Victoria Park Hotel

The room was immaculate and came with all the basic amenities needed for my stay. The bed was comfy (as a Hilton/Westin girlie, I have high standards and this is important). The property is located in a cute neighborhood with food and shopping nearby and easily walkable. The outside courtyard area with its pool, hot tub, and lounge areas was a quaint little oasis. The staff was friendly and accommodating, though with the limited lobby hours I did not interact much with them during my stay but they helped me get set up for my late arrival and addressed the concerns I had about some questionable communication I received. I would recommend this property to friends and would stay again myself.

The staff was so helpful and the room was very spacious. The pool and lounge area is tucked away making a perfect hideaway spot.

Interesting place. Seems to be in revival though. I hope it does well, However, the parking is on street only (not fond of that at all), the restaurant was closed (and seems permanently so), a lot of street noises filters in, and the pool area closes at the rather nebulous time of “dusk.” Some loud repairs going on in the room next door one day. But the pool area, even with the odd hours, was lovely, as was the covered patio on the other side. Staff was terrific.

Grounds were pretty cool, but the rooms kind of sucked and the cafe was closed.
