Tres bel hotel bien situé avec un magnifique rooftop

Cute boutique hotel. Clean and staff was nice. Drinks by the pool a bit expensive. Would have loved to hang out at the pool a bit more but too pricey to eat and drink.

Ottima posizione, staff gentilissimo e disponibile, albergo pulitissimo ed elegante, piscina con bar sul rooftop e buona colazione inclusa. Parcheggio sotterraneo custodito. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la convenzione con il beach club Martina, a due isolati dal hotel

Great stay, amazing Rooftop infinity pool and bar, friendly staff, decent breakfast. Definitely recommend and I'd come back.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Leider hat es sehr streng aus dem Abfluss der Dusche gerochen (Suit). Parkplätze stehen kostenlos zur in der Tiefgarage zur Verfügung. Diese sind allerdigns sehr schmal, sodass das einparken zu einer Herausforderung werden kann.

The hotel staff were the best part! They made us feel welcome and at home. The property has beautiful roof top views and a close walk to the beach/ 5th Avenida. They made our trip a nice place to relax after a long day of adventures! The only thing I would change is longer hours open for the roof top (both morning and evening) would've been a nice option.

The things we appreciated most were the location, central but not noisy, the hotel's structure, with parking and two nice pools, one of which was an infinity pool, the friendliness of the receptionists, and the free supply of beach towels and small bottles of water. To improve on cleanliness, there was a lot of dust both in the room and on the chairs outside the balcony, and the quality of breakfast.

I like the terrass and the pool. The shower drain sometimes smelled very bad. It also lacked pressure. The room was good.

Este hotel se ve tuvo sus buenos tiempos. Las fotos no coinciden ya para nada con su estado actual. Las habitaciones están súper descuidadas la madera húmeda, óxido en botes de basura, regadera, llaves, elegimos el mejor rango disponible de habitaciones y pues hubiera sido lo mismo que elegir la habitación sencilla. Se ve que no han dado mantenimiento en un tiempo. La limpieza del lugar deja mucho que desear. El piso estaba súper sucio. El agua y las cápsulas de café nunca fueron repuestas en 3 noches de estancia. El desayuno bien solo tener en cuenta que no incluye ninguna bebida. No sentí los servicios de un hotel propiamente sino de un cuarto en renta. Definitivamente no volveré a quedarme aquí y no lo recomiendo. Por el mismo precio o menos hay mucho mejores alojamientos en playa del Carmen.

Es importante darle manto . El espejo del baño estaba en mal estado, las toallas percudidas. Quitaron el servicio del café en las habitaciones definitivamente hay mejoras .

Bel établissement, calme et à proximité immédiate du cœur de Playa del Carmen. Le Nettoyage de notre chambre était toutefois approximatif, il restait beaucoup de saletés derrière la porte de la salle d’eau et la douche n’était pas propre. Le petit-déjeuner est correct. Il y a un parking privé disponible très pratique.

Room was not clean and it had a very bad smell in it. Water will not heat most of the time we had to shower with cold water. I paid for a balcony room and instead I was given a room with no balcony. I told the front office but they didn’t do anything about it. Property location is good, it is close to 5th Avenue so that was our only plus. Will not stay again !

My stay at IT boutique hotel was fantastic. The property was located a block away from 5th ave but was far enough to be away from the noise of it all. Staff was fantastic. Pool was amazing. My room was extremely clean and modern. Would definitely stay here again

In general all very good. However, you can hear music bouncing from rooftop bar until late.

Rooms are ok(no luxuries), decent size, and functional, but bathrooms do need some mayor facelift(a hairdryer and a small fridge would be recommended). Basic cable TV channels would be appreciated(you can only watch YouTube or Netflix..and the latter one didn’t work in my room). Breakfast options are limited(wish they had more options to choose from). Service at front desk is outstanding, and that along with location makes this hotel a great choice for people on a budget, on business, or people who just need a comfortable place after a long day of excursions.

Rooms are too small and congested.

Franchement, je vais laisser un avis car j’ai été déçu de l’hôtel que j’ai pris pour la fin de mes vacances. Je voulais un hôtel d’une certaine gale pour finir mes vacances tranquillement. De l’extérieur il est beau mais la chambre que j’ai eu: petite voire très petite, odeur d’égout chaque dans la salle de bain, aucune lumière du jour: fenêtre qui donne sur une cour d’un mètre de large, climatisation obligée de l’éteindre car beaucoup trop bruyante, MAIS surtout pas de wifi ou très peu et on ne capte pas le réseau 3 ou 4g. J’ai donc passé une semaine à devoir jonglé entre le rooftop, la salle de petit déjeuner pour me connecter. Je leur ai dit à plusieurs reprises, ils avaient l’air étonnés sauf que le problème est bien connu car déjà critiqué. Le petit déjeuner est plutôt beau et bon mais c’est le même tous les jours donc au bout d’un moment on s’en lasse. Il ne vaut vraiment pas son nombre d’étoile et heureusement que j’ai payé soit disant moins cher la chambre. Je pense que la réduction est juste un coup de communication et je suis tombé dans le piège. J’ai vu le prix de la chambre avant réduction et après réduction. Elle coûtait chère initialement donc je me suis qu’il y avait de grande chance que ce soit super bien mais j’irais jusqu’à dire que ça m’a un peu gâché mes fins de vacances. Je ne le conseille pas sauf pour une nuit peut-être. J’ai vraiment regretté vu le nombre d’hôtel qu’il y a à Play del Carmen.

Honestly this stay was not at all good, to begin with the air conditioning on the room we were given didn't work, so after multiple attempts to fix it and no luck they had to change us to a different rooms, the rooms make you claustrophobic for the lack of windows and light, the elevator was the smallest and slowest elevator I have ever seen, and they only have 1. it takes you to the smallest parking garage, out to the smell of trash and every time to go out or get in, you have to physically walk to the main entrance to ask for the door to be open. worst experience ever.!

Which sounds reasonable until you realize the key turns all the lights and a/c on. I need we to stay an extra day they made me check out and check back in and out me out for 3 Hours. Ironically this place is called IT Hotel and the internet connection is from 1999, be prepared to buffer 100 times a day.

El hotel es muy lindo, con una cuidada estética. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero muy cómodas. El desayuno es muy rico. Tiene convenio con un club de playa a dos cuadras. Te brindan camastros y toallas de cortesía. La ubicación es muy cómoda, cerca de la playa y la quinta avenida. El personal muy amable y capacitado. Solo le falta aire acondicionado en las áreas comunes del hotel. Hace mucho calor en el lobby.

The property overall was very nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very small but it had a nice balcony and bathroom. The room was clean but no space to put anything such as clothes, shoes, etc. the pillows were very fat and uncomfortable. We asked for smaller pillows but unfortunately they did not have any. The curtain closing the sliding glass door was also broken and light would come into the room so I had to tie it with a hair tie. The property is walkable to everything including 5ta Avenida just one block away. The rooftop area is nice but not the best. The drinks were amazing though.

TV needs signal.. no cable or air signal none.. better wifi signal, too week

We had a fantastic stay at IT Boutique hotel. The staff was incredible; they were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We were very appreciative that they were able to accommodate our early check in request and late check out. It it steps away from Quinta Avenida yet quiet away in which we were able to get a good night's rest. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks again for helping make our trip enjoyable!

Hotel truly is centrally located. Staff was very friendly and so helpful in helping me to arrange a surprise for my fiancée. Definitely would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very good hotel . Near everything… The staff is amazing … Every one is very nice, helpffull and polite . Yago and Valentina from the front desk are amazing… Só nice and polite … I will go back in the future and will stay this this hotel for sure . I super recommend this facility … I had an amazing time . Thank you all …

This is an amazing boutique hotel. Very friendly staff, good sized rooms with a great deck. The restaurant was an excellent bonus….fantastic food and pricing with awesome staff. Parking was easy and safe. I look forward to returning next year!

Beautiful hotel.. very clean and friendly staff! Only a minute walk to 5th avenue.. but super quiet area. Felt safe walking back to the hotel at night, even as a solo female traveler. Highly recommend!

Das Hotel hat eine gute Ausgangslage und man hört in der Nacht nichts vom Lärm in der Stadt. Zu Fuss erreicht man bequem alles was das Herz begehrt. Eine Vielfalt an unterschiedlichen Essen und auch ein aktives Nachtleben ist möglich. Wir haben das IT Boutique Hotel zu einem tollen Preis gebucht und waren mehr wie zu frieden. Es sind geräumige Zimmer, die sehr sauber waren. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Auch haben wir vom 24 Stunden Check in profitiert, da unser Bus eine Panne hatte und wir erst morgens um 5 Uhr im Hotel waren. Das Essen war ebenfalls fantastisch und zu einem guten Preis. Gerne empfehlen wir dieses Hotel weiter. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war super😁

Está en una ubicación excelente porque está a una cuadra de la 5ta avenida y a 3 cuadras de la playa, y en una zona donde no hay tanto ruido por los bares y discotecas, además la alberca está muy agradable, y la decoración de las habitaciones es muy moderna

For the price point on this hotel, it was beyond expectations!! The staff are very helpful and super friendly !! The hotel is just off of busy 5th avenue, so you don’t get the noise, but, still benefit from being close to the action!! The beach is only steps away also. So many good restaurants and bars to enjoy close by! Breakfast was nice, only a couple options but, both options were plenty good for us!! I would come back to the IT Boutique in a heartbeat next time Playa Del Carmen is on my list !!

Hotel che va bene per 1-2 giorni. Il personale e confuso non riesce ha fornire spiegazioni o motivazioni chiare. La colorazione consiste in una micro macedonia di frutta è un uovo cotto in vari modi. Inoltre caffè o altre bevande anche acqua sono a pagamento e chiedono la mancia ogni giorno sul conto.

The only point of improvement is the bed, it's a bit on the hard side for a 4-star hotel with premium bedding, but overall wonderful experience at the hotel, excellent customer service and the best breakfast experience (options and quality of food) I had in a long time. We will be back.

This is the only property i've ever gone to where you purchased breakfast. An eggs are the only thing that are included. Coffee or drinks.It's all an extra charge. This hotel is trying to nickel and dine on every item for breakfast. The owner's send a waitress telling me not to bring in outside coffe.

O hotel é novo e com boas condições de manutenção. Fica muito próximo dum extremo da 5. Avenida com bons restaurantes e diversão. A única questão negativa foi o pequeno almoço incluído, que foi necessário pagar à parte as bebidas (???!!!??), mas não tinha sido anunciado na reserva. É lamentável está falta de informação prévia.

Muy buen hotel, está cerca de todo en playa del carmen pero lo suficientemente alejado de todo el ruido para poder descansar. El desayuno está bastante bien y el servicio en general fue muy bueno.

Hmm.... I paid for a triple room, after entering the room I found 1 towel, 2 bottles of water and 2 coffee capsules. The next day, despite a tip to the cleaning staff, the situation repeated itself. Water and two coffee capsules are a welcome pack. Breakfasts included in the price do not include drinks and bread, everything is paid extra. The breakfast menu is eggs only with a choice of toppings and fruits. Access to the beach club is a big over-interpretation. You can use it after paying 300 pesos per person and from the sunbeds in the last row. The hotel has nice staff at the reception and a good location near the sea.

La comida se sirve solo hasta medio día. Hay que salir del hotel para comer algo despues de esa hora.
