This was a perfect stay in Tulum! The hotel doesn’t have that many rooms, the staff was excellent, especially the lady in the receptions, she was very welcoming! We really liked that we could walk just 20 meters to the beach. There is a night club next door, but we weren’t bothered by the music at all! Would recommend this hotel to a friend on their visit to Tulum! We were leaving later in the day and were able to store our luggage in the meantime! The beach had nice sunbeds where we spent most of the days. The largest room has a private pool, but that we could use if the room wasn’t lent out. The hotel also cooperated with two others hotels, where you could stay and use their facilities with no minimum charge. The hotel doesn’t have breakfast at their hotel, but you walk by the beach for 2 minutes to hotel Ahau (you get a voucher from Casa Ganesh). The breakfast was really good and you could chose between different dishes, however, on day four of five, we didn’t order anything extra and although we had tipped on all the days previous when we paid for the extra drinks, we didn’t have any cash to tip with and since the breakfast was included in our stay, is tipping still mandatory? On our final day, we got really bad service, and waited for such a long time for our food that we were glad we were leaving.

Our stay at Casa Ganesh in Tulum was absolutely excellent. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the beach zone and close to everything. The staff was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always available when needed. The property is very clean, beautifully maintained, and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, making it easy to truly relax. Everything felt well organized and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

No beach view from any rooms. But direct beach access. Gated property is nice addition. Bed was NOT comfortable at all. Sunken in the middle and we both woke up with sore backs. Im a silver member with hotels.com. Upon booking the room hotels.com said a free spirit would be inlcuded upon our arrival. The hotel had no bottle to offer (no restaurant or bar on property). They said that is hotels.com's offer, NOT ours. I believe this part to be the fault of hotels.com for offering something that they can not confirm with the hotel.

Awful hotel experience. Very misleading information online… what it doesn’t tell you is that it is located directly next to one of the loudest clubs on the strip. If you plan on sleeping at all do not book this hotel. Amenities were minimal. I booked this hotel because it had beach access & food and beverages… what it does not tell you online is that you have to walk down the beach to access these amenities.
