Great location and decent property. As a family of five we had the top floor room, one main bedroom and 2 sofa beds in the living area inc. a kitchen. All appliances worked well but wifi was intermittent. We requested a wifi boaster/ dongle and the quick response was impressive in sorting out our issue. One bathroom which is good and practical. Overall a bit of a squeeze with a young family of five but the younger ones ‘enjoyed’ counting the 87 stairs to the penthouse! Location for Kings Road and surrounding amenities cannot be beaten. Short walk to Knightsbridge (History and science museum). Royal Hospital and Army museum short distance and can easily walk to the new Battersea Power Station.

The bed is the worst thing I have ever slept on. Cardboard would have been better. Aside from th fact we got very little sleep the location is perfect. Lots of great food close by. But I'd never stay there again because of the bed.

The internet on this property did not work and the property once we arrived did not answer a single message The amount of necessities such as toilet paper they gave us for our stay were not enough. While the place was clean, there were lights that didn't work a piece of the floor that was broken. Overall it was a terrible experience from start to finish.

We paid for the superior apartment and simply didn’t get it. Booked 8 months in advance. Communicated multiple times before the stay with property and they never mentioned that our apartment would already be booked by someone else. They instructed us to go into apartment “6” and when we walked in the apartment was filthy. So filthy that we thought someone else was already in there. Beds unmade. Sheets dirty. Crumbs on the floor. Bathroom messy with hair everywhere. Property manager showed up the next day to “resolve the issue” but didn’t have a clue as to what we were talking about. It seems like dishonesty about booking availability might be trend with this property. Read the other reviews. If you have time to cancel, just book somewhere else. Awesome neighborhood though!
