Very NICE hotel. Attentive staff. Super CLEAN & COMFY hotel, room & pool! Having the TC 400 Tavern connected is a PLUS! There were 2 wedding parties staying at hotel however all seemed quiet, cozy and definitely a MUST STAY again sort of place. Convenient to Minneapolis event is main reason we booked...ALL mentioned is why we'd booked again. ❤️

Convenient location near freeway, nice bar / restaurant onsite, great gym, nice pool & hot tub that were clean, secure elevator w/ keycard access to floors, fast check in and allowed late check out w/o any hassle.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean. The service was excellent! The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The pool and hot tub were very clean and relaxing. We enjoyed Starbucks coffee at the hotel grab and go cafe. We also ate at the Twin Cities 400 Tavern in the hotel-the food was great and the service was excellent! I would definitely recommend the Delta Hotel.

No shuttle service after 6pm to the state fair. Limited menu at the hotel restaurant.

We mostly stayed for the pool and the restaurant. Both were fantastic. No complaints.

The area is perfect for a quiet place to stay at. Many shopping centers around it It was a very quiet place with no traffic. The room was not so clean. They can do better. The tub had hair and was not washed off The carpet was really worn out and not vacuumed

Hotel was bright and clean. Our room needs the carpet cleaned. Rooms ar spacious. Maid service was very good. Bus to Fair was perfect.

Brown stains on the bed looked like poop stain on sheet. I found it after a long day so i just slept on top of the blanket and covered it up.

The room was nice as was the lobby. The front desk was very helpful. Our request for extra pillow was quickly fulfilled. Yet our room was never cleaned and we called for more towels and never received them. The room was fairly clean but there was hair in the bathroom in several places. Apparently the cleaning staff needs more direction & management as well as more cleaning staff.

It was a great property. Had one issue with mold in the ice bucket, but called and they came quickly and replaced it.

The place is spotless, and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

First a good thing. The fitness center was better than most hotels and had a good deal of equipment to do almost anything. Would be better if they had some foam rollers. Other than that, the toilet handle was broke when I arrived and they did fix it, but the bathroom floor had some boot prints on it and the bottom of the tub was a little dirty. I was also disappointed to find that there was no microwave in the room and the freezer portion of the fridge did not freeze anything.

The room had a broken HVAC system that was very loud and noisy all day and night. Rattled and knocked constantly.

The hotel was really nice and I would have done five stars- however, there is no microwave in the room, the bed was not comfortable and there is no breakfast there (I knew this before booking). I did not hear any noises from other rooms when we stayed there

Bed was unevenly worn and hard. A/C was loud. Refrigerator was small and had to be turned back on every 2 hours. Linens were thin. Good location to highway and restaurants.

Everything was great. But noise levels were bad. You can hear your neighbor that you have a connected room with. So it was loud since it sounds like they’re literally just next to you. Then you can hear every door slam from outside your room too which was really annoying

Overall I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, it was clean, smelt nice and the staff was friendly. My only complaint is that the walls are very thin and could hear the people next door very clearly as if they were in the same room as us. This only bothered us a bit the last night because we were exhausted and couldn’t sleep due to the noise. Other than that great stay!

I don’t think I’ll stay there again. The login for WiFi turned out to require passwords etc. in the end I never did get WiFi as the system said I had a preexisting password. Tried to change it and then after an hour had to give up…. Totally unnecessary and a waste of time!!

Super rude and unaccomodating. It was a bit because I booked w/ hotels.com vs. Marriott. Second time staying here within three weeks. Was treated as an alien vs a preferred Marriott rewards member. Tried to get extra bedding as our adult son was staying with us night one. They said housekeeping was out and there was NOTHING they could do. Find it really incredible they could offer to sell us another room for $200 but could not find a comforter or pillow.

We checked in with the night audit attendant named James very late at night after a long drive to get there. He then informed us that we had to pay for the stay again even thought it had already been paid. He ended up calling the general manager in the middle of the night to find out that our reservation was not fully processed on their end. This meant that we had to double pay for the booking only for one of the charges to fall off after several days. This cast a bit of a cloud over the duration of our stay since it was a mistake on their end. James was admittedly newer in his position and was working through it with us and was able to figure out the issue. I didn’t like how at first the onus was on us as the guest to have to pay two times. It was explained to me that when a hotel is booked through a third party such as hotels.com, the hotel then has to “route” the reservation and that is supposed to happen during the night audit time frame. It was a previous employee who was supposed to route ours but did not do it. We then had to deal with a lengthy in our check in process while they figured out their mistake all the while we had paid two times already. I understand that things happen but we were left thinking we didn’t have a place to stay after driving several hours. James was apologetic about the issue and acknowledged how it happened but it still leaves me worried for the next time we stay at a hotel. After that rough start, the stay was smooth from that point on.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their friendliness and genuine warmth truly set the tone for the entire stay. Not only was the customer service top-notch, but the hotel itself was immaculate. My room was spotless, and I noticed the same level of cleanliness throughout the lobby and other common areas. Despite its convenient location, the hotel was wonderfully quiet, offering me the perfect environment to relax after a long day.

When we arrived the hotel computer system crashed we arrived at 11:15 pm we received our booking at 1:30am my husband and I and 6-7 other couples waited as well.

Upon checking in at motel at 3:45 pm, found that room wasn't available because it had not be cleaned. Check-in time was 3:00 pm. Manager stated she had no idea when room would be available as previous guest was an Executive Member and had requested a late check-out. Possibly 1 to 1/2 hour wait. Returned at 4:45 pm and room still not ready. Offered to put us in a different room of lesser quality. Very disappointed. Next morning discovered no hot water in shower. Cold showers are not acceptable in a motel of this status.

Front desk is always welcoming and helpful ~ housekeeping staff is friendly and says HELLO with a smile ~ it’s a wonderful stay and wonderful environment.

I had a great stay. The staff was excellent

Room was clean and comfortable. The biggest issue was poor assistance when we arrived at midnight. We had checked in earlier in the day and when we returned, our key didn’t open the door. We were exhausted and just wanted to go to bed. It took the staff 45 minutes to decide to call the engineers to explain how to open the door with a computer. Their offer at the desk was only a $20 food voucher for the restaurant. We could have driven home and been in bed by the time this issue was resolved. So much for convenience.

This is undoubtedly one of if not thee nicest hotel close to the State Fairgrounds!! Would recommend for sure!

We always enjoy our stay at this property. The front desk staff are kind and helpful and willing to find a room that’s right for you (upper floor, quiet please 😉). Location is convenient to downtown, northern suburbs and the University of Minnesota.

Only knocked against the place is it’s location in an industrial park.

I felt like they were a perfect “home base” for our state fair trip. The shuttle back and forth was a lifesaver, driver was incredible. We are already planning to come back next year if we bring another project to State Fair.

Delightful stay. Close to both US Bank Stadium and Allianz Field.

Great spot, even though not in the downtown. There is a convenience store right across the street with lots of snacks and food, and a Wendy's too. Friendly and accommodating staff at the hotel. The restaurant on location has delicious wood fired pizzas.

I would say the one thing that bothered me is the Starbucks isn't a Starbucks, so I couldn't use my app to make coffee and food purchases.

The restaurant is simple fare but good. Unfortunately they closed the breakfast portion of it during my stay (December 22 until the new year, I was told).
