It had all the stuff you needed for a short stay. The pool is open 24/7, no loud noise after 10 pm. Very quiet. Had a coffee machine, small fitness center, water and ice.

This is quite possibly the most underrated property in Palm Springs. Experiences from check-in, the stay, and check out were perfect. The staff was very friendly, I believe the owners were on site as well, making sure everything was in tiptop shape. The room was clean and amenities were sufficient. There was ample parking spaces and also a free electric vehicle charging station. I would most definitely choose to stay on this property again.

A small, older motel with a very cool lobby area decorated in mid-century modern style... I liked it immediately. Friendly front desk person. Room is basic with a very small bathroom, but I found it quite comfortable and very clean. Fast 5GHz Wi-Fi and a small desk to work at is a plus. Price was very reasonable. The parking lot is small... I arrived late at night and all spots were taken so I had to park on the street, but the side street is residential with little traffic so I felt comfortable leaving my car there overnight. There is a convenience store for snacks and drinks practically right next door, just across that residential street and a coffee shop and restaurant are within walking distance. It is important to note that the front office is only open between 3pm and 9pm so you cannot arrive late to check in. I would stay there again.

Solid stay overall. Was nice that my mom and I could use the bikes to ride into downtown for some food and drinks and I also loved being able to fill my gallon jug with more purified water before our San Jacinto hike.

This is an older motor lodge style hotel that has been thoughtfully updated with a fun Palm Springs style. I was looking for an inexpensive option while on business and this hit the price point I was looking for. Yes, it doesn't have the amenities that a larger resort has, but the hotel staff were friendly, made sure my room was clean, and made my stay a very good one. And I am not sure what they did to the water pressure, but wow, it was one of the best showers I have ever had. I also loved the VIP benefit of the breakfast vouchers to Ricks Restaurant down the road. What a great diner and it to the overall experience.

There are some nice perks that make up for the room price like a breakfast coupon for a nearby restaurant, a complimentary beverage (beer, bottle of wine or soft drink) at check-in, bicycles, and a central coffee machine that makes a range of drinks. You can only check in from 3-9. It is on a noisy road but they’ve done a good job trying to hide the noise with a water feature. The breakfast is at a nearby restaurant. The parking lot is a strange shape and somewhat hard to access. We don’t plan to stay here again.

Had a great time ! Friendly staff, easy check in they even had our room ready when we got there almost 2 hrs early (not that I would expect that every time though they did have a busy weekend) simple comfy environment, great amenities such as coffee 24/7 , gym small though if you need a workout it’ll do, pool was nice and really clean with pool towels and plenty of seating and umbrellas… the pool is great for a dip and relaxing and enjoying the music they had playing… the hotel is small and run by some really lovely folks. You do have to check in my 9 pm though I could probably say if you contact them they would work with you. It’s definitely not a party hotel so great for families looking for quiet and relaxing or couples as well. It’s a couple miles north of downtown but that’s like 5 minutes away. Beds were nice though our shower in the deluxe room was a bit tight yet effective. Had a fridge and microwave. You don’t really need a coffee pot since there coffee in the breezeway bar as they call it .found a scorpion in our room though I can’t hold that against the staff since we were on the ground floor in a desert hotel. Overall I’d give it a 9.5 which to me equals 5 stars since there is no 4.5 stars Will be back for sure !!!

This hotel is lovely and great for a short stay. Staff was excellent and welcoming. Liked the pool and the shower pressure was great and water hot. Parking was easy. A little run down, and could have been cleaner (especially considering it is a bit pricey). Overall, good stay.

Great hotel for families with small kids (garden area, small gated pool). The staff was really nice and we felt very welcomed. The room was lovely (floor could have been cleaner, that’s really my only complaint). Quiet at night. Breakfast was at Ricks, not far from the hotel and was very generous. We will come back.

It was an older motel but it was very, very clean and Paul at the front desk was extremely hospitable and helpful. The pool was so very clean and the property was well taken care of. Our room was by the street so it was noisy. Next time I will get a room further back. Thank you Paul & Fransisco.

It’s an OK property. The bathroom needs to be redone particularly the shower. It’s old and grotty in order to make it nicer. They would have to redo the whole place and that would be very expensive. Nice people though.

The room had a nice Palm Springs motif, and the bed was very comfortable. The distance from the room to the parking was close, and the area seemed safe and quiet. It was not close to the shopping area, but that wasn't important to us on this trip. There wasn't any room around the sink for toiletries, etc. so that was the only inconvenience.

Located right along the busy Route 111 in the oldest part of Palm Springs this is quite an eclectic place! Very small and uniquely styled, I suppose this appeals to a certain crowd, but as a business traveler I am used to hotels that offer more in the way of room size, layout, bathroom amenities and room keycards. This place actually gives you brass keys to lock and unlock your room! The shower was unusable due to a very small space (2.5X2.5 ft) and too short curtain, so I used a washcloth instead. Toilet was the old small round style, not optimal. And I set off the smoke alarm due to steam from the shower, before I stepped in, thankfully. Parking was very limited, with less than twenty spaces in two areas, one unlit. Very nice staff, but just not right for me. The picture here is taken across the very small but clean pool, making it look a bit like a lake!

Cute 1960's hotel with a very nice pool - check in was great ample parking a bit of a hike to downtown - breakfast vouchers for Rick's was great and Coffee machine is ready at anytime in the lobby - as for the room needs to be updated - mattress was not great and the shower water pressure was like being in a 3rd world just awful water was either hot or cold - repipe the building

It’s definitely not a party hotel so great for families looking for quiet and relaxing or couples as well. It’s a couple miles north of downtown but that’s like 5 minutes away. Beds were nice though our shower in the deluxe room was a bit tight yet effective. Had a fridge and microwave. You don’t really need a coffee pot since there coffee in the breezeway bar as they call it .found a scorpion in our room though I can’t hold that against the staff since we were on the ground floor in a desert hotel. Overall I’d give it a 9.5 which to me equals 5 stars since there is no 4.5 stars Will be back for sure !!!

The front desk staff were rude. I had a couple of questions for them regarding the pet fee and other charges for access to the gym and pool and their response was to cancel my reservation and advise me to go get a room elsewhere. Just for asking questions! I called my son who made the reservation for me and as I waited for his call back, the female staff changed her mind and told me she would check me in. I asked to see the room and was taken to a smoke filled disgusting room that was unclean. We headed back to the office and before I could even utter a word she told me I could take it or leave it, as if she knew I was disgusted ny the room. I asked if there was any other room since I am sensitive to smoke and she told me I could find go elsewhere again. I advised her that the reservations was non refundable on hotels.com and she responded by stating I could call hotels.com and request a refund. I told her since my son made the reservation and had not called me back yet, I would need to wait to speak with him first before leaving. While waiting another 15 minutes, she finally offered a different room. What a terrible experience from a hospitality staff that was far from hospitable if not down right nasty. The second room was decent but I will never go back to this establishment and advise others to stay away. Both male and female staff are rude and unprofessional.

Staff were wonderful at making sure our visit was pleasant. Affordable, clean accommodations, on the bus line, safe. We appreciated the coffee in the AM, quiet AC, and vouchers for breakfast. Shower was very loud but we were able to plan our showers to not wake up the other person. Overall, a great experience.

The room had a nice Palm Springs motif, and the bed was very comfortable. The distance from the room to the parking was close, and the area seemed safe and quiet. It was not close to the shopping area, but that wasn't important to us on this trip. There wasn't any room around the sink for toiletries, etc. so that was the only inconvenience.

Located right along the busy Route 111 in the oldest part of Palm Springs this is quite an eclectic place! Very small and uniquely styled, I suppose this appeals to a certain crowd, but as a business traveler I am used to hotels that offer more in the way of room size, layout, bathroom amenities and room keycards. This place actually gives you brass keys to lock and unlock your room! The shower was unusable due to a very small space (2.5X2.5 ft) and too short curtain, so I used a washcloth instead. Toilet was the old small round style, not optimal. And I set off the smoke alarm due to steam from the shower, before I stepped in, thankfully. Parking was very limited, with less than twenty spaces in two areas, one unlit. Very nice staff, but just not right for me. The picture here is taken across the very small but clean pool, making it look a bit like a lake!

Cute 1960's hotel with a very nice pool - check in was great ample parking a bit of a hike to downtown - breakfast vouchers for Rick's was great and Coffee machine is ready at anytime in the lobby - as for the room needs to be updated - mattress was not great and the shower water pressure was like being in a 3rd world just awful water was either hot or cold - repipe the building

You can only check in from 3-9. It is on a noisy road but they’ve done a good job trying to hide the noise with a water feature. The breakfast is at a nearby restaurant. The parking lot is a strange shape and somewhat hard to access. We don’t plan to stay here again.

Just a quick stay for a cheer competition, but it was perfect. Close to everything and the staff was soooo friendly and helpful. Loved the coffee/latte machine, hot water for tea and ice available 24/7. Wish we could have utilized the bikes, but didn't have time. For sure would stay here again.

The owners have put so much effort into decorating the property with unique and interesting Southwest California features. Warm colours and artwork throughout - making the most out of an older property. We really appreciated the included vouchers for breakfast at a nearby restaurant which was either a 10-minute walk or a 1-minute drive away. We looked forward to our breakfast at Rick’s every day. Staff member Allea looked after all of our requests and provided excellent service.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Inn at Palm Springs. The staff & owner went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed on our stay. We were even given a complementary bottle of wine 🍷 one evening. Lovely pool area. Good complementary coffee & water. A very nice (although a little pricey) Italian restaurant, Palmina, in the mall across the street. They even provided gluten-free pasta at an additional cost. The coffee is also amazing at four paws (also in the mall) & gluten-free cookies were available there.

A small, older motel with a very cool lobby area decorated in mid-century modern style... I liked it immediately. Friendly front desk person. Room is basic with a very small bathroom, but I found it quite comfortable and very clean. Fast 5GHz Wi-Fi and a small desk to work at is a plus. Price was very reasonable. The parking lot is small... I arrived late at night and all spots were taken so I had to park on the street, but the side street is residential with little traffic so I felt comfortable leaving my car there overnight. There is a convenience store for snacks and drinks practically right next door, just across that residential street and a coffee shop and restaurant are within walking distance. It is important to note that the front office is only open between 3pm and 9pm so you cannot arrive late to check in. I would stay there again.

This is an older motor lodge style hotel that has been thoughtfully updated with a fun Palm Springs style. I was looking for an inexpensive option while on business and this hit the price point I was looking for. Yes, it doesn't have the amenities that a larger resort has, but the hotel staff were friendly, made sure my room was clean, and made my stay a very good one. And I am not sure what they did to the water pressure, but wow, it was one of the best showers I have ever had. I also loved the VIP benefit of the breakfast vouchers to Ricks Restaurant down the road. What a great diner and it to the overall experience.

Great hotel for families with small kids (garden area, small gated pool). The staff was really nice and we felt very welcomed. The room was lovely (floor could have been cleaner, that’s really my only complaint). Quiet at night. Breakfast was at Ricks, not far from the hotel and was very generous. We will come back.

This place is amazing. It’s a small oasis in the middle of the desert. Wish I would’ve taken pictures. The staff are amazing. Allea was so helpful. The owners are on site to greet guests. This place has everything. Pool is awesome. A very dog friendly place. Don’t forget your complimentary bottle of wine. The breakfast you get with your stay is at a diner a few blocks up the street called Rick’s. Food is great. Be sure to get a cinnamon roll to go. Everything was perfect. My new go to place when visiting PS.
