Somerset Westview Nairobi All Suites

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beds were excellent, making for a great night's sleep. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always happy to help. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended especially with you are traveling with kids.

We were pleasantly surprised at how big and nicely decorated our 2 bedroom unit was. Felt like an apartment :-) We used room service a few times and it was really quick and the food was great. It wasn't quite warm enough to use the pool and we were busy, but it looked real nice. Overall a great place with very pleasant staff.

Great place to stay...Staff is awesome! Facility is great! Just hope they keep their prices down where it is reasonable,

Smooth check-in. Victor was the best most hospital staff. Great for front desk as he as excellent communication and customer service skills. Really gave it a 4 star rating mostly because of him. He can train other staff on confidence and interpersonal skills. Male housekeeping staff were quite good shout out to vincent and tony. The female ones I met were not bad; however, one day they cleaned while I was in the room and they kept chatting among themselves loudly in my space just found that a bit unprofessional. Restaurant staff very poor. Please tell them to smile and be warmer. Why should I across two oceans to visit your property for such a lukewarm reception by the restaurant. I was so put-off, I made it a point to stop eating there for the remainder of my stay. Had it not been for Victor and some other front desk staff such as Kelvin and John, I probably would've given a 2/3 star rating because of the restaurant staff. Ordered room service one night was so exhausted so planned to settle the bill in the morning, they insisted I do it same night so I had to go all the way downstairs only for K to tell me they couldn't give me change in a de facto sort of way bc they don't have coins. I then remembered I had 30 ksh upstairs so I could pay exact amount to help them out. Offered to bring the 30 ksh in morning. She insisted I return upstairs to get 30shilling that night so I did (as if I would not pay 30 shillings). very rude. And to think I even tipped the server that night.

Enjoyed the hotel and staff. Good place to leave for a safari from but good up to date lodging for whatever reason. Everyone was helpful on site one tip the entrance for the rooftop lounge was outside of the hotel entrance. Seemed loud when I entered but really wasn’t bad at all.
