Only criticism would be the lifts. They sre just so frustrating in how they operate. So many guests met inside them with the same frustration.

The breakfast was amazing, and we will certainly be returning for that alone! Pool was very quiet with fantastic views. The only disappointment was that we were hoping to enjoy the views in the bar on the Sunday evening, but it had already closed at 9pm!

We had a lovely stay. Staff were excellent & helpful. Room was fine. Not huge but we weren’t there for too long & it had everything we needed. Quiet overnight & good black out blinds & couldn’t hear the train. Rooftop pool was too busy to use on Sunday & couldn’t use Monday as had aqua aerobics. Good breakfast.

Allow too many of the public to come and take pictures at the pool when hotel guests are trying to make use of it. Feels more like a free for all rather than a luxury experience considering the price for a night. Won’t allow drinks or food to be ordered or eaten poolside. The over all place is beautiful but they need to do some tweaking and could have a pretty space and exclusive venue.

What a beautiful hotel!! Our room was gorgeous, the rooftop pool was amazing (and warm!), sauna and steam room great, and fabulous breakfast. Loved it all.

booked for the rooftop pool only to be told by email two days before the booking that the pool would be closed two afternoon/nights for a private event. Weather was terrible but not the point and to be honest I would have gone somewhere else if I had enough notice, Rooms are well appointed, but very small. Excellent shower

Lovely hotel. Rooms very comfortable. Shame our view was train lines. Quiet considering next to train station. Negative pool at top of hotel and spa facilities in the basement and lifts are a nightmare. Took 20 mins to get between pool and spa!

Digital pass didn’t work so had to queue for reception. The pool only has six loungers so most people are on the wooden floor. Then the bar is so busy it took 45 minutes waiting for our drinks and went to check and they had not even been prepared. Manager was rude and unable to refund for no reason. Whilst at the bar multiple people were complaining. Pool feels like you are at a zoo with a constant stream of people coming and taking pictures and walking all around your personal belongings, not relaxing. Try use the pool early to avoid this. Breakfast was ok and room was clean.

Super stay at this hotel. Really conveniently located easy parking access with EV charging. Lovely hotel. Great roof to bar and pool. Will go again. Friendly staff particularly on reception

Rooms very small and the bathroom was lacking in quality, tiles with some mould on. Bed was really comfortable and paid the extra for a view which isnt worth it, you just get a view of the train track below which despite being high up is quite noisy. Sadly lacks the peace youd exprct from a 5 star hotel. Also the soundproofing was really poor. You could hear people in the corridor as if they were in the room. Location was brilliant, really safe, lots of security around and next to the tube

Nice hotel. Very unique decor and nice rooftop pool. The service standard was average. Checking in was disorganized, restaurant staff were consistently slow, and housekeeping came very late in the day after we had already returned from a full day of sightseeing in London.

Fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel. Clean, fresh even smells wonderful on arrival. It was my birthday treat and I was greeted with a card and welcome drinks. Given a room upgrade with a great view. A fantastic meal at the restaurant with again wonderful views. The staff have to be mentioned, everyone was polite helpful professional and cheerful. A really wonderful stay, huge thanks to you all youre doing an amazing job. More than happy to recommend Art 'otel, I'll be back in the summer to enjoy the roof top bar and pool with a view!

Beautiful hotel. Great staff, room was wonderful. Pool is amazing! A couple of negatives: - Got up for an early morning swim before work but couldn’t use the pool due to a yoga class being held there. Pool was one of the main reasons for choosing the hotel. - Put on one of the robes from the wardrobe and found screwed up paper in the pocket which suggests it hadn’t been washed! Bawk! Had to check out in a rush so didn’t raise it at the time, but thinking back that’s pretty gross! Other than that lovely place

Room wasn’t serviced. No clean towels or water. Really disappointing.

The pool area was unkept and wet towels and glasses uncleared for hours: Was kicked out of pool at 6.45am for a ‘private event’ despite no prior notification. Want my money back! Lifts have a mind of their own Had to ask 3 times for ice over dinner and sent main back as inedible and bitter tasting Stayed here 30 plus times and worst experience so far.

Rumble of the passing trains kept me up/woke me up. Air con in the room, to try and mask the outside noise sounds like a chinook helicopter hovering overhead. Lift and room controls are ridiculous- just give me a card key! Not very impressed for £300 per night.

We had a fantastic stay. The staff are all so friendly, comfy beds, nice showers and excellent breakfast. The rooftop bar and pool is the absolute highlight. The bedrooms are on the small side but for an inner city hotel with so much to do in the area you don’t want to spend too much time in the room. Thanks for a fabulous stay. We will definitely come back again

train sound terrible

Had the most wonderful stay. The staff are incredible, friendly, warm and accommodating in every way possible. Room was clean, beds comfy and high tech room controls. The rooftop pool is magical, could do with being a tad warmer but we loved using it. Hotel itself is just a wonderful space to be in

It was okay, but not great for the price. Lots of little annoying things. Light controls, constant hum of the a/c, no wine in fridge, no instructions for the technically inept, hard pillows.

The hotel is in a great location with lots of things to do, great shopping and great restaurants around. The hotel itself is very basic. Rooms are very small. It feels very “Vegas” type hotel.

We traveled with our 3 month old and this was a great location for families! You step out of the hotel and are surrounded by nice restaurants and stores. Very convenient if you forget something in a pinch. It’s a little far from some of the big attractions, but we enjoyed taking the water taxi and cabs to view the hot spots of London. The property was clean and well appointed, my only complaint is that the hallways are dark and our room continuously had issues with the lights. They kept turning on and off during our stay.

The hotel was amazing, the staff super friendly. Bogdan and Renata made our stay extra special and my friend and I had the best birthday celebration weekend. I cannot thank you all enough for making us both feel so special :-).

hotel is new and clean, but staff needs more training. It took 45 min to haev the luggages brought downstairs and almost missed the uber ride.

Expensive for cheapest room in a smart hotel but I was hopeful of an excellent experience. Shower room Toiletries were lovely as was the softness of water. However, service was lacklustre, reception were friendly at check-in but I had to ask twice for the empty shower room body lotion to be refilled, the Joia restaurant particularly unwelcoming despite us being hotel guests, we were told to wait for others to leave a bar that wasn’t full, the receptionist essentially looked tired at 11:15pm, as if we were asking too much of her to enter the bar. London, our hotel rooftop restaurant with a bar and a few guests, and we had to queue, so we left, as did a couple of ladies who arrived just after us, who were also told to wait. The breakfast selection was average, my Eggs Royale was cold and staff forgot one of the choices ordered. We asked for alternative to coffee machine coffee, it’s an expensive hotel, and were happy to receive 2 cafetière, one cafetière was dirty on the lid and I think the coffee came from the machine as it tasted weak and watery. I didn’t bother asking the staff to change anything by then. Our experience felt like we were people passing through, no warmth in service, very impersonal throughout the hotel accommodation, no recognition of guests, who paid over £300 for a small room for one night. I didn’t see any guests in that hotel, who may have paid more, getting better service either. There was no personal touch at art’otel, I won’t be returning.

Disappointing late check in - having to wait 45 minutes beyond normal check in time as room not ready. Told it was upgrade but couldn’t see any difference to rooms stayed in before. Disappointed by not being able to get a table in the restaurant despite being a paying guest

Unfortunately we were kept waiting 90 mins past our check in time to get into the room. This is hotel 101 sorry

Beautiful hotel but poorly managed - issues with check-in and room, confusion over what was open and when, lacking it atmosphere sadly and disappointing overall.

Our stay was amazing Sabrina who check us in was so friendly and polite so helpful. She even went out of her way to get some balloons and prosecco

Fantastic weekend stay. Service was first class, rooms were immaculate, and the breakfast (choice and quality) and rooftop pool really made our stay extra special. Every member of staff were friendly and attentive, and we really felt that we got good value for money.

Nice hotel, great new neighborhood. But the staff was aweful. Naomi needs a holiday of some sort, she was stressed out and plain unkind. When i asked if everything was ok she responded hoffing place is packed, i said that s good for business right? She was plain rude. Breakfast took over 30. Min to arrive. It was a mess. There needs a proper training of guest services there.

Great location and accommodation.

The property is next to the amazing Battersea Power Station, lovely restaurants with outdoor seating, walkways next to the Thames, outdoor play areas for children, and the Uber Thames boat stops at the wharf.

It was well centered to shop at the Battersea Power Station and within walking distance of the Underground.

I quite enjoyed my stay at the Art’otel. The staff were friendly and room very comfortable. The train line was right outside the window but didn’t find it noisy. It’s in a great location right next to the Battersea Power Station and is close to lots of restaurants and transport. It’s also across the road from Battersea Park. The lighting is automated but very easy to use.

The room does not provide the facilities required to meet the hotel's star rating standards. The area around the hotel is good, with a lots of restaurants and shops. It’s a bit far from most of scenic places in London, not very convenient.

Incredible hotel and staff! Room was very clean and comfortable. Excellent mini bar. The area the hotel is in is a bit out of the way for London tourists, but easy access to the Tube. Lots of shopping, coffee, restaurants nearby. The sewage plant is very close by and the SMELL of the area outside the property is at times overwhelming. But hotel itself and everything inside is fantastic.

An absolutely delightful experience. The staff on reception were fantastic throughout the stay. Very comfortable room, not a hint of outside noise. The rooftop pool was great fun too, shame there isn’t a steam room up there! I’ll definitely stay again, the location is the only sticking point as it’s an expensive hotel for being in Battersea when there are similarly priced hotels much more central for similar money. Only let down was the food at breakfast. I was served an ice cold avocado toast, like it had been taken pre mashed and kept in a near zero chiller. Quite unpleasant to try and eat. I’ll have a fry up next time!

Very nice decor, roof top pool fantastic let down on breakfast no full English on offer and as such other dishes over priced I mean £12.50 for two boiled eggs and sourdough toast which was very dry need I say more

Great stay, near to tube station. Bar was lovely but expensive and a surcharge added. Roof top pool was fab. We are in Tozi, food was delicious.

Comfortable hotel with lovely rooftop pool. Do not recommend breakfast option as it’s overpriced and significantly better options are available nearby. On one morning our breakfast order took almost an hour and a half to arrive, at which point the wrong order was delivered. When enquired, the kitchen had since closed for breakfast, so when our original order was delivered it was fridge cold. Such inefficiencies appeared common to many tables at breakfast.

Didn’t use any of the restaurants. The pool on the roof was amazing but the spa was in the basement which is a little inconvenient if you wish to use them all. Great location and nice hotel. Room service menu was not great though.

We paid a lot of money to stay here and to be honest it just doesn’t stack up. Lovely roof terrace bar and “infinity” pool but that is it really. You can use rooftop bar even if you aren’t staying Restaurant on top floor might be nothing to do with them but is for social media people only. Looks good with a good view but food is expensive and very average.
