Love the bed and the bathrooms. Breakfast was unfortunately not included so didn’t have a chance to try it. Cheltenham was great - unfortunately the hotel is a nightclub at night and the noise was incredibly loud. I wish the check in staff had advised of the loudness and offered to move us. We were given the “Expedia room only” so I imagine it was louder and smaller than the pictures online because we didn’t book direct, which is unfortunate. I feel hotels shouldn’t discriminate when being booked using a third party site, especially at the price point of this hotel regardless of booking direct or third party.

Lovely hotel close to the best of Cheltenham. Our only regret was that we got to stay for one night and the residents bar closed quite early. The basement bar was open late but open to nonresidents, so was very busy on a Saturday night!

I checked in and told reception my car was parked in front of the hotel, I gave my registration plate and they told me parking was valid until midday the following day. The next morning I found I had a parking ticket on the car. When I went back in to the hotel they told me that in front of the hotel was not covered. I informed them I was not told this when I checked in, even though I had said where I was parked and neither was I shown the map of valid parking areas which was now being shown to me. They didn’t offer to pay the fine and seemed sceptical that I was not shown the map or told that in front of the hotel was not covered. I felt offended that they doubted what I said. Why would I have parked there if I had been informed of this? An upsetting experience badly handled
