Absolutely LOVE this place. Gorgeous and great location. We could not get so-if/tvs to work but apart from that it was spectacular!

This “hotel” has no lobby and no employees. It’s across the street from 3 loud bars that blasted techno music past 2 am. We didn’t sleep at all. Management communication on the situation was truly terrible - they were essentially responsive. It’s embarrassing to Michelin to recognize this hotel. If you want to sleep on your trip, don’t stay here.

We were excited to stay here and we were not disappointed! Wish we would’ve stayed a couple of days longer. The Susanna was beautiful and so spacious. Shower pressure was great (random plus but important to us)! Everyone in the cafe was very friendly. Definitely stay there again!

5 star - Super comfy bed , fab linens , towels and decorating Responsive nice employees Clean , beautiful decorated and modern Wouldn’t have minded an extra blanket in closet during this cold snap. Nightstand -Need lamp on BOTH side of bed and HIGHER and larger nightstands ..waaaay too LOW and small LR Looks great and beautifully decorated but NO comfy furniture in LR and need a new couch - worn out and uncomfortable -no support left Coffee table cannot be moved because too heavy so no place to put a drink when sitting on couch Other two chairs in LR look great but really not comfy either Phone decor on top of TV blocks TV reception ?? maybe the reason we couldn’t get the tv to work ??thought it was batteries but think maybe phone is issue ?? Kitchen faucet is backward for hot. Shower has great water pressure - sink has no pressure
