Other than no elevator to the 3rd floor it was great-very helpful, clean, amazing views, great place for a stay in Bacalar!! Reception was WONDERFUL!!

This place has it all. Affordable pricing, walkable, shopping and dining options. Lake is a 3 minutes away and the bus ADO is only a 5 minute drive which is like $3 USD taxi. Best part is that you get access to Mayan Playa which is a $6 USD taxi ride. There you can enjoy a deck with lounge chairs, hammocks and swim at no cost. As well as Kayak, bar and small menu for a small fee.

Está súper bien ubicado, el beach club está súper lindo. Lo único que podría faltarle es tener alberca porque hace mucho calor , pero por la noche está súper cerca del parque principal , desayunos comidas y cenas deliciosas a menos de 5 minutos caminando

Excelente ubicación, la atención fue buena aunque siento que podrían mejorar, por ejemplo no nos comentaron que la limpieza no la hacen si no la pides, no te ponen papel de baño nuevo si aún tienes, en la terraza hay agua y café pero tampoco te lo comentan, sabíamos del acceso al club de playa por la reserva pero tampoco nos explicaron cómo funcionaba hasta que nos acercamos a preguntar, les falta más atención a esos detalles, pero la experiencia no fue mala. El club de playa es súper bonito y tranquilo. Si recomiendo reservar ahí .

Un acceuil plutot mitigé. Application d un surcout si l on voulait payer en cb. Une fois accès a la chambre, nous nous sommes fait interpeller car nous utilisation un escalier plutot qu un autre. Niveau équipement, le rideau occultant (pourtant indiqué dans la description de la chambre)ne retenait meme pas la luminosité de la lune. Le bruit et les odeurs des restaurants tres présents. Enfin lors de checkout nous avons à peine eu un bonjour à l'acceuil. Je vous invite a voir d autres établissements pour un sejour dans cette ville sympathique

Bra läge, rent i rummet och hjälpsam i receptionen. Toaletten fungerade inte helt korrekt och jag behövde fixa den själv till och från. Ljus från hallen kommer in i rummet och endast personal kan släcka lampan. Musik från baren nedanför sent på kvällen. Ena sängen bekväm, andra sängen obekväm. Helt OK men inte värt pengarna.

Hôtel très bien situé face à la place principale de Bacalar. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants et de commerces au pied de l'hôtel. Il est très simple de se stationner sur les places publiques à moins de 2 min à pieds de l'hôtel. L'hôtel est très calme, la chambre standard 2 lits doubles est un peu petite mais la salle est propre et moderne.

La ubicación es excelente si llegas de noche, esta a pasos de la plaza, la señorita de recepción es amable y nos acompaño al cuarto, pero las escaleras con las maletas si esta pesado, y olvidaron poner shampo en el baño, me di cuenta ya bañándome, lo solucionaron rápido, pero necesite salir ya mojada de la regadera. Si recomiendo en general.

Teníamos el vuelo de salida 9 am entonces salimos 6:30 am del hotel , y Dejamos una de las 2 llaves , sobre la repisa que está debajo del televisor, Decían que No estaba y que me la cobrarían $$ , les pedí que por favor revisaran bien ya que ahí la iban a encontrar, después de un tiempo, me dijeron que si la habían encontrado, más tarde me escribieron diciendo que me cobrarían , una prenda de la cama , por que se manchó , de un gel de agua , que mi bebé traía, ese gel no es tóxico ni mucho menos , se me quita con agua caliente y no hay mayor problema, dijeron que lo checarian , y que si no, me la iban a cobrar. Creo que de todo quieren cobrar algo adicional

Está súper bien ubicado, el beach club está súper lindo. Lo único que podría faltarle es tener alberca porque hace mucho calor , pero por la noche está súper cerca del parque principal , desayunos comidas y cenas deliciosas a menos de 5 minutos caminando

Excelente ubicación, la atención fue buena aunque siento que podrían mejorar, por ejemplo no nos comentaron que la limpieza no la hacen si no la pides, no te ponen papel de baño nuevo si aún tienes, en la terraza hay agua y café pero tampoco te lo comentan, sabíamos del acceso al club de playa por la reserva pero tampoco nos explicaron cómo funcionaba hasta que nos acercamos a preguntar, les falta más atención a esos detalles, pero la experiencia no fue mala. El club de playa es súper bonito y tranquilo. Si recomiendo reservar ahí .

Great place. small but cheap so I would say worth it since you are two blocks from the water. restaurant downstairs will give you discount when you eat there. Definitely try the Chillequilles from Mestizos with eggs and res/beef. Incredible and this is coming from a Mexican.

Not to much clean. But they do there best. Market in the front is funny en good cheap food. Next time i will go back it was good enough for a few days.
