I really thought that you could get in without so many keys to be able to go up to the floors. I stayed so as not to lose my money but it is the worst experience

Room was clean as always. This time the refrigerator didn’t work and the remote was missing for the TV. They let you pay your deposit in cash which is great! They have vending machines and restaurants near by. I have always enjoyed staying here. Unfortunately, they have some sketchy people walking around because of the area (not their fault). Nothing bad to say about the property!

Great value. Not the best neighborhood necessitating keycard access to all areas. Comfortable bed and quality bedding. Staff were very professional.

In the parking lot, when they have an event, no parking for the guests. You have to park the back of the entrance, very far from there, but you have to walk down to the main entrance, so I don't feel safe

Property did not have a baby bed as stated on my reservation. The quiet time did not happen because upstairs people jumped around half the night. People smoking weed all over the property. We found a roach in the room. Charged 100 dollar deposit not stated upfront and added an extra 40 dollars over my receipt amount.

Before finalizing my reservation, i called up to see if the handicap chair lift for the pool was working and they assured me that it was indeed working. I made sure to reserve for a accessible room as well. When I arrived, I realized the back of the hotel which is the only place you can park has

The stay was great, except that there was no vent in the bathroom and no laundrey detergent sold on site. Also, the guest services button didn't work on our room phone.

Alexi Hotel has al the basic services one needs. It is simple, but clean and they provide all the items in the bathroom needed, except shampoos. They clean Tuesdays and Fridays. The location is great. They have a swimming pool and a gym, and meeting room. The internet in the bedrooms is quite efficient. The parking is free. The price was competitive and affordable.

My shower was not working neither my toilet they moved me to another room and the beds were not made it was just dirty!

Room 1: had a ginormous cockroach and the toilet roll had literal faeces on it immediately at check in. All was documented. I was then moved to another room. Room 2: water from the bathtub didnt drain and the microwave didnt work. When these issues were brought up to the manager/owner, he said he would refund me one day, and then would refund the full amount from Expedia's side IF expedia approved it. Expedia called, he said no we don't do refunds. They emailed me about it saying he refused to give them their money. I called them, they said theyd call me back, but as expected they didnt call me back. I cant make personal remarks towards any individuals, but what I will say is I have lived in a civil war where i was held at gunpoint, shot at multiple times, my school was bombed, and my apartment was hit by a missile. Im frankly fortunate to have left there with a few scars and PTSD. And id go back there in a heartbeat before booking at this establishment again. TO BE CLEAR: If he said no refund at the start id have no issues. The fact the promise was not kept is my issue.

Let’s talk about the “Queen” beds. The beds are full size. Nowhere near a queen. The king room was amazing! Housekeeping was very friendly. I will say they will clean everyday to make sure the hotel does not seem dirty. It does no good because the people on the third floor smokes cigarettes around their kids. That causes the whole floor to smell bad. You will hear the kids screaming like they’re getting beat on everyday. Everything was cool until one employee threw my state ID at me. After telling the general manager he started to be more friendly. Do not book room 386. It has mold on the window which made the room smell sour. When I asked the switch the general manager played like he didn’t know it was mold. Before switching to the room I was in 388. 388 had a problem with black ants coming in from the window. All the employees do is sit there and talk on the phone acting like they do not see people in the lobby. The girl with the mask was having a whole argument and cursing while I was sitting in the lobby. The dude that works overnight walked off from the desk to go get In N Out. A new customer came in while he was at In N Out and stood there for 10 minutes before he came back. I was informed nobody can leave the front desk if the manager was not there. The manager wasn’t in at the time when he left. The dryers in the hotel does not work. The ceiling is about to fall in the wash room. There is one creep that walks around the whole hotel with just a towel on.

The room was clean. However, the tub was very slick and I almost fell. I also encountered a roach during my stay. The curtains did not close so it was very bright all night from outside lighting. And some kind of machinery was being used during the night. I only get 5-6 hours sleep between shifts, so I was not pleased that I could not sleep.

there was no hot water

The smell in the room was completely like someone smoked in there. And they sprayed some strong stuff in the bathroom. There was somebody’s underwear somewhere around the room that was found that the cleaning people never saw when they cleaned it before we go in.

The room had wet carpets which we had to put towels on the tile, we almost fell because our feet was wet. I appreciate it was very clean but they should have dried the carpets before putting guest in there first. The lady in the floor above us stayed up.all night and kept us awake. Sounded like she was bowling. I would stay again but hope it was quiet and not wet.

This was not a very pleasant experience. We booked a room for one night, the first thing we saw when we arrived to the room were two roaches. We switched rooms, however it did not give us peace of mind. The hotel has a strange smell throughout, which they try to mask with air fresheners/scents. Just the whole vibe was icky.

The hotel was remarkably clean and fresh smelling and the same applied to the room…but OMG! My biggest disappointment was the lack of hot water during my two day stay. Kindly brought my concern to the front desk and explained for medicinal reasons I needed hot water and regardless of how long I let the water run, the temperature never got hotter than Luke warm. Was told that was as hot as the hotel would allow it to get for all rooms…very nice hotel but if you’re wanting hot showers…go somewhere else.

Property didn’t look like the photos, it’s run down, reeked of marijuana in the halls. Paint peeling off walls, floor uneven, holes in the curtains, shower curtain was torn, chair had leather flaking off, and don’t recommend a room by the outside door. Door scraps and squeals every time it’s opened and slams itself shut

The guest room was nicely remodeled, relaxing and spacious.

Only thing I didn’t like was my room was by exit and you can hear everything

We had an event in the area and this hotel was in a good location. The bed was not super comfortable, but the room was clean and the building was in good shape. Would stay here again if I have any future events in the area

2nd time staying here and I think is becoming our favorite place to stay while going to Medical City. Beds are super comfortable, restroom and room areas big.

I was originally placed in room 264, which was a lovely room, with a beautiful view, and I liked being able to see my car from the parking lot. But at midnight I was woken up by a person above me. It literally sounded like a kid was running up and down the hallway or in the room above me. I could not sleep ALL NIGHT! I literally had to call the front desk and ask them twice to please contact the people above me to stop running. I am a nurse, and in Dallas to work four 12-hour shifts. I need my rest to be able to do a good job in healthcare! Im not the person to complain because thats all i ever hear at work. I notified the gentleman at the front desk, to which he let it be known that those people above me practically live there and there have been MANY complaints every time someone stays in room 264 because of the people on the 3rd floor. Needless to say, I think it's pretty obvious that room should be blocked off. As soon as I came back to the hotel from working, I requested a room transfer, which was EXTREMELY inconvienent! I am already drained, and would just like to relax, but instead i have to pack and move everything to the 3rd floor. The whole time I was packing my things, the person upstairs was already starting...running and stomping around non-stop. I could not get out of that room fast enough! I really wish the manager wouldve responded to my email with my complaint.

Nice stay, it's clean and bed is comfortable! It's simple not a lot of amenities; but it fit my needs. There are a lot of homeless people in the area around here; sadly it seems to be that way in a lot of places around Dallas. So far, we've had no problems. If you are traveling by yourself; just keep your wits about you.

It was great until someone down the hall started yelling Fbombs at his wife and it went on for WAY too long, They took a break but started up again. I couldn’t help but wonder if it was someone who lives on the property as no one seemed to do anything about it.

The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment I checked in. The room was clean, tidy and fresh. I was able to relax after work, it was calm and quiet. I will certainly return during my next visit!

Horrible service , sketchy people in and around the property , unwelcoming smell, rude staff, they tried to double charge me for my stay and demanded a 100 deposit. They charged me $15 for checking in 25 minutes before the check in time ( without my knowledge)

From start to finish this hotel stay was a fiasco. The workers are illiterate and rude. There were prostitutes walking through the parking lot. They charged me for smoking when no one in our group smokes. We definitely don’t recommend, nor will we be back.

I’ve got mobility issues and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable

Terrible hotel. No house cleaning on the weekends so no towels or anything given to you. Trash not even taken out. Front desk was rude. Found bugs in my room and when brought to the front desk they told me they couldn’t help me.

Clean and staff was friendly

The staff was very helpful and accommodating towards me, and the hotel was pretty quite, my room was very clean (with working air conditioning) so I had a very pleasant stay for the price!

Unfortunately I do not know her name but the fabulous lady at the front desk that works in the morning time is amazing! She is always on top of her stuff and so sweet just so helpful whenever I need it she is an absolute diamond and will make me come back to this hotel over and over again thank you!

I visited on business. Very convenient and easy to commute to the city, with both main highway intersections nearby. I would definitely recommend it. Thank you!

It’s an okay place to stay. Be careful where you park your car. It’s not the best area. The hotel is fine. Location not great.

The car next to mine was broken into over night. The hotel room next to us was so loud all night long. Banging on the walls, running down the halls, yelling at each other in the halls, screaming, laughing. I’m all for having a good time, but not at the expense of others. The room was humid all night, no matter the temp of the AC. Would not stay here again. Wish I could get my money back.

It was an average stay. Nothing too bad worth mentioning but, the hotel did seem old. We were a bit disappointed that the restaurant was closed for repairs and wasn’t informed. The staff seemed tired & overworked but he helped me with anything I needed. The room was also average & appeared to be clean. But, it was obvious much attention hasn’t gone into the upkeep. The thermostat was practically falling apart & we didn’t have a remote in our room to begin with. A few minor things but, worth mentioning nonetheless.

Totally fine for a cheap hotel adjacent to a large freeway interchange. Convenient to loads of fast food.

The room was very clean and comfortable. No food or dining service but there are a couple of places around to get a bite. Please step up on the room amenities especially the soap and other items in the bathroom. The location is a little bit crowded but we felt no threat or scare.

The front desk was rude, they made us give a big deposit, there was a big roach in our room. The did not offer breakfast, not even coffee, no ice available either. Bad choice
