Cleanliness and location are fine. My only complaint is that there is no access to ice and water for the rooms. The building has 6 floors and there is only one ice machine and a soda vending machine on the 3rd floor.

The hotel is fully under construction causing it to be hard to get in and out of without interfering with the construction workers. The water would not get hot in the shower no matter “how long” I let it rub and waited for it to heat up. When I called the front desk to report this issue I was told “the water isn’t meant to get boiling hot it’s only meant to get room temperature. Let it run it will warm up”

There is no deposit required in this property and the rooms are a little over average but the pricing and area says it all. Construction ongoing while my stay. Only one elevator out of the two working that would take forever to move from floor to floor. Stairs work to go down but to come back up you would need someone from the inside to let you in...

It was a really quiet stay, staff is nice and helpful. Hotel was clean, renewed a few months ago, everything looks clean and fantastic. They have a very helpful laundry in the hotel, works with coins and online. I was in the city for work and the stay was wonderful

No working hot water in the whole hotel! Told the front desk staff each day and nothing was done about it they suggested that each customer send an email ! I’m highly disappointed and upset that this was not addressed after being so patient with them .

I booked at B&B just to get the ride to the airport, but they don't offer that service anymore. They were also not serving breakfast. Confort and cleanliness were ok, and the location is perfectif you plan is being close to the airport. It would be great if the front desk could access the clean bed sheet when a guest needs one, a family had to leave for this reason. My reservation was non-refundable otherwise I would have left.

The bed and room were nice. You can tell they are renovating BUT The floors were not cleaned well throughout the whole hotel! I can overlook some things but we cleaned our floor with a hand towel and by the time we were done the towel was black. The lobby area was not set up, the furniture was there but it was blocked off, it would have been nice to have a place to sit while we waited the hour and a half for our room to be ready. There were two gentlemen that were friendly other than that the staff was not friendly and did not look happy. PROS: Close to the airport and restaurants within walking distance.

Overall not a great experience for the price. Water never really got hot (it was luke warm in the morning), the wifi never worked and water was seeping up through the floor in the bathroom. Water pressure was pretty sad, too. Lots of noises both at night and at 7am.

Stay here for a night for an early morning flight. Everything went well.... Was quiet...bed was great. Room didn't have an ironing board and the iron was leaking water from the cord area that was the only issue if you call that one. Loved the price for a few hours of rest. Tara at the front desk was excellent!

This one was a mixed bag. Property is clean and modern, however basic amenities were missing, like a microwave, fridge, hangers, hair dryer, hangers etc. especially considering how expensive it was (Thursday, Friday nights). Other than that, the stay was pleasant, no issues.

It was close the airport and was pretty nice, had all the basic amenities. There was no art at all so it felt very bland, not somewhere I’d want to stay somewhere for more than one night just due to visual preference. There were 3 baby ants I saw throughout my singular night stay, but they were really small and it wasn’t too big of a deal for me. It was chill, served its purpose. Bed was super comfy though, I slept great!

The staff at the B & B hotel were totally awesome, especially the beautiful ladies working at the front desk on the night shift and the dayshift. The morning we were checking out they contacted an awesome shuttle service to pick my family and I up right at the exact time that we requested at 9 AM, so we are able to make it to our cruise ship in a timely manner. At the last minute before we were getting on the shuttle, I had to print off additional luggage tags from my email and the nice beautiful ladies at the front desk, printed a few copies and stapled them for me in a very neat professional manner. Lastly the rooms were very nice and comfortable and we just loved the beds. We had a very good night sleep even though we were there for just a really short time, we really enjoyed our stay and if we return to Miami again we will definitely stay there again and we’ll definitely recommend B & B Hotel to our family and friends. The next time we come, we will definitely like to explore the area surrounding the hotel.

Price is right, however you get what you pay for. Lobby, CONSTANTLY, unmanned. No maintenance people on board for evening repairs, used to have morning coffee, not any more!!!! Please listen to your customers, its essential for your future operation.

Be aware- this is not a nice hotel Many issues with facilities and staff and managers. Only 1 elevator working. it took me 30 minutes to run up and grab my jacket. 7 guests were waiting for elevator. It opened but was full of cleaning staff. Staff shut door and went back up so the wait started over. My door and key access didn’t work. I had to go down multiple times. I was told I wasn’t using the key right but I had a number of their staff try and it still didn’t open but they said it was my fault. You get 3 towels. My husband and I use 4. They wouldn’t give me 4 because I had to turn 1 in to get a replacement. So we took turns showering so someone could turn in a towel for the replacement. I prepaid 3 nights. I couldn’t stay 24 hours. I told them this was unacceptable and I would be leaving immediately. I paid for the night I stayed but I needed the last two nights credited since I wasn’t going to stay another night. I was blown off by staff and told they can’t help but the manager would approve Never heard from manager and they charged me for the 2 nights I didn’t stay I could go on but this is already too long.

The person at the front desk last Tuesday night was not very helpful. Appeared like she couldn’t be bothered. I introduced myself when i got to the desk she never told me her name but check in went okay. On my way out to eat i told her that the fridge and microwave were not working , she told me to go back and check it and plug them in. I told her that id already tried that and could not pull them out as they were heavy but everything seemed to be connected. I had things that i really needed to put in the fridge but thankfully had a cooler that kept them cool overnight. All she said was that she would let the electrician check it in the morning when he comes in. I was very disappointed in her attitude . When i checked out in the morning the person who was there and looked like her was very pleasant and i told her that we had no fridge or microwave and at least she apologized for it and said that the other person had made a note of it and passed it on.

We enjoyed our stay. The only thing I didn’t like was that for room service you have to requested a day before and it only covers two days for your the entire stay. Also, we requested towels since there weren’t enough for our group (we were four in total) and didn’t receive them after requesting them a third time the next day. Other than that, I would stay there again.

What I didn’t like is that I go there an 1 and a half early 1:30 pm check in was 3:00 pm I asked the clerk if she could check me in early she stated that it would be a $50.00 charge. I told her that I just had a chemo session done and that I needed a place to recuperate and could she make an exception, she said it was company policy. In conclusion I went to my vehicle and parked underneath a tree until 3:00 pm. BTW the TV didn’t work and the maintenance person was gone for the day.

Very nice and clean rooms. So close to the airport Restaurants in walking distance. Miami Springs is a good neighborhood. I would highly recommend this hotel and if need be, I would stay here again.

The hotel itself was adequate - nothing fancy. Just a basic hotel. The room was dated with lots of areas of wear but still fairly clean. Only one outlet for charging devices and it didn’t work. Hotel is near to the airport. However, the area around the hotel is pretty rundown and a little sketchy.

The only thing I did not like was there was no breakfast or restaurant facilities in the hotel. I had to get dressed and go to IHOP, which was right next-door to have coffee in the morning. Which isn't a big deal to some people but to me, I love my coffee in the morning. But other than that, it was wonderful. The front desk clerk helped me print out my luggage tags for my cruise. I'm 70 and I'm traveling alone and I felt very safe and they were extremely helpful. It took almost an hour for her to help me with my luggage tags, but she took the time and got them done. I think that is A1 customer service.

Hotel was fine for the price. Definitely nothing fancy. They do offer 24 hour coffee in the lobby but otherwise there’s no food available. No coffee in the rooms. There are restaurants nearby and there’s an IHOP which is open 24 hours right across the parking lot.
