Great location! Washer and Dryer did not work and the bed was not made with proper sheets.

Great hotel! Not a hotel, but a renovated apartment building. Lots of character. I was alone and felt completely safe. Lots of tourists out in the street. Was in my room at 9pm. Just a step outside the building, you can see Pikes Place. So close. 2 minute walk to the best waffles and clam chowder bread bowls I loved the room. It was like a small, updated apartment. The kitchen was my favorite. Oven, frig, microwave, coffee maker, dish towels, utensils, pots, pans, cute table with chairs, windows, etc. I especially liked the sink . Big and modern with cool drying rack shelving. I took a photo for the future, so I can do the same. Went to their gym on the bottom floor to lift weights in the morning. Huge area. TV was on so I watched the news/weather while I worked out. Would I stay here again? Absolutely! I stayed here the night before my cruise and walked to the Cruise Line in the morning. The walk took about 10 minutes or so.

Property was sufficient for what we needed. Elevators didn’t work during the entire stay

Great location, but amenities are lacking. Elevator wasn’t working for all 5 nights of our stay. Management didn’t seem to care or offer any kind of compensation.

Elevator broken in hotel, so they couldn't offer early check in though it was requested. So after a 10 hour flight and arriving at 11 am, couldn't get a room and had to roam the streets until 4pm

The property is very old. It is renovated, however. The hotel provides minimal service, but does offer a gym space. They do not clean your room during your stay. You need to ask for towels or new bedding if you wish to have it. There are many homeless people in the area and you can sometimes hear them at night yelling or getting into altercations. It is very close to Pike Market and the waterfront, and there is a nice view from the 5th floor where we stayed.

We stayed at this property for the convenience of being close to Pike's Place and downtown Seattle. The location was perfect. The stop for the Hop on Bus was literally right in front of the hotel too. The hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable, had kitchenettes and even provided boxed waters and candy. Its a very small hotel so there is no parking or continental breakfast.

Elevator does not work. I had to walk up 4 flights of stairs to my room…which would be ok if you didn’t charge full rate.

The location to the market can’t be beat! Especially for the price and amenities. The one big downside was the out of order washer dryer in the room. It was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Overall, I highly recommend this property for a fun visit to Seattle.

No parking at the hotel. One small elevator and no stairwell available to use other then for an emergency.

Right by the pike and a lot restaurants which is a plus. Staff was nice but if you’re into staying somewhere clean where they mop and wipe down then this is not the place for you. The washer and dryer also needs to be fixed. Ran for hours and right next to bedroom so we had to get up in the middle of the night to cut it off. Asked for someone to clean the floor in the bathroom was a lot of hair and didn’t look like it was ever mopped. The cleaning person only brought a small fiber cloth

There were two major issues we had with our stay. Two of the the towels in the bathroom had blood on them. Which I didn’t notice until I started using one. Then I saw the same on the second towel. The other gross issue was that the shower curtain (right next to the toilet) had an obvious brown stain on it. It seemed like someone ran out of toilet paper and improvised. Secondary complaints include the stupid 6 digit code you need for everything from the main entrance to the elevator. It was such an annoyance have to constantly pull out my phone and go through messages to find the 6 digit code that I couldn’t remember. Also the lack of AC meant we had to keep the courtyard windows open so we could hear every single thing from every other room attached to the courtyard. The overall experience was so bad that we left a day early.

You walk into a filthy tiny lobby to find luggage piled up everywhere and people clogging the lobby. Why? Because you can’t go to your room a minute before 4 p.m. without a $75 “early check in” fee. The only things this place has going for it is location. The cleanliness and maintenance are poor. I do not recommend until some changes are made with the management.

The furniture and amenities seemed new but there was a foul stench that permeated the entire room for the extent of my stay. It could have been from some of the homeless individuals camped outside or a previous guest so I asked the property manager to have the room re-cleaned & bought air fresheners but nothing seemed to improve the smell. I would not recommend staying here.

Renovated property and very clean. A bit noisy earlier in the night but quiet enough to sleep. Very well appointed with refrigerator and stove, microwave, iron, crockery & cutlery. Staff are excellent.

Nice big clean room. We really enjoyed our stay! Close to Pike Market and were able to walk to Port 66 to get on our cruise the next day.

Everything was clean . Location is very convenient.

The property was in the perfect location and walking distance to Pike Place Market. Lots of fun things to do around and lots of places to eat/drink. The room was really nice and cozy! It could’ve been perfect if it was a little bit cleaner. The floors were dirty, the fridge was dirty, the carpet was dirty. It just needed a really good deep cleaning. Found a dirty floss/toothpick under the bead. Sheets, pillows and towels were very cleaned. Restroom was also very clean, minus the floors. You can just tell and feel they hadn’t been swept or mopped. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, safe, great location

Great location to allow walking around downtown Seattle (Pike Place Market, Ferris wheel, aquarium, etc). If you need to open the windows due to the temperature, then it will be very noisy from the sidewalk and streets throughout the night.

Location was perfect. Easy access from the airport via Link and steps from Pike place market and waterfront, aquarium and many restaurants. Perfect location. The suite room we had was large with a nice kitchen and washer/dryer but the air conditioning was a single portable unit for the 2 rooms so it was not ideal. The view from our room was of walls of another close building , so if a view that matters, pick a room option with a city view. Even though it was non-smoking, there was residual old smoke odor lingering. Overall it was a good value for the location.

Great, friendly staff Great location (Close to Pike Place Market, 1 Line subway, Monorail, and tons of food options) Kitchen with fridge/freezer/microwave/stove/dishes Access to the gym - Thin walls and doors, can hear adjacent rooms and anyone in the hallways easily. Hopefully you don't get loud neighbors like we had. - Rooms are tight, difficult to get around in... had to practically side shuffle to move through the room and we're small people.

Great location but old school building that could use some refreshing. Didn’t really like the pull down window shades that didn’t fully co we the windows so a lot of city light coming in at night. Literally a block from pike place market so that’s cool but really loud city noise all night of course.

We loved our room here! It was a full one bedroom apartment so we had plenty of room to spread out during our 3 night stay in Seattle. The furnishings were very modern and the bed was very comfy. They even had an in-unit washer/dryer with soap included to wash your clothes. The location of this hotel is also 10/10. We were able to explore the city for a few hours and come back to our hotel multiple times in a day to rest, which really made an impact on our trip. The only negative I had was we were right next to pike place so at times I could hear cars and sirens outside, but it wasn’t too bad as I was able to get plenty of rest. I’d highly recommend the coffee shop directly under the hotel, Victoria.

The apartment itself very clean and very well equipped. The bed is extremely comfy. Right on 1st, so it is very loud. Even within the building, youll be hearing entire conversations. There are no black out curtains. Tons of light is blasting in all night from the street even when you close the weird drapes . The washer dryer did not function properly. Clothes on "dry" for 2 hours still required getting put in a communal dryer outside of the unit before check out. The heater also didnt work well, leading to the night lady offering a space heater, which unfortunately, only worked sporadically and sometimes not at all. It was quite cold. Wifi would not connect on my laptop, ended up using my hotspot. Also no wifi password provided, however, maybe one is not needed? The maintenence and front desk were very quick to address laundry issue a a nice gentlman walked me up to the 2nd floor and took care of the cost for me to get my clothes dry before check out. As a frequent traveler, I dont like the no card, all hand typed code for everything...front door, elevator (highly questionable btw), and door to unit. Specifically outdoors, as a woman and Seattle resident coming home for the first time in many years, being handed your door code on a torn, handwritten piece of paper is ridiculous. Also the number pads themeselves are highly problematic and create a safety risk for people held up outside with all the sketch transients. Overall, ide stay again for less than 120.

Great location, room I had didn’t have the best view only concrete wall and another persons windows.

Excellent location. Very cramped room with a terrible bed. There is barely any room to move. Small portable A/C unit. You need to open windows to get air and we saw a spider when we arrived so opening windows was not an option for us. They did provide two fans to help, otherwise sleeping would have been even worse than it was with that awful bed. I woke up with back pain every morning. This place is okay for a one night stay, but I wouldn't stay longer than that. No vending machines, but there is a mart two doors down. Just get your snacks and drinks before it closes. They had Disney+ so that was nice, especially when we hard a hard time getting to sleep between the temperature and bed situation.

Kitchen facilities great, had everything we needed, and staff were very friendly. Felt like a safe spot with staffed entrance and key entry to the building.

This place was better than a hotel! Has everything. We had a room facing the market and the bay. The views all day and night were amazing.

Location was excellent. Emily on the front desk was very helpful.

Keypads are confusing. Needs to be clearly marked. Checkin person was dismissive.

System was down, employee was either new or inexperienced, management was unable to allow me re-entry in the first night because of system failure. I wanted to explore :(

Check in was a problem. Code provided did not work and we had to wait for a new one. Location was very good.

I did not enjoy much about staying at Mint House except the location close to Pike Place. Specific complaints: 1. I ordered food from their "Stock Your Stay" service because I was arriving late at night and wanted eggs to make in the morning. It wasn't ever delivered and I haven't been refunded. 2. It was dirty. The floors and shelves in the kitchen were covered in hair and dust. There were random pieces of trash under the sink. The make-up towels were covered with someone else's hair. 3. The gym is large but poorly equipped. There are no dumbbells below 20 lbs each. There were no mats in the gym. There was a weight rack but no bar or weights to use with it. 4. Responsiveness and communication was generally poor. When I found my "suite" had no direct natural light, I asked if I could move to another unit and offered to pay the difference. I didn't get a response until 36 hours later. When I messaged the "Concierge" option in their app at midnight because the upstairs unit was making incredible noise, it took them 20 minutes to get back to me. 5. The dryer in the unit didn't work at all so had to hang dry my clothes.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage with reception as we arrived hours before our check in. We had a lovely corner room looking out over pike place. We had everything we needed in the room (fridge, sink, coffee, comfy bed, etc). There’s no vending machines or anything like that, but a convenience store very close by where we could grab water pop and snacks. Would stay again :)

The new young lady was very friendly and cordial. When i showed up 1.5 hours early after receiving an automated text that my room number was 103, and the door code, the much more experienced lady made me feel very unwanted. She didn't even wait for me to approach the counter, yelling across the lobby, check-in time isn't until 4pm, you will have to come back! This lady was definitely unfriendly. I don't appreciate that attitude after flying thousands of miles and spending a large amount of money on our vacation. I expect better of The Wyndham.

Our 1 bedrom apartment was beautiful! Location cannot be beat. Staff was super friendly and akways greeted us with a smile. Would fully recommend this to anyone :)

I loved this property- it was like having my own studio apt in downtown Seattle for the night. Walking distance to Pike Place Market. A very short walk from the Westlake light rail station meant no expensive Uber needed from the airport. Friendly staff. Would absolutely stay here again!

There were a ton of homeless around the area, not the property's fault, but did require the front door to be locked and had to be buzzed into the facility. The entry to the building is extremely small as it is only a hallway, but the staff was very helpful. Only 1 block from Pikes Market and the waterfront - Great location

Property was amazing! Loved the one bedroom apartment layout. Made me feel like I was living in the city. The location is absolutely ideal. A one minute walk to Pike's Market and easy access (maybe 5-7 minute) walk to public transit to connect to SeaTac. The room was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Just as a heads up, some rooms have an interior, courtyard only view, but that didn't bother me at all. Would absolutely stay here again.

It was accurate to the description and it was right by pike’s place! Great location. The apartment itself was very nice. The city is a little sketchy at night, so just park in a garage because finding city parking can be kind of hard, but we did park on the streets overnight and pay in the morning since you need to pay between 8a-8p and it was ok. Be aware since there are more homeless people hanging around that part at night, but it wasn’t too bad. Complimentary coffee and tea and water- we even used the in-room kitchen to cook breakfast in the morning and it was great. They have security on the building at all times, the entrance is a little hard to find but it had Christmas lights and they also have a feature where when you enter your code to get in, it automatically calls the elevator, so it’s ready for you to use when you walk in and there’s always a friendly security person there to help you- would stay again!

Reside Hotel by Wyndham was a great location for shopping and Pike Place. Lots of restaurants in close walking proximity. Staff was friendly and helpful. We got to Seattle early and we were able to drop our bags off at the hotel before check in. The only negative thing I would have to say is lots of homeless and drugs going on in the area. The monorail and link stations close by for all the local activities.

Great location in Downtown Seattle near the Public Market. Very walkable to many things or easy transit nearby.

Do not stay at this location. Cramped, noisy, dirty towels, homeless and very odd people right outside door.

The room is convenient for a weeklong stay as there's a kitchen with a fridge and stove provided. You're just across the street from Pike's market and there is an H mart 2 doors down for any essentials and snacks.

The location was good, and the kitchen was fine for making breakfast.
