactivated cards and parking pass although it was supposedly taken care of the night before. We tried extending for a 4th night and online would not work so told us to come finalize in the morning. Now it’s overbooked and we gotta go!
We decided to stay at Level Downtown Seattle on our way home back to Canada. We were really excited booking the night before due to all the amenities and apartment style rooms. There was also no wifi for the first 3-4 hours and limited on updating when it would be available. Came back on at night thankfully as we had no cell service in our room. It wasn’t until the next day that they asked if the wifi had started working for us. We enjoyed the first two night in Seattle so decided to stay another night as I also picked up some work meetings on Monday and Tuesday. I messaged the hotel to see if we could extend a night and was giving a price much higher than doing a new booking online. This is the third and worst stay we have had. The 4pm check in is so late and to make it worse there was one person on check in, the line at 4pm was ridiculous,there were other staff there but this poor girl was doing it all herself, by the time we got to the room it was nearer 4.30-5pm. the elevator situation is awful, you park below the hotel, however you do not have a key code to access the elevator and so it's the stairs for 5 floors! added to that, there is no signage in the elevator to say reception,pool, amenities etc,so you have to guess at which floor you need. Upon leaving the room (11am checkout) I realized I left something in the room but it was 11.01 and our key did not work, so I had to go all the way back to reception and what do you know,a huge line because yes there's one staff member dealing with everything. For $400+ 4.30 checkin, 11.00 checkout, awful elevator maze it's not worth it, such a shame from our first visit.

When I originally checked in, it took over an hour which caused an inconvenience in my plans. I understand there will only two people at the desk but they should've had better staffing due to the great reputation and the rooms being sold out. However the room they placed me in was a mess and just terrible all around. I requested a new room in which they did place me in a better suite but just another inconvenience. Other than that my stay was great and I would come again.

I've stayed at Level before in other cities. It's always great, BUT this time, we had to wait almost an hour and a half to get checked in. As a business owner myself, management & staff are aware of events in the city and they were severely understaffed. Having rooms booked prior, staff would be aware of the influx of people coming to check in and should have been better prepared. The manager came out of his office multiple times, saw that the line went from the front desk all the way to the front door, but did not offer any type of assistance to help his staff. Level is a great place to stay but this experience was disappointing. I'd maybe expect this at a 3 star but this was not acceptable.

Have stayed here multiple times and always have had good experiences except for this one. Immediately after getting checked into my room I realized the toilet in the bathroom didn’t flush properly and when trying to call the front desk the phone in the room didn’t work at all. After going downstairs to tell the front desk they said it would be easiest to just put me in a different room which I agreed to. After moving to the new room it was apparent it was a downgrade from the one that I originally paid for. Out of all 3 tvs in the room not a single remote worked on any of them. My girlfriend was also trying to get ready in the bathroom and realized the electrical outlet by the counter didn’t work at all which led to her having to get ready on the floor in front of the hallway mirror. I did not bring this up to the front desk as I assumed there move would to be to try and just put me in a new room again which I did not want to do for a second time. Normally have had great experiences with this place but this time definitely wasn’t good.

We had an incredible experience at Level Hotel Seattle from start to finish. The service was outstanding, every staff member we encountered was friendly, engaging, and genuinely helpful. Even late at night, after their shifts had technically ended, they still took the time to answer our questions and help us find a great place to eat at 11:30 PM. That level of care really stood out. The amenities are unbeatable. Three beautiful swimming pools, a relaxing sauna, a basketball court, a game room, it’s everything you’d want whether you’re traveling with family or looking for a spot to unwind. It is good place with family. Outdoor pool and indoor pool are big. Indoor can use 24hours. Also, it is really good location. Close by shopping mall and landmark places. (Walkable distance) . Whole food is 2mins away. Everything was good.

Spent the weekend with our kiddos and their friends for Spring Break. The amenities were a key factor in our stay. The basketball court and indoor pool were a great way for the kiddos to expend their energy. My husband and I really enjoyed the gym and steam room. We reserved the 3 bedroom unit on the 12th floor. The outdoor balcony gave us a great view of the city. The beds were comfortable and living space was just roomy enough for us. Parking was an additional $45.00 a night but was secure and covered. We were able to walk down to the Space Needle and catch the Monorail to Pike/ 5th. There is a Whole Foods down the block and the front desk does accept Doordash and other deliveries. Many of the other guests were young families and professionals. We would highly recommend in the summer as the outdoor patio is great too. Just a little to cold for our visit to use.

Property description should be more clear that this is apartment not hotel. Wonderful flat - huge - but only 1 small restaurant on the block. Grocery and more restaurants down a steep hill - if you cannot walk it distances, do not stay here. Pool is nice.

Beautiful property with amazing amenities. We really enjoyed the kid’s area, game room, the karaoke room, and the multiple swimming pools and hot tubs. The location was fantastic and was very walkable to the space needle in the museums near there. The staff were all very pleasant to work with and professional. The views from our balcony were unbelievable!

Not quite as close to attractions as I had imagined - some walking required - some of it up a fairly steep hill. Hotel had lots of amenities. We booked two rooms - one with a king bed which was very cramped, and one much more spacious room with two double beds. Kitchen had everything we needed. Nice to also have washer and dryer in the room. Plenty of EV charging in the underground parking lot.

I loved the location and it's proximity to both South Lake Union and the downtown core. Parking was easy and plentiful. The property was clean and modern from the lobby to the room. Excellent security measures. The staff was kind and helpful. I did not use any of the amenities such as the pool, fitness center, cold plunge, or sauna, but I absolutely will next time! The room was well appointed and set for extended living. Very clean and comfortable. Appliances were wonderful and the room was spacious. It was very quiet and I did not hear another soul while I was staying at Level. I appreciate this as it was an early morning start for me, so I was glad to have an uninterrupted night of sleep!

Despite being a gold VIP member and was told by Expedia to request a room upgrade, the hotel had never heard of this benefit. We didn't get an upgrade. No big deal, but it was a little bit disappointing. The other benefit was free parking. But Level gives free parking to BC and WA residents anyway. No restaurant, but huge gym and pools were fantastic!!

Okay. So before you book at Level, know that this is NOT a hotel. If you like on-site restaurants, a bar or any food or beverage accommodations including a simple coffee stand, this place is not for you! I should have done my due-diligence before booking. There is a Starbucks that’s about an 8-10 minute walk from the hotel and an Asian food market about a block away but nothing on the property. Also note: if you arrive before 4pm they have you sign an acknowledgment waiver (of sorts) specifically for the 4pm check-in time. Although, while they made me wait till just before 4pm, they let another family in a few hours earlier so I guess this “rule” is selective. Property Details: Pool and common areas are nicely equipped. This is more built for condo residences with such amenities as an entertainment area, ample space to host a party and a nice outdoor entertainment area as well. They have a rooftop pool and a large gym along with basketball courts and other amenities that I’m not likely to use during a business visit. The rooms did have a coffee maker with limited supplies and have no cleaning service or room service support (although I don’t mind that). The bed was comfortable and the room was small but the lay out was efficient. Overall, some of the staff didn’t know what they were doing and the place isn’t adequately equipped to be regarded as a hotel. Not conveniently located near convention center or local attractions.

Came in for a 4 night stay, and the room was immaculate and very nice. The gym is outstanding. I’d have liked some vending machines, a convenience store, or a kitchen to be on premises, as you pretty much have to order takeout, if you want to dine in your room, but overall it was a very pleasant stay. I will say the people at the front desk did seem rather inattentive, and not really in any hurry to help. Still, I’d highly recommend this hotel, for anyone looking to be comfortable for an extended stay.

Magnificent overall experience! Pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and cold plunge were awesome. Super clean and well maintained. The room exceeded our expectations; it was more like a large studio apartment with a separate living area, couch, microwave, two TV's washer/dryer and balcony with great views of the city (we were on the 11th floor). The hotel is amazing: clean, modern, welcoming. Full fitness center (we didn't use it because we were there to relax) which looked like a full gym. Comfy plush robes to wear when you leave to pool. Just a few minor things: surprised there was no restaurant (or even a coffee shop) inside the hotel, nor was there room service (they did have a little self service area with snacks, drinks etc but nothing was compliementary). Surprising for a 3.5 star hotel. Also, the internet didn't seem to work very well even though we were in the middle of the city (it was just okay). And we really didn't like the fact that we couldn't get on the internet with the TV to rent movies (note: Netflix was available but we didn't have an account, so not sure if you could rent on there). But you couldn't rent from YouTube, amazon prime was unavailable and we didn't care much for xfinity. Something really weird too was when we turned off the TV in the bedroom the living room TV came on, and vice versa. So sort of annoying. But we still gave it five stars because overall these were pretty minor inconveniences and the positive for outweighed the negative! Super time

Just a few minor things: surprised there was no restaurant (or even a coffee shop) inside the hotel, nor was there room service (they did have a little self service area with snacks, drinks etc but nothing was compliementary). Surprising for a 3.5 star hotel. Also, the internet didn't seem to work very well even though we were in the middle of the city (it was just okay). And we really didn't like the fact that we couldn't get on the internet with the TV to rent movies (note: Netflix was available but we didn't have an account, so not sure if you could rent on there). But you couldn't rent from YouTube, amazon prime was unavailable and we didn't care much for xfinity. Something really weird too was when we turned off the TV in the bedroom the living room TV came on, and vice versa. So sort of annoying. But we still gave it five stars because overall these were pretty minor inconveniences and the positive for outweighed the negative! Super time

Great property close to the main attractions. Space needle Pacific science center etc. lost of awesome amenities. Washer dryer in the suites spacious walk-in closets, big bathtubs game room 2 pools 2 saunas 2 steam rooms. The only things I would say is No breakfast option or coffee you have to go down the block for any of food amenities. And while we were staying there, unfortunately there was a kid hockey tournament so all the amenities were over ran by children, and no parent supervision. I understand that the hotel is not at fault of a hockey tournament, but the amenities were overfilled with lots of children and no parents supervision while the staff did didn't do anything. Many times I saw unattended children running down the halls up and down the elevators. There was only one parent watching 30 boys in the pool.They should never agree to one parent being responsible for 30 kids. Other hotel guests also left the pool not just my family. The amenities were great, but we could not use them because of the overcrowding situation this hotel had. One of the spas did break while we were there. My assumption is from many kids in the pool and spa that day messing with knobs. Keep in mind I do have children myself. Family friendly but not a zoo or a day care and if parents could not be present for their children hotel staff should have held them accountable for them.

Amenities are hands down the bestseller, three pool options with 24hr saunas, steam rooms, cold plunge, and hot tub; a indoor and outdoor living space; game rooms, offices, karaoke room, theater room, music room, half court gym with rock climbing wall, fitness facilities are top of class, on-site classes and services, list goes on.. No food service onsite but complete kitchens are provided. Whole Foods and Asian market are one block away. I’ve stayed in many room types-all are good, some are great, but the sky house is.. amazing.

Level offers a good option for downtown Seattle stays with more space than a hotel room and some nice amenities for families but has really poor customer service. Emails to the property before arrival were unanswered. There is limited staff who seem overburdened and very little attention to details. Rooms are not well stocked (and smell strongly of cleaner). We had 2 towels for a family of 5 and towels are not available at the pools. No bedding in the room for the pull out couch bed. Waited hours for the bedding to be delivered after multiple requests. No food options on-site other than a vending machine. We had delays at check-in and our key card didn't work to get out of the garage. The place is large so getting around takes time and is a bit of a maze, and you better bring your key card because every access point requires it from every elevator ride up or down, restroom, the gate between pool and patio, garage doors to the elevators, etc.

A very nice hotel. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night, but it definitely made us wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel is very modern, and the room was comfortable, with a small balcony, which was a really nice touch. Our only regret is that we didn’t get to spend more time there. Overall, a great stay!
