Sleep Inn Dallas Northwest - Irving

Itinerary No. 73448523202863 I want a full amount $163.16 reimbursement. Sleep inn check-in time was 3:30. I went into the room and put down my bag and tried to connect to the Internet, but I couldn't connect. You can't do business without the Internet. The front desk manager says that wireless internet is not a system problem. After trying to connect for about an hour, I went to another nearby hotel because of the manager's introduction. Manager said hotel deposit came out because you don't have to worry because it's confirmed if get a call from Hotel.com. The next day, took 163.16 from my credit card. If this is not solved, can I trust Hotel.com and make a reservation? If you have any questions, please contact the Sleep Inn - Irving, Dallas. Thank you

Breakfast was really good, hot and tasty. Room was clean and inviting. A very good stay.

The stench outside when we arrived was putrid. It quite literally smelled like hot garbage. The entire parking lot and entrance was bathed in the stench. Luckily, once inside, it was well enough. The staff was polite, friendly, and professional. We felt very welcomed. The building is showing its age. One elevator was out of service and the other made some disturbing noises as we got to our floor. The carpets in the hallways are dirty and aged and there was a strong lemon cleaning product smell. Better than the hot garbage, so I didn’t mind. Once in our room - it was tidy, clean, comfortable, and everything was in good repair. The shower was the best shower I had after a week of traveling. Breakfast was nice and check-out was easy. For a budget stay, I would stay here again. Great location, easy to get to, close to the airport or other Dallas/Ft Worth necessities.
