Nice stay, good service, good location. All the good stuff they got right. Room size poor and generally didn’t feel luxurious or 4-5 star. Gym still closed but could use somewhere else for a supplement, not ideal. Would stay again if at O2/Canary Wharf.

We had a fantastic night stay at Tribe. The bed was super comfortable. Really easy to get to the O2 and central London. Parking in Canada Square was very convenient. Would recommend.

Great location. Modern, clean, lovely lobby, excellent lifts. Only thing would be the rooms (if not city view as I can’t comment on those) are VERY small and dark, lovely decor, modern, clean, comfy bed, but small. Didn’t matter to use we were home when it was dark and we were out most of the time but just to be prepared!

It was a nice property overall and in a great area. The rooms were kind of small, no fridge, no microwave, and no gym (20 quid for a day pass). Rooms were cleaned daily, new sheets and towels daily, nice staff at the front desk, great safe location.

Fantastic new hotel. Check in was straightforward, staff polite and friendly. Didn't eat there but the bar was good for cocktails. Only negative was although the room was ready early, a £20 charge would be made to occupy it. We declined to pay that as we were going straight out again but they did store our luggage for free so it was no big deal.

Had some issues with electrics - a broken kettle kept blowing the fuse - but it was sorted out quickly. Lack of any facilities was a bit dull, no gym or roof terrace, only noisy hotel lobby and restaurant. TV which was bolted to the wall so no HDMI access.

This was my first time in Tribe and the check in staff were lovely. One staff member training and one supervisor they were both kind and patient it was a good first impression. The room was small but everything was there with a clean bathroom and a good shower (can be unusual in London). All in all only a 1 night stay but id come back.

Room was very small (which was known up front). Glasses were not exchanged each day but hanging towels were. Biggest issue was not being able to use the HDMI port on the TV for our ROKU stick. Casting option works but is inconvenient compared to the HDMI option. Front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. Very close to the Canary underground station.

Ideal location for concert in Greenwich. Short distance from Canary Wharf tube and shops. Room was very clean and bed was comfy. Pillows were really soft. Bathroom had decent shower. My only criticism was the size of the room. It felt like I was staying in a cube as it was as high as it was wide. It was so small there was just room to manoeuvre around the bed and no real space for bags or clothes, other than short hanging. Missed having a chair to read in. There was a tiny desk/bedside shelf with a hard school like chair. This was a city view room. I think the atrium view would have been a depressing room to stay in. We didn’t eat in the hotel, and had breakfast out. Be careful getting dressed as windows are full length and rooms look straight into another building…..but it felt safe to stay in as a mother & daughter and despite the size I would stay here again.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and very clean. However, I booked a room with a King bed and instead got something smaller. Room was extremely small. No place to lay out your luggage to unpack other than on top of the bed. No fridge so we weren't able to keep any food to snack and we were there for 7 days. No nightstands - Only one small plank of wood which served as both a nightstand top and a desk. No drawers to put your clothes away so they lived inside our suitcases.

Always our go to hotel when we’re attending anything at the O2. Rooms are a little on the small side, but fine for short stays. Beds are super comfortable and air conditioning works a treat. Granted we didn’t put a do not disturb on the door, but the cleaning staff tried to enter the room twice before 9am, which is a bit of a rude awakening. No need for them to do that when we’re staying 1 night and check out is at 11. They charged me for the room twice! But the helpful member of staff in the morning quickly sorted it with a refund.

Lovely hotel. Stayed numerous times, had some issues on our last stay. Management reached out to us, and as we already had another booking for this stay, they went of their way to make up for it. Upgraded our room, and gave us a brownie and free drinks to celebrate my birthday. Top notch customer service. Perfect hotel for events at the O2 arena. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience, from check in to check out. Friendly staff, upgraded our room as was wedding anniversary. Lovely note and treats in room and free drink in the bar. Very modern, comfortable and in a lovely area. Very easy to get to with several transport links.

We checked in late due to this being a work stay on this occasion. We were met by a very unhelpful man at the desk called Chirz. It was late and we were tired. Chirz mumbled, and was not clear on the check in process. He was not helpful at all and he made what should have been a very quick and easy check in a very painful experience after a long day. HOWEVER, everything changed when we met Joelle in the bar. She helped us to find a nice table, she helped us choose a nice bottle of wine efficiently, as she could tell we were tired and hungry. Our wine fairy returned promptly and kindly helped us out with some snacks too. Joelle was smiley and helpful and was the locate end of our day. Thank you Joelle!! X

Most of the staff were extremely professional and very friendly. There was one staff in the restaurant who was outstanding. Her name was Joelle. There were 2 hostesses who acted like they were above everyone, including guests and staff. They seemed to always be counseling staff in front of customers. They need to be counseled on supervising skills, if that was what they were doing. We were there for 2 weeks, so we were very aware of what was going on.the front desk staff and cafe staff were excellent too. We were sad to leave.

The rooms are small but comfortable, and the location and price are good compared to similar options in Canary Wharf. We had a fire alarm in the building on my most recent stay, and I thought the staff handled everything well (explained why we couldn't go back in to people trying to reenter the hotel, guiding people to the outdoor heaters, giving updates, etc.). They don't seem to accept one-day reservations but this has become my go-to when I'm visiting London on weekends.

Tribe is a really great hotel for a short city break in London. Ideal location in Wood Wharf in Docklands with excellent transport links. The rooms whilst small are very clean and have high quality wash products as well as a decent hairdryer. The staff are always extremely helpful. Lots of good places nearby to eat and drink. A highly recommended hotel.

We were warmly greeted by Evan who was very helpful, friendly and informative. We felt welcomed by the whole team and the vibe and energy of the place are great. We would definitely stay again. The tube is close, nearby restaurants offer nice and varied choices and it’s a clean area and feels quite safe to walk during day and night. The rooms are cozy. Not super spacious but lofty and comfortable. The breakfast is quite good as well!

Nice hotel! It was a fairly last minute booked but was still cost effective. Location is great with loads of food and drink options near if you don't want to eat at hotel. Signage from the tube made it easy to find.

Checkin/ checkout easy, lovely modern hotel, small rooms but all you need for 1 or 2 night stay. Comfy bed, large bath sheets rather than tiny towels. Great smelling bathroom toiletries. Good selection at breakfast including decent baked beans. Would recommend adding another toaster to be used as bit of a wait to make toast. And, slightly rude/abrupt bar tender in the evening - perhaps she’d had a long day?

What a weekend! Arriving to a lovely note and upgraded room as it was my 60th. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We loved the restaurant and had lots of vegan options! Would highly recommend anyone to stay here. 10/10 for us

Stylish hotel in a great location for going to the O2 arena. Breakfast was great, the check-in, hotel staff, and room cleanliness were all top end for scores. Only negative was the price of takeaway stuff from the cafe - I know it’s London prices but the mark up was OTT.

We had breakfast and the cook breakfast was cold and it seemed that it had been there a long time. Had to asked for more coffee in the room as we only had x1 coffee and x1 sachet of milk took over an hour for the hotel staff to bring us some more up. The room we stayed in was on the small side and it looked like it hadn’t been finished with painting the ceiling was half painted. Not were to really unpack your clothes not enough cupboard space

Nice hotel in Canery walf but turned into a disappointment. on arrival was given a room that was not made up , this was quickly rectified however disappointing. Do avoid also the tribe bar and breakfast buffet as very expensive and not worth it as quality and service also so so poor!!! :( Asked for a cup for tea to be told they were all in wash cot given a fruit juce glass asked for beans and eggs three times as buffet had run out and they never got replenished, payed for top quality but better service in a holiday inn express.For breakfast jump on tube to tower bridge or O2. as plenty of options there at less than half the cost. In the Tribe Bar bill for 1 x G&T and a small coke £18.75, two packs of crisps £5, , breakfast buffet £50.63 for two and choice very poor and food quality also disappointingly bad and service worst I have experienced so would not recommend hotel for food or drink as on these they were shockingly poor on value and on service. For sleep quality excellent but for food and or beverages do use other outside options.
