We chose to stay at this property while visiting Holland for tulip time. It was nice to get away from the crowds to stay at this property. It was so new and updated with cute decor. The breakfast had a decent number of options. The pool was nice and the salt water was so much nicer than chlorine! Overall it was a nice stay and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

Disappointed that there was no hot tub, pool was small and not mo itored at all. No instructions on how to operate the heating and cooling system, poor quality pillows. Next time I will bring my own. Overall it was a very nice place and we will return again.

Annually my husband and I take our kids to this location for a break in the cold. Sam checked us in and they were very welcoming and friendly. The pool key card reader wasn't working but we only needed to get someone from the front, which they happily obliged. The pool area was very clean and although the water was a bit cloudy, our kids had a great time. The room was clean and quite large. The kichenette, we didn't use, but was well maintained. Then breakfast which was overall disappointing. We arrived down around 8 AM and were one of three families there. During the hour down there, i only saw the bacon refreshed. The regular coffee had to be asked twice for it to be brewed as it was empty. The waffle batter was never touched. The sandwich station was stale and cool to the touch. All this while the employees stood near the desk talking the entire time, never leaving even as more and more guests arrived. Overall, a very disappointing experience where we've been normally very impressed.

My first expression of this hotel was a positive one! The employee at check in was polite, respectful, and was quick and efficient in checking us in! I wish I would have caught her name because she deserves positive recognition! The hotel is a newer one and our one night stay was great! The only thing I would say that could be improved was the chlorine level in the pool; needs to be less!

This hotel is a very nice hotel. It is clean and the rooms are spacious. The hot breakfast every morning was good and there was a variety each morning. The hotel is right off the freeway but in a quiet area. The 24 hour fitness facilities were clean and easy to use.

Our room had a cannabis vape pen in it when we checked in, sitting on a desk shelf. Any of our kids easily could have gotten ahold of it. Additionally, there were dirty used balled-up pairs of children's pajamas and underwear in the dresser drawers, and the bathroom vanity had two used kids' toothbrushes, two adults toothbrushes, and their personal toothpastes. Clearly we were not given a clean room to stay in.

The room was super spacious and clean. Not sure what was up with the shower, the water preasure was too low to run the main shower head so you had to use the wand to shower. Breakfast was good but busy so items were running low but just shows how many people enjoy this hotel. Other then that, the stay was great.

Everything was in perfect condition. Rooms are huge annd very comfortable. Only stayed one night, in town for an event. Our event was downtown GR only 15 minutes away and this hotel so much cheaper than downtown GR. New hotel built in 2022 and everything still looks brand new. We arrived early and were able to checkin immediately. Very friendly staff. No complaints whatsoever.

Room amenities were good but couch and bed were very uncomfortable. Decor was like a box of crayons exploded - nothing matched. Sheets were pilly. Decent breakfast. Overall adequate. Expected more for the amount charged.

We stayed at the hotel M-F. The room was nice and spacious with nice refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, etc. The only issue was water pressure in the shower was poor - had to stand there for a long time to get wet and rinse out hair. Otherwise - a nice place to stay.

The staff was great. Just in the room, the blackout shade was missing one side of the runner. We notified the staff and they said maintenance was off until Mondays, we stayed Friday night an Saturday, so we went to Walmart and got a roll of masking tape and taped the blind down on one side, then it was dark in the room. Other than that the room was great, huge bathroom and kitchen area with a huge fridge and of all things a garbage disposal in the sink.

The rooms are pretty standard and clean. Beware if they put you on the first floor. We ended up listening to people in the pool until 10:30 pm as well as very loud road noise from motorcycles, trucks and any vehicle that passed. Woke up this morning and the room smelled like the kitchen bacon, eggs, etc. Definitely would not return. I can't imagine we are the first people who have felt this way.

I cannot say enough good things about the Manager. We were staying there due to a storm that knocked out our power. We were told we would not have power for 3 days so I booked for 3 days. When we found out we had power, the manager cancelled the last night without issue. So thankful for her!

When we checked in they didn’t have a room with 2 queen beds available as we booked so they gave us a room with 1 bed and 1 pull out so one couple had to sleep on a pull out vs an actual bed.

A little further out from places to eat/things to do. Also the staff was not very helpful. I don’t know if during our stay they were just short handed but it was near impossible to get someone at the front desk to help with questions. Even checking in took forever we had to ring a bell for service and we could see behind the wall the lady just sitting there it took her forever to come up and greet us.

A very clean location in a new / developing area at the outskirts of Grand Rapids. It is conveniently located within walking distance of a nearby Dunkin Donuts and close to a gas station for quick fill ups before or after the next leg of your trip.

Room was clean and had basic needs. Location was right off interstate. Front desk personal were friendly and knowledgeable. The Breakfas service was a lot better than a typical con breakfast. It was plentiful and they constantly kept it orderly. Lots of options. Room was very clean and organized .

Hotel is in a quieter area near medical facilities. Home2 Suites is always nice and clean with wonderful amenities. Only drawback is the breakfast. Lots of carbs and the eggs for the sandwich were not flavorful. Dunkin' Donuts is walkable from the hotel and that may be a better option.

It was good. Continental breakfast was not good. Waffle mix was empty so when it was refilled it was too thick and didn’t come out good. Toasted a bagel but the toasting part wasn’t on so bagel wasn’t tasted at all. Not a very good selection for breakfast to choose from. It was busy at breakfast time and I feel like hotel staff should’ve been prepared for that

The hotel was really nice. Well appointed, clean and very modern in appearance. The free breakfast was nice, though the eggs were named more as a tribute. in my opinion, as they weren't really egg in flavor or texture. Our only real complaint was the neighboring room was full of underage children (our guess would be in the 4 to 10 year old range) with no adult supervision. Beginning at 6am they started screaming and running around, crying, fighting with each other, etc. It wasn't until closer to 9am when we finally heard adults enter and begin to restore order. By then, our morning (and thereby our stay) was ruined. We were at an event a few miles away and didn't get to our room until almost 2am. Hoping to sleep in, we instead eventually stumbled our way down for coffee, then checked out.

As with other Home2 I have stayed at it was a fantastic stay. Breakfast is a grab and go style that is hot but I prefer buffet style offerings. This would be my only nit pick. It's definitely better than continental breakfast. Also this property was close to many other dining options that could be drove to within 10 mins. Highly recommend this chain and location.

The property looks new. Our room was amazing — very spacious, and clean, with many upscale amenities. The hotel was quiet, despite what seemed to be a capacity or near-capacity crowd. The only disappointment was several items on the breakfast bar that were cold, and should’ve been hot.

Clean, comfortable and perfect for one overnight stay. The breakfast was just slightly above average which I view the average as "not great" (had bacon - rare). Convenient for Grand Rapids area. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it.
