Conveniently located minutes from Kings Cross Station. Friendly welcome, we were able to leave luggage while we went out exploring. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Rooms were typical London sized. Fully stocked mini fridge with drinks and snacks. Coffee machine and microwave in room. There’s also a communal dining room with coffee machine if you ordered in.

I chose this place because it was well-reviewed, affordable, and close to St. Pancras. It was exactly what I needed, only a five-minute walk to/from the station, with all the amenities I needed, including A/C (which worked great), outlets for devices both at a small desk and next to the bed, and an iron and ironing board. I had the room right off the lobby, but after closing the door between the entry hallway and the bedroom, I heard none of the lobby noise. The room was small, but a bit more spacious than I'd expected, with an actual closet where you could hang clothes. There was even a little kitchen area with a microwave, although I didn't use it. I liked that they provided water bottles and some snacks in the mini-fridge and that it was all complimentary! (I only took the water.) The bathroom only had outlets for shavers, so I had to use my hair dryer in the bedroom, which worked out fine because there was a mirror next to the electrical outlet. Other than St. Pancras being nearby, Soho was about a 20-minute walk away and other streets with restaurants and shops were also a few minutes' walk away. I would definitely stay here again (and in fact I've already booked it for a week from now).

The Suites is very well located just 5 minutes from King’s Cross and St Pancras Station, which is great for travelers arriving at Heathrow Airport. The hotel looks new and cosy, and there are many restaurants located close by (we especially recommend North Sea Fish Restaurant for its fish n chips). The family suite which is located on the top floor has more than enough room for a family of four, quiet and well equipped with amenities including a small kitchenette. Perhaps a little pricier than other options nearby but well worth the price for its great location, quietness, well maintained facilities and convenient dining options. Highly recommended!

This property was by far our favorite hotel in London! The central community room with complimentary coffee made this property feel like home. The free in room snacks were a bonus, and the easy walk to the Eurostar made this hotel our favorite!

Very nice hotel with a brilliant location a single block from the Kings Cross tube station. Room in excellent condition top-to-bottom. A nice touch is that they provided a fully-stocked mini-fridge with many different drinks and snacks: ALL FREE. I haven't seen that in a very long time. There was also a microwave, a kitchenette sink, some clean dishes and utensils. There is air conditioning in the room, and it worked fine. There were three beds in my room (one queen, two singles)--more than enough for myself ;-) The linens and cleanliness were good. I would call the mattress itself only average in comfort, but that's probably the only ding I'd give the room. In the shower you have squeeze bottles for shampoo+conditioner and for shampoo+body soap. Next to the bathroom sink, there's a squeeze bottle for hand soap. There is ample storage in the bathroom, including a ledge for your stuff. There's also a partitioned closet to hang your clothes. Given the price and location, this is a winner.

Great hotel very near station but on a lovely quiet street. Very helpful staff (both reception and housekeeping). Room very clean with comfy beds. We were greeted at the door by staff and were pleasantly surprised by the little tour we received of the hotel! There is a great little dining/gathering area downstairs. Our room was conveniently located on the main floor and was stocked with a great supply of snacks. We were grateful to have a clean, comfortable stay with a little kitchenette. Fixtures were modern and the guys at the desk were great to answer our questions. It’s so close to St. pancras that we’ll definitely stay again!

Stayed in most of the hotels in Kings Cross St Pancras, easily one of the best at the moment. Condition of room seems to be new, even the Tv, lift was really nice as I had a very heavy bag, and guys at the desk are super friendly and helpful, beds were also nice and firm. They did my laundry for me as well in less than 24 hours and it was super cheap, I think this is my new address when I'm in central .

I liked that it's close to King's Cross, though small, the room was enough for me and my family. The only thing that I didn't like was that they did not clean the carpet everyday (I stayed four nights) you could see that it was dirty as days went by. Also, I used the same towel all days, not sure if it was something to do with sustainability or just tbat they didn't change them.

Lovely property very close to Kings Cross, within walking distance. Staff polite and pleasant and room clean with air conditioning. Only negative I can say is that there was no fresh coffee in the room as advertised (we had to go to the communal dining room for hot drinks). The staff explained that they didn’t have a delivery that day. Also, no microwave in the small kitchen area of the room. However, we would definitely stay again.

Very clean, especially the bathroom! There was a lot of nice tile in the shower and it was spotlessly clean, I was impressed. The room was not huge, but was fine for our two day stay- the kitchenette was cute and had a mini fridge stocked with a few treats. There were a couple of plates, coffee mugs and utensils, which could come in handy. And there was a sink too, it was great! The bed was comfortable, and again, very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, we would stay at the hotel again any time.

Rooms were EXTREMELY small (friendly staff understood the problem and moved us later on during our stay, but the room were so small we had to take turn using the room while the spouse waited in the lobby…)

We have stayed here before. It is a very nice property across from Kings Cross and St. Pancras Stations. The only issue during our most recent stay was that our room faced the stations. Pretty noisy! The interior windows don't close all the way (most historic properties have modern interior windows inside the original windows) so we were forced to wear ear plugs all night. But that's life in the big city sometimes. Our room was spacious and upscale.

The room was appointed nicely with a refrigerator and a microwave. The king bed was very comfortable. It is very convenient to Kings Cross/St. Pancras. The staff was great. Only negative is that it is not very quiet.

This property has 2, 3, or 4-star options. We booked the 4-star suite, but our room is in the basement level. I’m not sure if all the 4-star suites are in the basement, but I would expect higher star suites should be in the higher levels. It comes with some free snacks and drinks which is nice, but the suite is a bit small for 4 ppl. The room is generally clean and comfortable. It has a spacious common area but we didn’t have a chance to use it. The location is excellent with just 5mins walk from King’s Cross St Pancras station.

Very difficult to review. Location great. Very clean and very attentive staff service. However to describe a room as a suite when there isn’t room for a chair is a stretch. Microwave- great, crockery-great but nowhere to sit other than the bed. Big disappointment!

The rooms were incredibly tiny, we could only go sideways around the bed. The air conditioning was non existent. During a heat wave. On a positive note, staff was very helpful and courteous. Always someone available to help or direct.

This hotel is located in an excellent area, close to the underground station for local and international travel. We literally rolled our suitcases to get there. We were also able to hop on the underground train to get to other locations very easily. The staff was very helpful. I had to teach a class in the middle of the night (California time), and they helped me to find a location that was quiet and would not bother the other guests. Also, I left one of my items in the hotel room. They called me and helped me to make arrangements to have sent to Amsterdam, my next location. The rooms are cozy. The shower was great, even though it was a bit small. There were free snacks in the refrigerator. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.

We arrived with a massive family group. Early for a check in. The lift was under repair and the staff was amazing. They accommodated our entire group. They carried everyone’s bags to their rooms. We had a 2 bedroom which was perfect. Complimentary food and beverage in the room fridge. This is a great little hotel perfectly located right next to the train station. Get a High Room Floor to avoid train noise. CHEERS to the Staff!!!!!

Stayed one night because of location. Arrived on early flight from US and needed a spot near Euston station for a morning train the following day. Able to arrange for an early check in (with fee) which mitigated the time change somewhat. The hotel is a bit cramped but very clean, quiet and convenient. Very close to British Library and the British Museum is easily walkable. The bed was super and Shuk who was working the desk was extremely helpful.

Great hotel very near station but on a lovely quiet street. Very helpful staff (both reception and housekeeping). Room very clean with comfy beds. This is one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had as a family of 5!! The customer service was impeccable. They stored our bags early while we were sightseeing and brought them to our rooms while we were away. There’s a lounge you can hang out in if you need a hot cup of coffee or tea before your room is ready. The room has a mini bar and they offered many complimentary items. We loved the extra beds in the room so each kid had their own spot. Extremely convenient to Kings Cross/St Pancreas to get anywhere you need to go. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The Suites is very well located just 5 minutes from King’s Cross and St Pancras Station, which is great for travelers arriving at Heathrow Airport. The hotel looks new and cosy, and there are many restaurants located close by (we especially recommend North Sea Fish Restaurant for its fish n chips). The family suite which is located on the top floor has more than enough room for a family of four, quiet and well equipped with amenities including a small kitchenette. Perhaps a little pricier than other options nearby but well worth the price for its great location, quietness, well maintained facilities and convenient dining options. Highly recommended!

Conveniently located minutes from Kings Cross Station. Friendly welcome, we were able to leave luggage while we went out exploring. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. This property was by far our favorite hotel in London! The central community room with complimentary coffee made this property feel like home. The free in room snacks were a bonus, and the easy walk to the Eurostar made this hotel our favorite!

Very nice hotel with a brilliant location a single block from the Kings Cross tube station. Room in excellent condition top-to-bottom. A nice touch is that they provided a fully-stocked mini-fridge with many different drinks and snacks: ALL FREE. I haven't seen that in a very long time. There was also a microwave, a kitchenette sink, some clean dishes and utensils. There is air conditioning in the room, and it worked fine. There were three beds in my room (one queen, two singles)--more than enough for myself ;-) The linens and cleanliness were good. I would call the mattress itself only average in comfort, but that's probably the only ding I'd give the room. In the shower you have squeeze bottles for shampoo+conditioner and for shampoo+body soap. Next to the bathroom sink, there's a squeeze bottle for hand soap. There is ample storage in the bathroom, including a ledge for your stuff. There's also a partitioned closet to hang your clothes. Given the price and location, this is a winner.

We were greeted at the door by staff and were pleasantly surprised by the little tour we received of the hotel! There is a great little dining/gathering area downstairs. Our room was conveniently located on the main floor and was stocked with a great supply of snacks. We were grateful to have a clean, comfortable stay with a little kitchenette. Fixtures were modern and the guys at the desk were great to answer our questions. It’s so close to St. pancras that we’ll definitely stay again!

We booked the family suite for our weekend visit to watch a concert and it was a great stay ..Its a 10 minute walk from Euston and a few minutes walk from kingscross and at st pancras . Its on a quiet side street in a safe location. The room was perfect for us all and it was lovely and clean. It has hairdryer and iron for easy travelling. The complimentary snacks and juices were a great touch. I'd be more than happy to recommend it and stay there again .

Only negative I can say is that there was no fresh coffee in the room as advertised (we had to go to the communal dining room for hot drinks). The staff explained that they didn’t have a delivery that day. Also, no microwave in the small kitchen area of the room. However, we would definitely stay again.
