Can’t say enough great things about the Four Seasons Minneapolis. The friendliest staff anywhere, beautiful rooms, fantastic food at Mara, and we loved the spa and outdoor pool (summer) and chalet and sauna (winter) areas.

This hotel is perfection. Was a splurge that we decided to make because we wanted a rooftop pool. The pool was fabulous. Rooms are spacious, clean and simply gorgeous. Service is impeccable. You will not be disappointed.

We were wowed by our 1 night stay cation at the Four Season in Minneapolis. From the moment we arrived - every one we talked to was wonderful. They put us on the top floor and welcomed us with a bottle of champagne and card for our anniversary. The pool and hot tub area were just what we needed on a subzero MN day. The room was gorgeous- comfy bed. We couldn't be happier. We'll definitely be back.

Very, clean, comfortable and beautiful hotel. However, the night we arrived, there was an event near the pool deck. The pool area was crowded, guests staying at the hotel had to wait 25-30 minutes for service or a drink vs. the event guests. Guests using the pool area were also subject to other guests crowding the pool area for a fashion show.

We were treated warmly, offered champagne, the room was spacious with a spectacular view! It felt like the staff did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. Very nice to have an indoor and outdoor pool and several dining options in the building. We had a great walk to the stone arch bridge and some of the other close by fun historic sites.

Best hotel ever! Everyone that works there is angelic! And the beds and pillows and views and pool and gym…. I could go on. But the help there is even better- like seriously!!!! Only thing to keep in mind is to get to the pool kinda early if u want a chair. Otherwise there’s a waitlist. Worth it though!

Parking is a mess, my only complaint, other than that very pleased. Accommodated for my birthday and upgraded my room. The view was beautiful. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very clean. I will definitely be a returning.

Me and my wife chose this spot as a mini staycation to celebrate our anniversary and it did not disappoint. It started off with a glass of bubbly at check-in to having an unanticipated celebratory bottle awaiting us in our room. The room was comfortable and clean, just as the hotel amenities. The rooftop pool and bar was everything that we needed to give us an illusion of a vacation while being local. In all, it was a great experience, worth evening dollar spent, and would recommend this establishment to anyone.

For the four seasons, the room was not to their standard - scratched or marked furniture, entryway carpet loose and cracked glass/mirror…..otherwise, awesome pool, people and fitness/spa.

The staff were not train , the receptionist work also in coffee shop. I asked if they have boil the egg after half an hour they bring me fried egg. The room service was not good at all. They didn’t clean every day. They said every other day and they just clean a little bit. The rest of the bathroom or the areas were not cleaned. Stay dirty.

I stayed on the 30th floor after a room upgrade was offered to a nicer room. However I was woken up by loud music, stomping on the floor above us, loud tv and slamming closed a soft close toilet lid.

I didn’t like the lack of food that was available for morning, lunch and dinner. I get sustainability, but when it comes to using a towel, reusing one for 3 days is disgusting. I was dissatisfied that there was not an actual fridge. The views were beautiful. I stayed on the 13th floor, corner unit. The sunrise was breathtaking. Valet was very accommodating, so was the hotel staff. Room service was not bad at all, however, like I said, there is a lack of food to choose from. I would stay here again, I just wish it wasn’t so pricey. You’re welcome, J

We checked in too early and the room was not ready but they offered us a lift with their courtesy car to one of the local museums and we were noticed when the room was ready. The service was excellent throughout our stay. Amazing views over the city from our Skyline View room at level 29. The bed was excellent, the room was spacious and very well decorated, as were all the public areas.

From the minute we arrived it was a 5 star experience. The valet immediately sprang into action and gave us all the info we needed. At check-in we were immediately offered water in eco-friendly containers. We were also upgraded to a stadium suite (due to our wedding anniversary) with views of both stadiums for the Vikings and the Twins. We were then brought a complimentary bottle of champagne which was an unexpected surprise. We were offered turn down service which we declined as we had a late dinner reservation. And then we had a lovely breakfast the next morning and check out was a breeze with only a couple minutes wait for our vehicle. Easily the best stay in Minneapolis we have had.

Checked in our type of room that we booked ahead of time wasn’t available and staff out in a different less expensive room Said we would get 200 credit. Checked out and didn’t have credit on final bill. The 2 beds were very small and too soft. Bartenders not responsive or friendly. Dinner was average. They brought us the wrong dessert but us the proper one but didn’t take off bill. Hit and miss opening door. Made no attempt to help with bags. Will not go back.

Absolutely amazing! Upgraded room was a great surprise - I really appreciated Naomi & the team reaching out prior to the stay and to ask if there was anything they could do in advance. The views of the fireworks on the 4th of July were amazing from the hotel!

The Four Seasons of Minneapolis is the ultimate all in one for a sophisticated and exceptional experience. The food is some of the best I have had in the Nation, the service is second to none and the rooms are among the best I have stayed in. I have nothing but great things to say about the Four Season Minneapolis.
