Stayed 2 nights

We had a easy check in but reported issues with tv remote they promised to replace batteries while we were out they didn't had to ask again, room was super basic in terms of storage and power points. Nice enough decor. Had a awful nights sleep due to uncomfortable pillow let staff know they said nothing could be done. Would not return two nights if hardly any sleep and had to chase staff which is awkward! Shame really.

We arrived a day late (our own fault), but it was no problem. Philip was very helpful and polite! We have been travelling with two kids and the team was very supportive to get it all sorted out (two rooms next to each other). I can recommend this hotel, the staff is just lovely! Thank you Philip for your support and welcoming us! Moxy is on my radar now!

Stayed 1 night

Left after 1 hour. At check in I requested the quietest room and explained I had a condition that means I need to be able to fully rest. When we got up to our room we were given a room that was facing the very busy main road with sirens and exhausts blaring. The windows were not adequately sound proof. There was loud drum and bass music and shouting coming from somewhere, I suspect another room but never found the source. I went to reception to complain and ask to check out early and was offered a room in apparently a quieter part of the hotel. Why was I not offered this room when I checked in and requested the quietest room they had available? Terrible customer service and will not be returning.
