Stayed 2 nights

I was so excited to stay but was a bit disappointed. The air conditioning was broken for our two night stay and the room was 26 degrees. The staff said it was out in the area, but it was still uncomfortable and disappointing. Additionally the pool was closed for a private event one day. Not sure we would stay again.

We love this hotel. This is the second time we gave stayed in two years but the children's swimming policy is unbelievable! We booked the hotel before the policy changed and Nathan was fantastic at assisting us, breakfast was fantastic, but I still feel that the hotel needs to decide whether it wants to be family friendly or not (swimming between 6am and 12pm only for under 16s is not family friendly). The policy is you cant swim before you check in on the day of arrival and you have to check out by 12pm so that gives you 5 ish hours of swimming in order to check out on time. Let's be honest parents are not waking their child/children up to swim at 6am in an outdoor pool. The pool is marketed as the main event.... unless you have children then unfortunately a short swim is your only option. Lots of other hotels we have stayed at have adults only times and I truly respect that but the narrow window and the no swim policy before check in IS anti children. There should be, at the least, an hour or so, slot in the afternoon maybe around 4pm. Only then would we stay again. I know this feeling is also mirrored by my friends and colleagues who have also previously stayed and would no longer considering staying with this policy in place. Please review and reconsider!

Stayed 1 night

Good location, upgraded to a 1 bed suite on arrival for our 1 night stay. Room was large, clean and modern. Minor issues: the lifts take a long time to arrive. Multiple other guests made similar comments. The light switches in the rooms are trying to be too modern and therefore not straightforward. Finally, we visited the pool on two locations. Both times I noticed that the staff don’t keep on top of removing old towels/empty glasses. I probably wouldn’t stay at this property again, but overall I would still recommend it.
