Very different than the normal hotels I stay in, but I liked it. The room is compact for sure, but in that small space my wife and I had what we needed. The in room tablet controls everything and is a blast. The 2nd floor common area is great! Lots of people working, having a cocktail from the bar, eating food from the restaurant. Great vibe. There are 2 outdoor patios, one is like a garden sanctuary and the other looks out over the hustle of Brickell. I did not visit the rooftop area, so can’t comment. The gym is just cardio…a few light dumbbells…with there was more. Location in Brickell is fantastic. Tons of dining and shopping. Also, super close to the Metromover and Metrorail (that is how I got here from the airport. Price…totally fair, zero complaints.

The hotel is cute, clean, and in a great location! The only downside is that it doesn’t offer parking, so we had to use public parking, which was both difficult to find and quite pricey.

Excellent location and helpful staff. First time staying in this hotel chain and have to say we were pleasantly surprised. Rooms are unique and you are able to control lights, blinds, and other amenities with an Ipad. There is a rooftop pool and bar. Had a pleasant stay before our cruise.

My fiancé and I loved our stay here. The room was extremely clean as well as the common areas in the hotel. The rooftop pool was my favorite, the view of Brickell from up there is breathtaking. Thank you to the staff for making our stay pleasant.

Great location! A few points off for cleanliness because the cups in room were not cleaned and hairs in the shower. In town for a concert and the location was amazing. Wonderful restaurant choices and everything was open late. I normally stay at the beach but this location has so much nightlife to offer!

This is not a four star hotel; the room floor was filthy, the ipad to control the temperature/ac was broken, and they did not fix it for the duration of the stay despite us asking twice, the app to control the room kept crashing and we had to login again and again. They also did not have a sewing kit upon request.

I stay in CitizenMs alot and this is my second time at this one! Great area, parking is very difficult and expensive just a heads up, but very close to public transportation options. Rooms are SUPER dusty; I would set something down for a few hours and it'd have a layer on it, which I've found consistent with CitizenM designs, so bring a travel air purifier if you can. Barista was so kind, they make the best caramel lattes I've had! Wifi was pretty shotty, had to use my hotspot for reliable connection instead.

We had a very rough experience at this property, we were very disappointed as we have stayed at CitizenM properties previously. Parking was an absolute nightmare! After misinformation from a desk agent and over an hour looking for parking following our late flight arrival, we checked in. Check in was smooth however, our room ended up being a handicap room (not needed.) The whole room smelled like toilet water; the AC barely worked, tv barely worked, toilet hardly flushed. We decided to leave the stay early and check in elsewhere.

The rooms are like tiny dorms, very very small. The king bed is pushed up into the corner , with three walls against the bed. To look out the window you have to crawl/ stand on the bed. Not practical for adults or seniors. One would have to crawl over the other person to get in/out of bed. Had to ask about a larger room and when provided it was an accessible room - with adequate space and normal size one would expect, especially for the price No coffee maker or complimentary morning coffee.

The room was as small as a closet. In fact, the width of the room is the length of the day-bed. There is no place to sit other than the bed. The desk is tiny. The sink is tiny. the shower is almost as small as the European tube showers. And, the wi fi did not work in the room.

Citizen M Brickell is small, central hotel in the heart of Brickell. Check in is easy. It is safe and walking distance for everything in Brickell. You can use uber to move to South beach, Wynwood, design district. The only issue that I have that TV didn’t work in my room.

Smallest room we have ever stayed in. With of the room was equal to the length of a king sized mattress. The bathroom was in the same room with an opaque glass surround open at the top. Cruise ship rooms are much larger.

While the rooms are very small, they are extremely clean and well thought out. Everything in the room is controlled via an iPad which was very convenient. Shower was a decent size for a small space and the black out curtains were great. It was a bit loud at night as you could hear the music from outside. This is in a lively part of Miami. Very walkable.

A good hotel in a convenient location. The room reminded me of a cruise cabin (virgin voyages to be specific). Small and compact but comfortable. I traveled solo so the room size was great for myself. Not sure how I would enjoy the room with a partner for more than 1 night. I would prefer to opt for something bigger. You can use the tablet in the room to conveniently control everything from lighting to temperature. Also, interestingly enough, I check myself in and out- (receptionists were nearby to assist but it was cool doing it on my own). Definitely what I would label a smart hotel.

The hotel was amazing. Check in was so seamless, the easiest checkin I’ve ever experienced. Alan, who works at the Brickell location was so sweet and very personable. He made me feel comfortable, instantly. The hotel was so clean and conveniently located. I’d stay here over and over again!!! It was my first solo trip ever and they made it a great experience.

I love this property it’s Amazing. Coby took care of me on my last day Making sure check out was seamless. Brandon also was very prompt with all request that I had and Nathanial at check in was amazing even when I came in late I was able to have a quick check in. I’m definitely going to be coming here again.

I had the absolute best time staying here. Check-in was super easy and quick and the staff was very welcoming. I Love how the space is set up and it is such a clean environment to be welcomed to. My room was perfectly set up and clean. I just stayed for one night on my three day vacation, but I will be back for a full three nights stay the next time I visit. I would also love to become a member just based off of how everything was presented, very different and stylish atmosphere.

This CitizenM property of the roughly 6 now that I have stayed at is the weakest link. Overall service and response to issues could be greatly improved. Steph seems not as engaged with the CitizenM way

The staff here are terrible. The rooms use iPad's to control everything, and ours was defective. After we checked in we left the room, didn't use the iPad at all. When we returned that night, the iPad didn't work. The hotel said they'd come pick up the iPad... 30 mins pass, I call back. They ask me to bring it to the front. They can't fix it and ask for an hour to bring me up a replacement. about an hour later they bring a replacement up. No sense of urgency, it's 2am I want to close the curtains and the lights and go to bed. Same thing with check in/out. It's expected you do everything by yourself, the support staff were not happy to help. Poor experience for a luxury hotel.

I checked in past midnight. The check-in process was terrible, as nothing worked. They have a self checkin system that didn't find y reservation and later wasn't able to read my credit card. When I made it to my room, I discovered that my bathroom didn't flush so I went back down and asked the snarky night manager for another room. He told me they had none (even though I saw on the hotels.com app that they did). I called hotels.com and asked for a solution. They spoke with the night manager to ask if the reservation could be cancelled, and he said yes. I asked them not to cancel it, while I seek other options, however the snarky night manager unilaterally cancelled it, leaving me locked out of the hotel and without a room. The whole thing was a complete disaster, but the snarky night manager was visibly enjoying himself. You could tell that he was a small man who had never has any power in his life, and all of a sudden felt drunk on the power he had over a tired, unfortunate guest. I ended up leaving for another hotel, and will never step foot inside another crappy Citizen M property ever again.

We loved the cozy rooms. The convenience if the Brickell, Miami location. We found the room unclean in the shower and the headboard. We also struggled with the pool bar not bring open at all on Saturday that we could see. We were told by staff the hours werre 12 pm-10pm, then we were told it didn't open until 4pm. We went both times and ir was not open. We were disappointed as we wabted to sit in the sun and have drinks. We made a lot of trips to the rooftop for nothing.

Such a Sophisticated stay. Perfect location in Brickell and great amenities. Check out the rooftop pool for sweeping views. The bed and room is cozy and refreshing for the tired business traveler. I got the breakfast, which is worth the upgrade. Overall a perfect stay and would definitely come back again (already booked my next stay).
