Went on a gem mining trip. Stayed for one night here. The staff were very friendly and always smiling. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and cool. Breakfast was good and filling. It was an excellent one-night stay. I would highly recommend this hotel if you need a place in this area!

The property itself was nice. The front desk reception was not very friendly. I had read a previous review that mentioned being assigned a room on the first level right by the door to the breakfast area and that it was loud. Well, guess who got the infamous room #108? Yes, that would be me. Perhaps because I was an Expedia guest? Anyway, it wasn’t as horrible as previously reviewed perhaps I got it on a slow night? I didn’t ask to change, so it was fine. A bit loud when the crew came in to start preparing the breakfast, but since I was planning on leaving around 6am, not a deal breaker for me. What really bothered me was the lack of attention to detail in the cleanliness of the room. First thing I noticed was the small white oval adjacent to the sink that held the toiletries had soap debris from a previous guest. After seeing that, I just kept thinking what else was halfway cleaned. When I went to use the toilet I noticed what looked like urine splotches on the navy wallpaper. I guess I just didn’t feel confident in the quality of the cleanliness of the room. I honestly don’t think I would stay here again, just didn’t feel comfortable with the reception or the cleanliness.

We were a late arrival but even when we got there we were greeted by the friendly staff and check-in was quick and easy. As soon as you walk into the hotel you can instantly tell it’s clean and very sanitized. Walking into our room everything was nice and neat and just as clean as the rest of the hotel. We will definitely be back!

Fairly new hotel that was in good condition. Facilities were clean and overall, very quiet. The reason I rated this hotel so low was the smoke detector location, right above the bed and the brightness of the light that flashes like a strobe light approximately every 30 seconds. Kept me up until I finally placed a pillow over my eyes. The nice employee at the front desk told us that she experienced the same thing at another location. Why would a business that makes money from providing places to sleep place something like that on a wall next to the bed? Needless to say, I will not be staying at Fairfield Inns in the future.

Frequent flashing lights from the smoke detecter. They said all the rooms were like that and offered a sleep mask which I cannot use and the front desk staff could care less. Ridiculous to expect guests to deal with this and also to expect guest to get dressed to retrieve a mask if they are able to use one...especially since it was 2 in the morning.

From the wonderful ease of check in with the AMAZING Vickie to entering a room that was absolutely spotless our stay was fabulous! Breakfast was a great way to wake up after a super restful night; homemade waffles, an oatmeal bar and fresh coffee tickled my nose and lead me out of the room even before I could enjoy the huge, amply stocked pristine shower with exquisite water pressure...but I enjoyed it after breakfast! Kudos to the staff who went so far above and beyond to make our stay phenomenal! We will be back! 😍

The hotel was clean but that is the only positive. The walls and floor are paper thin. Every bit of noise from other rooms can be heard. They put an additional charge on my card for incidentals even though we had none and if we did they could charge them as they occur rather than put a $ 27.77 charge on" just in case. " Now we have to wait for several days for it to be refunded.The manager was impatient explaining this to us. Will not stay at another Marriott.

I liked the room and the maid-staff. The included breakfast food frequently ran low or out, even the coffee. Oddly there was a special chocolate bar station open 24/7 but it ran out of chocolate. How does an expensive hotel run out of a main front desk feature?? I asked front desk staff who was curt and to unconcerned “blew me off” with a vague “ maybe a truck was coming soon???!” On the subject of front desk staff, the were often absent at the front desk where there should be a convenience and safety concern. I often had to search for them in the back office and all were uniformly unfriendly. I would not stay again.

The staff was friendly and proffessional! This was true morning and night at the front desk and in the breakfast area. It was clear that there was a standard to do everything in a quality way. Thank you for doing an excellent job with customer service! That is a rarity these days.

Hotel server feels like they don't care about the customer. Had several issues with the room And they seem to just not care. They also refused to refund 1 night as I had a emergency and needed to leave and just rather keep there money then help a customer out. Will not be staying with them anymore

The overall experience was really good. Very clean. The only downfall was the "breakfast". There were no muffins, no bagels and very little oatmeal in the bottom of a crockpot. There were only a handful of yogurts left also. This was at 8:15 in the morning. Other than breakfast, this is a great place to stay.

The Ac kept us wake. It was noisy. The breakfast selections were not great.. cold, weak coffee. Soupy eggs , dry Canadian bacon. Toaster is very slow. Strawberries looked soggy with very few blueberries offered.

Room was clean and comfy. Desk staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast was good on Thursday and Friday, however on Saturday and Sunday, they ran out of food by 9 (Breakfast is 6-10) and utensils, drinks were empty and the attendant was busy smoking outside and yelling at people on her phone.

Hotel is excellent however breakfast is worst I’ve seen - few scrambled eggs sitting in watery mess, no boxed cold cereal - only instant oatmeal - 2 bagels - no bread - no muffins - just bad enough assortment to convince me to try something else next time - too expensive for basically getting no breakfast
