I don't like they charge for parking

Mold growing in shower. Trash from previous occupant left in room. Dishes in cabinet were dirty. Air conditioner "clicked" every 5-10 seconds all night long. TV volume is restricted, I had to turn on subtitles to watch. Beware - there is a $2.50 fee for self-parking in their uncovered, unrestricted parking lot.

The hotel is newer and located in a good area off the interstate. I was lost and called for directions and the front desk clerk could not direct me, instead a visitor in the background helped. My deadbolt wouldn’t work and the overnight front desk guy came up after midnight and helped. Shower had hair and particles, so not totally clean. My water did not get warm in the shower, so I had to take cold showers. The breaker kept tripping and my lights would just go out without warning and I would have to open the breaker box to flip the switch for lights. The kitchen appeared to be wiped down, but not clean to my liking. The bed was made in a hurry because the bed skirt was crooked on one side and dragging the floor. I had a phone on the desk but not one on the nightstand. A travel mate had a friend phone on the desk and nightstand. There was hair in the bath towels, so I used my disposable wash cloths and bath towels. Those were the quirks that I did not like. I also realized that I was charged $4.22 per day to park in the hotel parking lot. I’ve never had that happen at a hotel. Overall, it was a decent stay, but could have been better. I didn’t try the breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Also, the AC is not on in hallways or elevators, so it was pretty hot and humid with it being 90 outside. Thank you.

2 night stay. Had a good experience with the room and pool. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Pool was clean and warm . Nice outdoor fireplace and area. The only thing that was not above par was the breakfast. No gravy for the biscuits. Sausage patties were so over cooked both mornings that you could not chewy it. Disappointed on the breakfast . Maybe a new cook? Or maybe needs a new cook.

The pool was really big - great to get laps in and even though it was a bit cold, was very refreshing :).

Great place to stay. Liked the pool and outdoor fire.

I selected this hotel for the indoor heated pool. Checked in and asked the hours of the pool and was told open until 11 pm. Went to the pool around 9 pm, no one there. Stepped into pool and it was ice cold. Couldn't even get in but two steps in, it was so cold. Asked the front desk clerk about the heated pool and he said the heater was broken. Would have been nice if this was posted somewhere on your website.

We were on the second floor and the elevator was down. The bathroom door would not close. The back door to the rooms would not close which we felt that was not safe.

Will not go back!! The service was just OKAY. The room was not very clean. The rooms are not worth the price.

Room was not spotless. Staff was courtesy.

2nd day of our stay we found bedbugs other than that we was having a great time 😊😒no hard feelings though

The room was filthy! There was oil spots on the headboard from the guests before us, the hotel is pet friendly and there was dog pee in the corners of every room!!!!! It was disgusting! To top it off we didn’t even have hot water!!!!

The room was disgusting, with mold all over the shower, a pullout mattress covered with large stains, vents covered in black, moldy food under the couch, and parts of the wall falling off. It was so bad, and I cannot even put it into words.

Hotel shower had mold, outdated. Tv wouldn’t work.

It was clean-ish. Little things that just kind of gave me the ick. The light in the bathroom had a ton of dust or whatever all around it. There was a strong sewer odor throughout the room. The table tops weren’t wiped down, it was obvious. The bathroom floor was also not very clean. Lots of dust and even hair on the floor.

Room was dirty with hair in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen needs attention. Scratches on cabinets.

My room wasn't very clean - trash and hairs in the bathroom with lots of grime around the toilet. Discovered there were no bath towels when I got out of the shower, only hand towels. Refrigerator still had leftovers in it from previous guests. Basically looked like housekeeping made the bed and only lightly spot cleaned the rest of the room - very disappointing.

We woke up with bites all over. When checking out, the staff didn’t seem to care and asked if we wanted an email receipt. Will not stay here again.

Very nice hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the beds aren’t very comfortable.

Floor i was on was kinda noisy but an overall good experience

We liked the room & stay, but the pillows were not comfortable, so flat

Clean. I brought my own but there were plenty of towels. Provided dishes and utensils. Spacious. Friendly staff. Should probably steam the carpets though. But i actually love the fact there is carpet.for coziness but you can start to see discoloration in heavy traffic areas. Overall the stay was great. Nice quiet space.

The room and the location is wonderful

I had two rooms between me and a mate. The suite was extremely spacious with the separate bedroom. It was quiet. Temp was perfect. Bedding was clean. Everything was clean and well kept. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I plan to return when visiting town again.

Great hotel. Very clean. The room was huge. The continental breakfast was the worst I've ever had.

Only thing we disliked was the TV. Other than that it was the best.

We’ve stayed in many hotels in this area and this is by far the best hotel out there. Clean from the front doors to the bathroom. Awesome staff and great breakfast. Will be back.

Friendly & prompt staff, even when the initial room we got appeared to be not cleaned or made, they quickly made a switch to another room that was ready to go and very comfortable

It was great. Highly recommend. Very clean, neat, and in order. Staff was very friendly as well.

The sofa bed was broke and unsafe for usage. There was no other room in the hotel and my kids slept the night on the floor. The hotel manager was not cooperative at all...

We arrived late/early morning and called in advance to make staff aware. Other than being on hold for 16 min, the staff were kind and courteous.

We only stayed 1 night.. the only complaint that I have is that upon arrival I had to wait about 10 minutes to check in because there was no one at the desk.. there was a couple ahead of me and I don’t know how long they had been there before I came in

Room floor was sticky, the bathroom door was really hard to open and close because the door was getting stuck on the floor and my children couldn’t do on their own, room had kitchen that wasn’t very clean. I had to go to the front desk 4 times til the guy came up with me to unlock room because the key wouldn’t work. Breakfast was great they kept food out til the posted time and the woman was real nice.

Our stay was exceptional. The room was clean and very comfortable. The stay was quiet, the breakfast was very tasty. The staff were extremely kind and friendly. We will definitely stay here again for another weekend get-away.

CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN Staff was very kind and super responsive. Bed was hard but thats my only complaint. Breakfast was hot with plenty of options.

Overall, this is a nice facility with excellent customer service. Nice breakfast and coffee options and helpful front desk. However, the hotel is WORN. Baseboards are pulled away from walls or crudely attached, lots of marks on paint from use, shower door did not fully close. The condition was extremely disappointing, but the staff made up for it!

It’s a Residence Inn. The fridge worked. The bed was comfy. The internet was adequate. It had decent coffee. Expedia should tell you there is a $100 non-refundable pet fee up front. If I had known, I might have booked a different property.

The Bed was awfully uncomfortable. Breakfast was not appetizing and choices were limited. Lobby bathroom was dirty.

Typical Residence Inn, which is a good thing! Marriott has done a good job of making this brand consistent from location to location. Only complaint is the coffee was awful, otherwise good.
