Wonderful family-run hotel located in a cute part of London (Pimlico) that is well situated and connected to the underground and regional trains. The room was perfect for just two and has all the basic necessities. Very clean and basic house keeping provided daily. The owners were very friendly and accommodating and were happy to provide local recommendations. They also allow you to keep luggage at the hotel after checkout which was very convenient for a later flight. Wonderful stay and would happily recommend to friends and family for future stays!

Room was clean. Hotel was. Lose to 2 underground stations to get us where we wanted to go. Bed was ok, no aircon if you are there in summer and also no lifts. We had 6 sets of stairs to walk up. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good places to eat all meals were close by

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is a residential area so very quiet at night. The family that runs the hotel was so helpful and friendly. We would stay here again and recommend it to others. Two things to note -- no breakfast is served at the hotel and there is no elevator, so we recommend it for those who can be flexible on these two things.

It is London, so the room and bathroom was small. I was not aware that they didn’t have a lift and did not enjoy caring my stuff to the 3rd floor.

The hotel owners were helpful in keeping our stay comfortable. We were given a 3rd floor room but unfortunately the weather was very hot and we found it very uncomfortable as there is no air conditioning. There was a table fan, which helped, but it wasn't enough to circulate the air and we had the window open as well. The next day the owner offered us a 2nd floor room that became available and was slightly bigger. We were able to have a floor fan that provided more air circulation, plus we had a door that opened up to the balcony, which also provided more outside air. Rooms are small but clean, daily room service, neighborhood is quiet.

Ideal small hotel for a night away in London. Very close to Pimlico tube station it is easy to get to. Room and the rest of the hotel is exceptionally well cared for, not the tired look which so many small hotels suffer from. The paintwork was fresh and tidy, bathroom spotlessly clean and everything we needed was there. Only one thing I should point out is there is no lift. It was clearly stated before booking but by other reviews it appears some people just aren’t aware/don’t read the details before booking. Its a small hotel, few of them have such facilities. I would recommend this hotel to anyone 👍

The hotel is conveniently located to the train station, the staff were friendly and helpful. There are restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Buckingham Palace is a short walk away. The property is slightly dated but very clean. The room was small, I shared a twin room with my son, but we did not have any issues and slept well. The bathroom is clean and the shower did not send water all over the floor. I would stay here again.

Excellent service and clean rooms. Unfortunately the walls are paper-thin and doors have a large gap underneath them so when guests in the next room were talking late in the evening and in the middle of night, it woke me up and I couldn’t sleep.

I walked into the place and it smelt like an old peoples home. Once I checked in and made my way to the room, I was pleasantly suprised. My room was lean and airy, I had a balcony room that I could not use due to health and safety (clearly knob heads that don't know not to throw themselves off!). The shower was either baltic or hell there was no in between. Overall I would stay here again for the money. on the 2nd night I did have people banging their doors until about 23:30 but after that was as quiet as a mouse,

The staff was exceptional. We had someone in our group with a scooter. They went above and beyond helping us get it up the stairs to the hotel. Since the rooms are small they kept it in the office until needed. The rooms were small. Not really room for suitcases. We had to lift them up on the bed to get things out or in them. The bathroom was tiny. Barely enough room to shower. No room for toiletries. The table for the coffee pot doubled as a vanity of sorts.

Really lovely & friendly staff, makes a huge difference. Great location. Very clean, tidy and we felt very safe. Only thing I’d recommend is better mattresses as it was uneven, sloped on one side made for not great sleeping, and the pillows are unusually very very lumpy.

The owner/manager was very helpful. He gave us instructions on how to get to the King’s Cross train station and made it easy for us. We didn’t have to pay a taxi to get there.

I got a notice as I was boarding the plane that if I was checking in after 11 that the key would be taped to a door down the stairs behind a door. This would have been nice to know when I made the reservation. So I arrive…pitch dark down the stair…I’m 66 years old and had to travel by myself….not safe. Finally got to the room at almost 11:30. It was clean, but the bed was miserable and the room was hot…very little ventilation. Thank goodness it was 1night only.

The hotel is conveniently located to the train station, the staff were friendly and helpful. There are restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Buckingham Palace is a short walk away. The property is slightly dated but very clean. The room was small, I shared a twin room with my son, but we did not have any issues and slept well. The bathroom is clean and the shower did not send water all over the floor. I would stay here again.

This is a great little hotel in a nice location with plenty of restaurants, pubs and convenience stores just a few minutes walk away. Close to both Pimlico and Victoria tube stations so easy to get from hotel to wherever we wanted to go. All the staff were friendly and welcoming and most importantly our room and communal areas all very clean and freshly decorated. Our room was quite tiny but it wasn’t really a problem for us as we were out and about most of the time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to friends and family and would defiantly stay there again.

We are very dissappointed when we booked the hotel we read that breakfast was included. This hotel has no breakfast at all. We had to go out every morning for eating breakfast it is very expensive in Westminster.

Wonderful family-run hotel located in a cute part of London (Pimlico) that is well situated and connected to the underground and regional trains. The room was perfect for just two and has all the basic necessities. Very clean and basic house keeping provided daily. The owners were very friendly and accommodating and were happy to provide local recommendations. They also allow you to keep luggage at the hotel after checkout which was very convenient for a later flight. Wonderful stay and would happily recommend to friends and family for future stays!

Great location, close to bus stop and local resturants/pubs/coffee shops, lovely welcome, well appointed room and bathroom. Easy walk to the Houses of Parliament for the tour we had booked.

I think that you are paying for the location because the room that we stayed in (#2) was just a poor quality, random Blackpool type hotel room that makes Travelodge look posh. You get 1 pillow, no breakfast and no chance of parking a car. For the money I’d look somewhere else and catch an uber.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is a residential area so very quiet at night. The family that runs the hotel was so helpful and friendly. We would stay here again and recommend it to others. Two things to note -- no breakfast is served at the hotel and there is no elevator, so we recommend it for those who can be flexible on these two things.
