Check in and check out we’re both easy and efficient. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved the lights and the tablet room controls.

Citizenm Victoria station is in an excellent location. The rooms and hotel were very clean. The only down is that the rooms are very small. The bed we could only get in on one side. So I had to climb over another person. The shower too is very small. Kept hitting the walls. The room was a little tight for 2 people

I thought there would have been a kettle / drink making facility in the room for the price I paid, I took that as a given but there wasn't one. Also, the description states an iron / ironing board in the room facilities and in actual fact it's an ironing room on each floor. Bit inconvenient. Breakfast was nice but limited choices.

If you are prepared for a small room excellently designed for convenience, citizen, M will work for you. It did for us and the convenience of the room and the location convinced that we made a good choice. The rooms were surprisingly quiet, considering the busyness that was going on outside. The lack of room space was compensated by an excellent lounge area and bar. Now that the surroundings of Victoria Station are a lot smarter than they used to be, this is an ideal and safe base for walking around Westminster. Just don’t bring a cat to swing
