The gym is very equipped and parking is kind of safe except when you have some people without handicap plates or placard who Park in handicap parking and others who take up two spaces. Handicap parking is not enforced by the hotel.

This hotel was not clean. It had a weird smell and they had the a/c off before we got there so it was so hot in the room. The pool was dirty and the hot tub was not hot at all. The breakfast was only a few items, they didn’t even have waffles and the times was from 6am- 9am. The window didn’t have a shade curtain so we we open up the curtain for some light you can see right in the room. The Fridge didn’t get freeze for the frozen food. And the microwave was on top of the fridge in a little space so it was hard to even open. Also the front door to the room was hard to open.

The air conditioning in the fitness center was out of order, so we had to prop the door open to let air circulate while on the treadmill. The water filter was broken, so no water available. The coffee maker at the breakfast area kept spewing plain water instead of coffee.

The check in & out process was fantastic they even give a little welcome box with a couple snacks and an arm deodorant which was neat and something no hotel has ever done. The facility and room was clean. Never made it to breakfast so can’t comment on that. The hotel is quiet, well lit and safe. The only 2 negatives is that the room had a seriously horrible musty smell and could use something to help absorb the moisture in the room to end that smell. Also, the fact that the pool was extremely cloudy & dirty which was a huge disappointment as my kiddo was looking forward to swimming. I think that if these two concerns were fixed it would be a great hotel to stay at.

The staff were really nice. The room we got the water in the toilet was leaking so they moved us to another room. The room was ok but I did kill two small roaches. Breakfast was not so great and they ran out of spoons. Pool was dirty and hot tub was cold!!! Was definitely expecting more than what I got from the reviews I read online. Location was ok.

The fitness center at the Quality Inn & Suites left a lasting and favorable impression on me. It was very tidy and had a good assortment of amenities. The staff at the front desk were also extremely pleasant and helpful. I felt very safe and secure during my stay.

I was sent an email to leave a review, so here's my review. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the bed. Upon uncovering the blanket and looking under the sheet, the comforter had a huge yellow circle in the center with other stains. The blanket also had areas of yellow and clear stains... I don't know about you, but I don't want to sleep in someone's piss, even if it was washed once and a blanket put over it. I took a picture and showed it to the hotel front desk. They sent housekeeping to give us another comforter, which still had stains but less than the first one. Later that day we got a knock on our door and housekeeping brought us an actual clean comforter. (Though the blanket remained having stains on it.) I'll attach a picture so you can see what I'm talking about. Don't get me wrong. I'm thankful the hotel staff changed the comferter... but honestly, I expect them to throw out sheets/comforters if they can't take iut the stains after washing them. I really don't want to sleep in someone's piss or other stains, even if they were washed once, but are clearly visible...

Nasty horrible need deep cleaning and a new management team that’s gonna make sure this place is together I had blood on my pillow smh they don’t wipe the tables and etc down I had dog hair on the night stand the carpet was horrible they don’t clean the microwaves or refrigerators out sooooo don’t use them check your towels as well the carpet in the hallways are stanky and needs to be renewed GO SOMEWERE CLEAN‼️

The room was smelly, damp feeling and dirty. I told the hotel and they brought up some room refresher that was dove body spray. The window had a very large crack going across It. There was coffee beans and cinnamon sticks left around in the room. The remotes did not work nor did the phones, with these horrible conditions and because of the sketchy location we could not stay there without a phone that was unsafe. The hotel refused our cancellation or refund. We gathered our things and left. I contacted Expedia who was great and assisted locating another hotel to stay at.

The beds were not clean. The sheets had stains on them and there were hair in the beds, I was shown 6 rooms and they could not show me one bed that was clean. For a total of 8 beds. Now they are refusing to refund my money. I guess they do not understand it is there responsibility to provide a clean room

Unfortunately, this hotel is so filthy that I shared my stay here with roaches. It was disgusting to wake up to them. I told the staff. They did say they were going to spray, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all. Please do yourself a favor and stay somewhere nicer. Also, they do not have a real breakfast here….not that I was hungry after the ROACHES.

Room was filthy. I have photos of our arrival. They changed our room and the second was even worse. Window was completely broke .room had not been cleaned or dusted in awhile. Trash in drawers. They offered to change our room again but we were running late for our Grandsons competition and with 2nd being worse we weren't taking anymore chances. Paid extra for early check in. Also description online said 2 king beds and a fold out sofa there are no sofas

After looking at reviews, I assumed this was a decent place to stay. I was wrong. I knew this wasn’t going to be a 5 star hotel, but wow. Once I checked in, I came to realize there was no elevator. Once I got up to the floor, the hallway reeked a musty odor and was hot due to no AC. Once I entered the room, it was HOT! They had the AC off. I get they’re probably trying to save $, but when it’s 90+ degrees in Texas, you need that AC on so customers can enter a comfortable environment. It took HOURS for the AC to cool the room. Due to the AC being off, the room also had a musty smell which affected my asthma, now I am sick. As for the cleanliness, not the best. Drywall was cracking throughout entire room. One chair in living area was broken. Living room area could not be used because AC from bedroom would not cool it enough; so much for paying extra for the suite. Once room finally cooled, that musty odor remained. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided, AND IT WAS ALREADY UNROLLED/PREVIOUSLY IN USE. Couldn’t even get a brand new roll, ridiculous! Buttons for tv remote were also difficult to make work. Overall, very disappointing experience.

I had to checkout earlier because of the condition of the room I was supposed to stay for three nights I could hardly survive one night. I must say the staff were helpful and oh the WiFi doesn’t work in the room

My first room was dirty , however the staff had no issue upgrading me to a more expensive suite free of charge and I’m very thankful. The property was very clean on the outside and parking was a breeze. No loud music or noises from around my room and checkout was VERY fast .

Check in after midnight, the lady at front desk was very rude and has no patient at all. Her talking speed was very fast that I cannot understand her at all. She gave me the key that cannot open the room door. The carpet is dirty and smells wired. Did not recommend this place at all. Terrible.

So this was the problem with my stay. I extended for a day or two because of another appointment using hotels.com and I was informed that the next time I did that I will have to check all the way out with my stuff and then wait till 3:00 to check back in. This is what the front desk told me. The other option to keep my stuff in the room and continue smoothly would be to pay a $30 fee. That seems wrong on so many levels but that's how they run their place I guess.

I'm obsessed with this hotel! It's seriously the best place. The location is great, and it's super affordable. Plus, there are tons of cool features, like BBQ areas and being right next to the AT&T Center. Basically, I just hit the jackpot when I chose this place for my vacation spot. Winning!

Worse motel/convenience type of hotel I ever stayed in the United States. Property is old but that is not a real problem if facilities are well maintained. Unfortunately this is not one of them. Everywhere things are broken, not maintained well, lobby/cafe/room. Even though they offers free breakfast, it is more like a joke that they don't even care to provide real eggs, just some type of pre-prepared fake eggs that tastes like rubber. Besides that you basically have shelf sold mini cinnamon roll and cereals and that is it. Coffee is light brown water to say the best and juice machine/cereal dispenser both broken (speechless). The room is old and not clean, house keeping did not even bother to clean the bathroom, they only change up towels and make the bed, leave hairs and all others in the bath tub after the cleaning. This is below the normal standard you would expect from a quality inn or other inn chains, I am not sure if this is due to being managed by an Indian crew/franchisee. No disrespect here but they are not known for hospitality and hotel management unfortunately. You have a lot of other options around the route so I strongly advise you choose others like the days inn close by.

It's an older Quality Inn that could use some renovation. The room didn't "feel" clean. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the shower, but there was an opened, used conditioner bottle on the sink, along with an open, used lotion bottle. The towels folded on the sink had what looked like "cheeto" finger stains. Not clean. Bed seemed clean, but it was hard. Breakfast was under cooked sausage and biscuits, no cups at the coffee maker, and once they were brought out, the coffee on the strong setting looked like weak tea. We gave up on the "free breakfast" and left. The door to get in the building with the rooms did not lock, it wouldn't even latch. Did not feel safe.

Dont believe the pictures on the site. They only had 1 item for breakfast. That too cold. When asked they said their heat tray isnt working lol. Will never stay there again
