For $70 a night with breakfast I really can't complain. The place was comfortable but the elevator was dirty and smelled liked cigarettes. The staff was very welcoming and the room was clean and accommodating.

The stay was ok I did't have any issues But the breakfast was so simple Not too much variety Just simple powder egg with no flavor Can beans .. They did not have variety of fruit Or more items.... I believe that with a good breakfast with more variety It wll be an attraction to customers, because they would want to book at that hotel... Prices are not to cheap to serve that way.. Also another recommendation is the water in the pool was too cold.. They should regulate the temp so customers can have a good time and enjoy their stay....

Was it going to write a review until the manager made me mad. She blamed the ice machine being out of order on customers filling up coolers and handheld ice chest. And I felt like she was singling me out as well because I had a handheld cooler. It took 30 minutes to get checked into the property at nearly midnight. The room was clean but the floor in the bathroom look like it was lived in. Breakfast was overly salty and everything just looked lacking.

The hotel's elevator kept getting stucked. Twice we had kids get stucked in the elevator and the management didnt have good customer service. They are going to charge for cleaning the room, what is the point of a room service and the breakfast was awful. i will not stay in this hotel anymore and also for the safety of my kids, i will not advise anyone with kids to stay in this hotel and if you do, do not use their elevator.

Room was dirty. They need to do deep clean. We rented two rooms. Both were dirty. Break fast was ok. Usually, beagal is common in break fast. They didn't have this common things. Usually, in room, in 2.5 star hotel, you have USB ports. They didn't have. In bathroom, they did not have exhaust or didn't working. So, after shower, it gets all mess. Reception, in evening time, guys never even stay out. They don't have ring bells so you can call them to come outside. They are not friendly. On check outday, i wanted like 4 bucket of ice for my cooler so i can keep food safe for my 4 year old son. They came and told me that this is not for cooler. I told that i m not filling entire cooler. Just need 4 buckets. They told, it's not for cooler. See, we had 2 rooms. Needed 4 bucket of ice. It's fair.

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the restroom. The tub was stained with some type of black “stuff” as was one of the towels. It was probably stained and not dirty, but needs to be dealt with because it looks so bad. Also, there was no inner flat sheet on either of the beds. Did not feel comfortable sleeping against the comforter which may not be washed after each patron.

I have always interested best western . This in particular location was just absolutely disgusting. Room was not properly cleaned. There was clothing tags must be fine from previous gas along with earring in the restroom. On top of that the tub was disgusting. The bottom was brown and dirty. Looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. There was still hair in the tub and on top of that there was roaches. We didn’t to the motel until later on at night, so there was no time to find an alternate place, especially when we had to go to sleep early due to my father-in-law‘s surgery early in the morning. Extremely disappointed. At checkout couldn’t even find anybody at the front desk to talk to them. If not, I would be requesting a refund or partial refund never again will I go to this location?

The gentleman that helped us at 1230 am was very nice and took his time to help us. The only down fall of this hotel is you can see it needs to be refurbished in certain areas. Some of the metal is rusted out and the carpet is very old. The bed was very confortable and the second room probably could use more lighting. But the price point and what you pay for is well worth it. I will be staying here again. Oh also, the water pressure was awesome.

The check-in process was a tad slow. There should've been another employee oran automated check-in procedure. The hot water wasn't hot at all. It was barely lukewarm. A hot shower is always pleasurable after a long drive. I was glad rhis was a short stay. The exterior appearance is pleasant but room's interior is a tad outdated. I did like the fact there was a microwave and mini fridge in the room. The tv had no connectivity option for Netflix, Hulu, etc. I wouldn't visit here again. The price, free breakfast (which we decided not to partake in after the lack of hot water situation) and photos is what drew me in, but there are more choices nearby I would choose instead on our next visit.

When we walked in there were Qtips on the floor and when I took a shower the water was not draining properly. The next day there was black gunk in the tub as if the pipes were backing up. Needless to say we were unable to shower anymore. The receptionist was a very nice lady and she refunded us a night. They were also very gracious when it came to breakfast ad my disabled husband has a hard time walking they said i was welcome ro take it to him. Unfortunately, I doubt we will ever stay there again.

Spacious 2 room suite had comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet was good and there were plenty of tables. Staff were very courteous and we had no problems. Planning to stay there again in April.

Service lacked quite a bit. We asked for the bathroom to be cleaned since it looked like it was missed after the last guest, and it was never cleaned. We asked for towels to be brought to the room and they weren’t, so we had to go back down to the front desk to get them. We stay here every time we visit San Antonio, so it was quite disappointing.

When we first got there check in was incredible slow there is no sense of urgency at all. We accidentally booked our room for the following day because we were in such a rush to get a room because of the surprise trip. I quickly fixed the date no problem and then it took the guy at front desk 45 min to find out booking. He had us wait in the waiting room for even longer then asked out friends if we were still waiting as if we were just gonna get up and leave! Come to find out they charged us for two days due to the change even tho we booked the hotel same day and changed before the following day. We spoke to Travelocity and they tried to get out money back and best western denied that. This is by far the worst experience from start to finish. The front desk was just unwilling to help or do anything to help us. Not to mention there is huge cracks under the room doors and I felt very uncomfortable so I had to put towels down there to cover the big crack.

I stood at the lobby counter for 15 minutes waiting to check out and report an issue. I called the hotel phone number four times while waiting, and no one ever answered. The manager walked into the building 15 minutes later, from sitting in her car. Our bathroom was infested with roaches, on site management refused to reconcile or compensate, and off site management would not respond to emails.

We were welcomed by day manager and she was awesome! Very friendly polite and eager to help us with any questions we had. The rest of the staff were also nice and polite. Our room was clean and comfortable beds. I like they have cameras in the hallways and outside the building,making my daughter and I feel safe. Good breakfast and easy check out at noon! Yay we slept in late last day and was all worth it! Highly recommend this place

My experience was very bad! There was an incident at the hotel entrance, and the manager didn't call the police. He told us that as long as it wasn't inside the hotel, it was fine! A naked man was trying to open the car doors. Besides, we waited over an hour for the front desk man to check us in; I don't know if his computer was slow or if he was just taking a long time, but we arrived at 12 AM and needed to sleep, and we were there until about 1 AM until the check-in was done. The bed had hair, the sheets were stained yellow. The pillows were very worn and yellow with a bad smell, there was a terrible musty odor in the room. It was a horrible experience.

Location great close to Fiesta Texas. The building is clean and in good conditions. The mattress were too soft for my taste. The sofa bed was not great at all my kid was going to sleep on it and you literally feel the springs in her back we had to set the sofa back to a regular sofa and have her sleep on it like that instead of using the sofa bed. Breakfast is your normal continental breakfast. Eggs, sausage and waffles.

We stayed here for a family vacation. Having the 2 room suite was really nice. The beds were very comfortable. They have a breakfast of eggs, link sausage, biscuits and gravy every morning along with cereal, yogurt, bread for toasting and a waffle maker to make your own waffles. The staff was very friendly. The only thing we had a problem with and it is no fault of the hotel. The walls are fairly thin. The couple next door to us had a toddler. She talked very loud and the last night that we were there she cried pretty much all night long. We never heard the parents try to settle her down at all. Other than that the hotel is very nice.
