Radhoo Tulum

Really cute hut/bungalow in the desirable Tulum Beach. Breakfast was delicious and the staff replied quickly in the chat. Convenient beach access and a very nice pool. My toilet was broken during the entire stay. Staff would try to fix it several times but always it was broken no matter what. The hotel provided ample beach accommodation but once on the beach, you cannot put charges to your room, which is problematic for me, as I am not comfortable carrying money or credit cards when I’m planning to play in the ocean. Also at the pool I was told that I had to pay cash. So I needed to run to the ATM machine and pay the $7.95 fee for withdrawal. The concierge was excellent. They booked me a massage and made me dinner reservations. Housekeeping was inconsistent. Sometimes They would not empty the trash and my breakfast from the morning would sit out on my patio until the evening. I’d have to ask for it to be cleaned up.

They truly went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. One of the highlights was the complimentary side breakfast every morning — yogurt, fresh bread, juices, and coffee. It was such a lovely touch and made our mornings feel relaxed and special. The food at the hotel overall was also incredible. We also really appreciated being able to use their bikes for free to explore the hotel zones. Anytime we needed a taxi, the front desk was happy to call one for us right away. Overall, Radhoo felt like a peaceful, beautifully run place with amazing service. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Tulum!

My second time traveling to Tulumn. Radhoo exceeded our expectations. Staff was amazing and attentive. We felt safe and comfortable. Love the air conditioning. The pool was great and we loved that we have access to the beach cavanas via its sister hotel, Encatada. Enjoyed our stay

Very nice hotel! Feels like you are in the jungle. The rooms are nice, beds are really comfortable. There is not a lot of lightning in the room but it seems to be the case in most place is tulum which is great in the end. Breakfast was really great. Staff in the front desk super nice! What we like less, is maybe the service at the pool, we had to go to the bar to order, nobody were taking orders at the pool, nor cleaning the empty glasses. The pool is a bit old and broken in some parts, might need a little refresher. The hotel is rather small. But in the end is was a super stay.

Radhoo was amazing we stayed here second part of our stay the organized everything from the other hotel Encantada which was also amazing. The hotel is beautiful as for the pool amazing! What's makes it special is the staff so helpful and kind we can't say enough great things about them there all wonderful made it very special for our anniversary. Food and drinks were wonderful. We will return Radhoo!!!

Radhoo is like heaven. The ambiance is superb. The pool is to die for and beach is 30 seconds away. So quiet at night yet so close to everything. No mosquitos. The service was the at highest level. Fabian was the best!

Rooms is more in the romantic/cozy style, lightning is more into some dark mood, but not a problem if you're into that! Service is great, people eager to be gentle and help you out. The bikes (free) are excelent. We liked a lot and do recomend.

Fabian, Emily, and Natalia were incredible! They made this boutique hotel so special. They were responsive to every need and went above and beyond in service. The hotel is perfect location for all the great instagrammable art sites, restaurants, beach clubs and more. The hotel pool was refreshing. You event have access to their sister hotel across the street for beach club access. I would stay again.

Great property and friendly staff, clean rooms and common areas, prompt service (communicating via whatsapp was very efficient). Really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to returning.

Better than expected. One of the cleanest and well kept properties I’ve stayed at

Leider an beiden Abenden sehr lang laute Musik : einmal Feier im Hotel, am nächsten Abend Party im Hotel nebenan. Es war Freitag und Samstag, da muss man damit vielleicht rechnen.

AMAAAZING! My husband and I had the best experience at Radhoo. The service was just like no other vacation we have been on. First off the place is absolutely beautiful, and very romantic. The staff was so nice and pleasant. And when I say whatever you may need or want they will provide for you in the most convenient way. It has a sister property right across the street where we were able to spend time beach side. Its like you get two in one, serenity in the jungle and relaxation at the beach. And the food and drinks was amazing as well. We will definitely stay here again!

Vi hade en fantastiskt vistelse på Radhoo. Trevlig personal som också var mycket hjälpsam. Lugnt och skönt både på hotellet och runt om (inte som andra delar av Tulum där beachclubarna ligger nära). Fantastiskt fin pool och solbäddar. God frukost. Vi har positiva upplevelser från våran vistelse.
