Apartment was clean and fully equipped with all you need Massage chair was a nice addition Downside is inability for late check out, dryer function doesn’t dry enough resulting in repetitive runs and queries during the stay took many hours to be answered Parking was also away and not in front of property which was unexpected

The bathroom was amazing! I did not like that the fireplace was not functional and they should have been communication and compensation regarding that just like the broken massage chair. If no luggage accommodation is going to be offered then alternatives should be proposed! It is silly in a smaller city to not offer luggage drop off.

Disgusting yellow stains on pillows, AC blows out dead fish smell, fireplace doesn’t work, massage chair doesn’t work, baths are smaller than pictured with no window. False advertising, what you see is not what you get and they charge an arm and a leg just to gaslight you
