Au top. Petit établissement caché dans la verdure avec un accès à la lagune des plus photogéniques. Excellente restauration. Chambres spacieuses,propres, confortables. Personnels accueillant. Kayaks à disposition. Seul bémols, service un peu lent et accès difficile. Mais ça passe avec une berline. Je recommande vivement.

Terrible!! Starting with the manager, he didn't have answers about simple questions. The food is bad and very limited, you order something and the side items don't get served with the plate, but yet they will charge the same amount as on the menu. The bar has no stock, poor selection of beer, no wine etc. The only reason for 1 star is for the location. The road to get to the hotel from the highway is dangerous and if you order from outside restaurants they will charge extra due to the condition of the road.

De maravilla, la atención excelente la comida riquísima . Pero lo que más me encantó todo el frente de la Laguna cuenta con hamaqueros en el agua culumpio una palapa con hamacas. Mi estancia fue de 3 noches y disfrute al máximo .. te ofrecen el tours del paseo . Y definitivamente se los recomiendo .. recomiendo rentar carro porque la entrada es complicada, aparte que puedes visitar el pueblito .. Esta recomendación es para el hotel deben de ofrecer un desayuno un poco más amplio ya que si es un poco limitado cabe mencionar que ofrecen un menú más amplio pero con costo extra .. de comidas y cenas extenso y delicioso a muy buen precio . Conclusión recomendado al 1000

What I liked: Beautiful view. Right on Lake Bacalar. The restaurant has very good food. Friendly people. The entrance to get into the lake was very easy. Several areas to enter the lake. WIFI service was very good. Rooms were very spacious. Rooms were cleaned daily. The grounds were clean and nicely decorated with plenty of beach chairs by the lake. Only two negatives for us: the TV in one of our rooms didn’t work for our stay (the staff tried to fix several times and couldn't get it to work) and the property can be difficult to get around for someone with mobility problems (no level walking paths, a step to get into bathroom, stairs and inclines to get anywhere).

Beautiful, secluded location! Loved the kayaks, hammocks in the water and restaurant on the water. The road in is terrible- you need a SUV, even with that it’s scary, huge ruts in the road. Bring bug spray, mosquitoes are so bad. No water pressure for shower or sink and it smelt awful, like sulphur.

Derivado del cambio de administracion la estancia no fue del todo la esperada, demaciados mosquitos en recepción y habitaciones, no ofrecen repelente en recepción ni cuentan con Copal para auyentarlos, no hicieron la limpieza del cuarto un día y a la habitación de a lado que era de mis hijos si la hicieron,los kayak que antes no cobraban ahora se cobran.

Our room was very high up (about 20 feet). There was no railing & a hole in the deck. We went for dinner to their restaurant & waited a long time to be served ( we were the only ones there). We changed rooms to a better room. We had a kitchen like area with a large counter, but no rag to wipe it. The cups supplied were paper cups, same ones for a 2 night stay. The beach area was very nice. I do think this place is over priced

En si el hotel está magnífico, excelente personal , la comida súper rica , limpieza , todo muy bien ! Solo que se batalla en dar con la propiedad , no hay señalización hacia el hotel, el GPS te manda por otra entrada que no es. Lo demás de 10 !

A la llegada nos dieron una habitación provisional (que no contaba con las condiciones adecuadas), toda vez que no tenían registrada nuestra llegada, tampoco tenían bebidas (muy limitadas opciones de cerveza en específico) y comida que ofrecían en la carta (como cochinita pibil). Asimismo no hay nadie que te atienda en recepción. Las palapas estaban sucias, sin limpiar. Al segundo día nos cambiaron de habitación y la regadera de la habitación no tenía potencia, tampoco nos pusieron ropa de cama completa (sábana de cajón), solo dos sábanas planas que se hacían bolas y terminamos durmiendo sobre el cubre colchón). Las instalaciones en general están muy abandondas, pero tienen una ubicación súper en la laguna (una de las cosas que valen la pena). La único rescatable es la excelente atención de Gerardo y Toño, que trataron en todo momento de hacer lo mejor con lo que tenían.

Muy caro el hospedaje. Sus instalaciones no lo ameritan. Falta un supervisor de instalaciones. Un gerente que vigile todo el funcionamiento del hotel. Los trabajadores hacen su mejor esfuerzo pero nadie los supervisa. Los dueños del luigar están ausentes. Sus teléfonos del hotel no funcionan. Nunca pudimos comunicarnos con ellos desde la Ciudad de México.

Hace falta mantenimiento a las instalaciones. Deberían de hacer recomendaciones acerca de llevar repelente, carros chicos difícilmente pueden acceder al hotel (el camino no está pavimentado, hay un par de subidas complicadas, y si está lloviendo lo hace más complicado), además de que no hay alumbrado público. El personal es sumamente amable!

The dock and food were amazing. The staff was friendly and the location was perfect. Not too close to town so it was nice and quiet. The rooms were very basic. The room layout and decor could be improved. There were no bedside lamps or charging points. You had to go across the room to turn off the lights. Shower curtains were flimsy and falling off. If they added a little love to the rooms, this would be a perfect 10.

WIFI service was very good. Rooms were very spacious. Rooms were cleaned daily. The grounds were clean and nicely decorated with plenty of beach chairs by the lake. Only two negatives for us: the TV in one of our rooms didn’t work for our stay (the staff tried to fix several times and couldn't get it to work) and the property can be difficult to get around for someone with mobility problems (no level walking paths, a step to get into bathroom, stairs and inclines to get anywhere).

Beautiful location, very friendly staff which is helpful. Access to lagoon is amazing and plenty of good advice to get from the staff over what to do. Rooms are big and comfortable. Could definitely benefit with some work bringing up to date, and renewal, and also some outdoor furniture for the balconies.

Beautiful, secluded location! Loved the kayaks, hammocks in the water and restaurant on the water. The road in is terrible- you need a SUV, even with that it’s scary, huge ruts in the road. Bring bug spray, mosquitoes are so bad. No water pressure for shower or sink and it smelt awful, like sulphur.

La Laguna e instalaciones 10 de 10. El único inconveniente es que para llegar los señalamientos son pocos, el camino de entrada es horrible, lodoso, se atascan los autos. Y así como lo observamos si no es con camioneta no entras. El personal es atento y servicial pero creo que insuficiente.

Terrible!! Starting with the manager, he didn't have answers about simple questions. The food is bad and very limited, you order something and the side items don't get served with the plate, but yet they will charge the same amount as on the menu. The bar has no stock, poor selection of beer, no wine etc. The only reason for 1 star is for the location. The road to get to the hotel from the highway is dangerous and if you order from outside restaurants they will charge extra due to the condition of the road.

A la llegada nos dieron una habitación provisional (que no contaba con las condiciones adecuadas), toda vez que no tenían registrada nuestra llegada, tampoco tenían bebidas (muy limitadas opciones de cerveza en específico) y comida que ofrecían en la carta (como cochinita pibil). Asimismo no hay nadie que te atienda en recepción. Las palapas estaban sucias, sin limpiar. Al segundo día nos cambiaron de habitación y la regadera de la habitación no tenía potencia, tampoco nos pusieron ropa de cama completa (sábana de cajón), solo dos sábanas planas que se hacían bolas y terminamos durmiendo sobre el cubre colchón). Las instalaciones en general están muy abandondas, pero tienen una ubicación súper en la laguna (una de las cosas que valen la pena). La único rescatable es la excelente atención de Gerardo y Toño, que trataron en todo momento de hacer lo mejor con lo que tenían.

The dock and food were amazing. The staff was friendly and the location was perfect. Not too close to town so it was nice and quiet. The rooms were very basic. The room layout and decor could be improved. There were no bedside lamps or charging points. You had to go across the room to turn off the lights. Shower curtains were flimsy and falling off. If they added a little love to the rooms, this would be a perfect 10.

Muy caro el hospedaje. Sus instalaciones no lo ameritan. Falta un supervisor de instalaciones. Un gerente que vigile todo el funcionamiento del hotel. Los trabajadores hacen su mejor esfuerzo pero nadie los supervisa. Los dueños del luigar están ausentes. Sus teléfonos del hotel no funcionan. Nunca pudimos comunicarnos con ellos desde la Ciudad de México.

En primera la persona que atiende me quería cobrar nuevamente el hospedaje cuando ya lo había pagado, porque se percató q no encontraba yo la confirmación en mi correo, siendo que ellos tienen la seguridad del pago, en segundo le sacaron de la bolsa a mi madre sus tarjetas una de depósito de su pensión y otras de identificación, y 500 pesos, no atendieron nuestra queja, no nos creyeron,mi madre no quiso q los demandaramos, sin embargo si van tengan precaución con los objetos q dejan en la habitación

En si el hotel está magnífico, excelente personal , la comida súper rica , limpieza , todo muy bien ! Solo que se batalla en dar con la propiedad , no hay señalización hacia el hotel, el GPS te manda por otra entrada que no es. Lo demás de 10 !

What I liked: Beautiful view. Right on Lake Bacalar. The restaurant has very good food. Friendly people. The entrance to get into the lake was very easy. Several areas to enter the lake. Au top. Petit établissement caché dans la verdure avec un accès à la lagune des plus photogéniques. Excellente restauration. Chambres spacieuses,propres, confortables. Personnels accueillant. Kayaks à disposition. Seul bémols, service un peu lent et accès difficile. Mais ça passe avec une berline. Je recommande vivement.

De maravilla, la atención excelente la comida riquísima . Pero lo que más me encantó todo el frente de la Laguna cuenta con hamaqueros en el agua culumpio una palapa con hamacas. Mi estancia fue de 3 noches y disfrute al máximo .. te ofrecen el tours del paseo . Y definitivamente se los recomiendo .. recomiendo rentar carro porque la entrada es complicada, aparte que puedes visitar el pueblito .. Esta recomendación es para el hotel deben de ofrecer un desayuno un poco más amplio ya que si es un poco limitado cabe mencionar que ofrecen un menú más amplio pero con costo extra .. de comidas y cenas extenso y delicioso a muy buen precio . Conclusión recomendado al 1000

Our room was very high up (about 20 feet). There was no railing & a hole in the deck. We went for dinner to their restaurant & waited a long time to be served ( we were the only ones there). We changed rooms to a better room. We had a kitchen like area with a large counter, but no rag to wipe it. The cups supplied were paper cups, same ones for a 2 night stay. The beach area was very nice. I do think this place is over priced
