Check in was fantastic. Nicole got me in early and had a very delightful and calming personality. The other morning concierge also was particularly accommodating and charming but I didn’t catch her name. The room was a perfect size for one (or two people) with a gargantuan bathroom and shower. The best was exceptionally comfortable and the room was very quiet. I wasn’t able to eat at the restaurant but it looked fabulous. The entire stay was really delightful and luxurious without any whiff of pretentiousness often found in 5 star accommodations. I will make this my go-to London stay.

Pretty property, however the carpet inside our room was very dirty, and it was never cleaned during our stay. In addition, the property charged the deposit fee at the beginning of the stay and when I checked out they provided an invoice for room services and eating at the restaurant inside the property, which totaled a higher amount. As a good accountant, I kept track of every receipt for food services provided but the amount they said they would charged didn’t tie to my receipts. I agreed because I had a flight to catch and thought I would review the invoice emailed to me later. Well, they processed three different transactions and none of the transactions total the invoice provided, or the total of them. They didn’t bother to send additional invoices or a revised one. I would not recommend it to anybody. Also, I got picked pocket outside of the property, and supposedly no one saw anything. Not a good experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while visiting London to see the Christmas lights around the area. The staff were welcoming and attentive, the room was very comfortable and clean. The room was upgraded for us which was a nice bonus as well! We picked the London EDITION for it's location and history with the EDITION brand. This visit did not disappoint and we can't wait for a return to this incredible building!

I booked the Edition for my birthday and the staff went above and beyond, delivering balloons, sweet treats and personal touches throughout the stay. I can't thank them enough for the amazing hospitality and for making it such a special stay. The hotel is beautiful, with spacious rooms and amazing design. The breakfast included with our booking was perfect. Will definitely be booking again!

I didnt like the bedding and also the pillows. Even after I switched from the soft to the firm pillows I did not take to them. Becuase of this it was difficult to fully enjoy my stay.

Was charged £72 for breakfast even though our rate was inclusive of breakfast. It was added after we had checked out. I phoned and was told to check with Hotels.com. I was shocked and insisted hotel should check. Later hotel emailed that credit was issued for overcharge. How is it possible for a hotel of this calibre to treat guests like this?

Check in was fantastic. Nicole got me in early and had a very delightful and calming personality. The other morning concierge also was particularly accommodating and charming but I didn’t catch her name. The room was a perfect size for one (or two people) with a gargantuan bathroom and shower. The best was exceptionally comfortable and the room was very quiet. I wasn’t able to eat at the restaurant but it looked fabulous. The hotel is beautiful. Staff was A+. Truly enjoyed my stay here. The two concierge were so helpful. My sister and I didn’t have any great plans so we headed down to the concierge desk for some assistance. They planned our whole weekend while we sat and enjoyed a cocktail! Love the smell of the soap at this hotel too! Would definitely return.

I am absolutely appalled by my experience at the London Edition Hotel. I booked my stay through Expedia, where I've been a loyal customer for years. I paid a non-refundable rate for two nights, only to be met with the most frustrating and disheartening experience imaginable. The entirety of Zurich airport was grounded on the day I was supposed to arrive, and a freak snowstorm in London closed the airports, making it impossible for flights to land. We didn't make it to London until our second booked night. Despite these unavoidable circumstances, the hotel coldly refused to refund us, stating that the booking was non-refundable and there was nothing they could do. Expedia gave the same unhelpful response. It's absolutely disgusting to advertise a luxury experience and then show a complete lack of human empathy and understanding in situations beyond anyone's control. There is always something that can be done to show compassion and flexibility, especially in such rare and extreme cases. I expected much better from both the London Edition Hotel and Expedia. My vacation was completely ruined by their rigid and heartless policies. I am extremely disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while visiting London to see the Christmas lights around the area. The staff were welcoming and attentive, the room was very comfortable and clean. The room was upgraded for us which was a nice bonus as well! We picked the London EDITION for it's location and history with the EDITION brand. This visit did not disappoint and we can't wait for a return to this incredible building!

I booked the Edition for my birthday and the staff went above and beyond, delivering balloons, sweet treats and personal touches throughout the stay. I can't thank them enough for the amazing hospitality and for making it such a special stay. The hotel is beautiful, with spacious rooms and amazing design. The breakfast included with our booking was perfect. Will definitely be booking again!

Liked The London Edition Hotel for its great location. Lovely bar and restaurant. Very good breakfast. Staff are very nice. Disappointed we didn’t get the turn down service as I told my husband he didn’t need to draw the blinds before we leave for dinner as someone would come to do it. Windows are not soundproof as hotel claims. Had to ask for ear plugs. Bed wasn't stable so when one tossed/ turned it would wobble
