Pulito. Silenzioso. Comodo parcheggio interno. MA all'arrivo trovo l' aria condizionata a 18 gradi, la spengo e come conseguenza si forma una condensa talmente persistente da bagnare il pavimento e le superfici dei mobili per tutta la notte e fino al check-out. La cucina c'è però mancano tutti gli utensili, i piatti, i bicchieri, insomma non c'è niente, ma potete noleggiare il tutto ovviamente per un costo aggiuntivo. Non tornerei.

La habitación es cómoda, cumple con la función. Deben saber que no hay utensilios de cocina en la habitación, compramos todo en el supermercado que está cruzando la calle aunque también venden algunos utensilios básicos en el hospedaje. Las almohadas son incómodas. Me gustó la lavandería de autoservicio en el hospedaje.

Bien situé par rapport à l'aéroport (15 minutes en voiture). Personnel accueillant, serviable. et une réception ouverte 24h/24. La piscine n'est pas exceptionnelle et ils y avaient mis bien trop de javel dedans. Dans la chambre, il y avait une cuisine, mais absolument aucun couverts ou ustensiles, donc inutilisable pour nous ! La climatisation de la chambre faisait un bruit d'enfer, mais la literie était correcte. Conclusion, un peu cher pour les services proposés, mais parfait pour nous qui n'y restions qu'une nuit et qui devions prendre l'avion très tôt le matin.

the room smelled very damp. The room is only cleaned once every seven days, it is not cleaned daily. You come in and out of the hotel and no one says anything to you.

Room was very clean, mostly quiet. Not much of a view as my room was directly across from Sam’s . There were several outstanding restaurants within walking distance of my building. 1/2 mile walk but well worth it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Using uber to get around is your best bet.

Dès qu’on y entre, ça sent très fort la javel et c’est très désagréable. Le sol est hyper glissant, il faut toujours faire attention de ne pas glisser. L’air est tellement humide que les couvertures sont mouillées, le sol également et de l’eau était sur nos bagages… Pour régler ce problème d’humidité (selon les agents d’accueil), il faut mettre l’air conditionnée à 20° sauf que c’est très froid et ça fait un bruit monstrueux (on dirait un hélicoptère qui décolle à côté de la chambre). D’ailleurs lorsque je suis allée voir un agent de l’accueil, on n’a pas voulu me changer de chambre la première fois sous prétexte que «\xa0c’est le climat du Mexique\xa0». Je peux vous dire que j’ai logé dans d’autres hôtels avant celui-ci et je n’ai jamais eu de problème d’humidité. Je suis retournée me plaindre une seconde fois et j’ai dû attendre plus de 30 min (dans cette chambre hyper humide) pour qu’on me change de chambre. Au final, dans la seconde chambre, il n’y avait pas d’odeur d’humidité mais les draps et le sol étaient mouillés ! Les murs sont en cartons donc nous entendons très très fort les voisins et le frigo fait également un bruit incroyable. Ça a été ma pire nuit dans un hôtel, je ne recommande absolument pas même pour un transit.

In terms of cleanliness, this was one of the worst hotel's. Our room had a towel what seemed to be a blood stain. We took it to show the front desk and they didn't even show any concerns. They put 2 more towels in the room and we picked up 2 more. All 4 towels were dirty and had holes in them. When we brought that to their attention, the front desk laughed it off. Bed was never made. There was no bath soap. Shower pressure was extremely week. Overall, never again.

Disgusting. I booked 1 night but decided to leave to another hotel. The room had a strong smell of humidity. Bed cover wrinkled, bathroom wall had black mold, pubic hair, shower walls not cleaned propertly. Floor sticky. The outside looks very nice and the staff is great. Those are the only good points this hotel has going for.

Everything is great. the room is spacious and very clean. The staff is very nice. The only thing I want to mention is that the staff does speak a word of English. I don't get it they are so close to the airport and the airport is full of Americans and they can't speak a word of English.

Extremely basic almost to the point of being too basic, but less expensive than other hotel options in the area. Pros: - Quick walk to dining and grocery options Cons: - Poor humidity regulation in rooms during warmer months; excessive moisture unless the AC is kept cold, which made it almost too cold for me - No dishes, cutlery, cups, or supplies of any kind for kitchen in rooms; you are either forced to buy an overpriced kit from the hotel, or go to the local Chinese imports store and Walmart for the basics - One little bar of soap for the whole room - Harsh chemical cleaning smell in lobby Ok for a one night stay near airport, but wouldn’t really recommend it otherwise unless you are extended stay in less humid months and don’t mind buying your own kitchen items

The property is still giving one key for the stay, despite of having booking with 2 or more people, one day I forgot the key on the room and the front desk agent instead of giving me another key, he told me that I should not forget my key and I need to have it with me, I told him they should not limit to one the number on keys given and he was even more rude to me asking me to complain if I want with the management. I stay 2 times a month on this property, and my main concern is only the one key given, sometimes I travel with family and is really annoying to have my wife with toddlers going down to open doors for me. I have to inform about this and about the lack of service on the agent that I always have issue with, he does not have sense of service as always says “no” or give laim excuses to deny my requests. I will need to keep posting negative surveys at least until the key issue is fixed and the property at least for me set a note on my guest profile, to give me two keys upon check-in, without request needed from me, as this situation always ruins my entire and all stays, as this issue has not yet been addressed by the hotel management.

The Manager Monsera Flores has been very rude on the last 3 stays we had here. We will not be staying here again as long as she is there. She is rude and insulting for no reason at all. We asked to change from a room with one bed to 2 beds and offered to pay extra. She demanded / almost shouting that it is not possible and we need to pay for another room if we want. That is Policy and understood but there was no reason to be rude or demanding in that way. I asked reception for the manager to pass the complaint about the attitude, only to be told she was the manager. Just wow. We stayed here before and liked it. Now we will not just because of her attitude. Last stay it was 2:50 and Check in is 3:00. Again Policy no problem. We asked if we could check in earlier and the reception said sure they have rooms ready / cleaned. She interrupted the reception and said check in is 3:00. That was rude to both us and her receptionist.

The property conditions, location and the place is great, however they only gave us one key upon check in and in past stays they refused to give two keys, one for my family and one for me, so whenever I go to work and come back to the hotel, my wife does not need to go down to open doors for me. It is really annoying to have this situation always when I stay at the property. Beside this, yesterday I came back to the hotel and requested the front desk guy to update my key and he was arguing that the key it does not belong to me since it was batched out to another room, I guess it got mixed up with another room due to system error however the guy started saying to me that I should give back the key and complaining to me (as a guest), this situation was really unpleasant and really ruined my stay.

Quite upset with front desk staff. After getting lost earlier the day we checked in we finally arrived with not much time to get ready for Coco Bongo and fearful of getting lost and missing the show, we asked the front desk if it was possible that she could for a taxi pick us up. She kindly said sure. We hurried like a couple of crazy people getting ready. We went outside the hotel at the designated time and waited, no taxi came. So we went inside to ask if she called a taxi for us. The same girl who agreed to set up our taxi ride said, "they don\'t come at this time." I was fuming cause she should have called our room with this information. Now we had to find out way there and we were leaving later than planned. Staff needs to communicate better.

We did not like that the hotel manager was very rude and non communicative. We wanted to upgrade and they had rooms available but insisted that they could make no changes unless it came through expedia. We contacted expedia and they tried numerous times to contact the hotel but the hotel was non responsive. NO issue with expedia but the hotel manager was not a very good person at all.

El edificio por fuera ya se ve un poco descuidado. Las habitaciones están limpias y bien equipadas. Le hace falta una cafetera sencilla a las habitaciones. Se tiene horno de microondas, parrilla y tarja pero utensilios, podrían poner algunos de estos a préstamo mediante depósito o alguna ID.
