The area around the hotel has a lot options for dining , shopping and entertainment. It is off of IH10 and easy to get to . The breakfast was okay , typical eggs , potatoes and sausage as well as waffles . I noticed a sign on the door leading to pool , it stated - closed for cleaning. I asked the front desk the next day , was told it is out of service due to maintenance.

Spent 2 nights at this hotel. It’s an older property that has been renovated. Rooms were very spacious. No carpet (which we like, for some reason it feels cleaner). Beds and pillows were comfortable, at least for a couple of nights. The shampoo/conditionder/body wash are in containers a little hard to squeeze so we were glad we brought our own. You can hear activity in the hallways but nothing crazy. Unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy the breakfast but it looked really good. Hard to find parking since hotel is between 2 other hotels with bigger parking lots, therefore we parked at the other hotel’s parking lot and walk to our hotel. Location was perfect for shopping and there are plenty of restaurants around the area.

The bed is clean, and the AC works. It's quiet, but the room is dirty. I see pubic hair on the bathroom walls. The doors and tiles in the bathroom are smashed. I don't think they wipe the walls or the table because the small table is sticky. I think they make the bed and put towels in the room, and that's it. Even the rugs are a bit dirty. And there's like a blue bubble gum in the ceiling. Staffs are okay. We did not try the breakfast. We stayed there for two nights. Will not come back. Parking in front of hotel gets full. We have to park on the other side of the hotel. But I think the parking lot is open for everybody.

Well kept and clean. Breakfast and service is great. The rooms are comfortable. The linens are fresh and heavy enough to keep warm without needing a heater. They have a small minimart stocked with travel essentials. The premises are generally quiet. The only improvement I would suggest is having some sort of privacy fence or bushes between the swimming pool and parking lot.

Overall, a nice place. Breakfast was good and the rooms spacious. Personnel were pleasant. Negatives included: Just a partial role of toilet paper in the bathroom, stains in the carpet, tiny, strange (no sun could ever shine on it) outdoor pool.

The property itself is beautifully designed. The rooms however, need more tlc before renting them out. My room had dead roaches just left on the floor. You can tell that they were there a while, and half the "complementary " things weren\'t there. No shampoo, nearly any tp on the roll that was in there, and smeared toothpaste from last guest.

Room was very dirty. Water and sprite bottles left behind from previous customers. Floor not vacuumed, found contact lens on the floor, some kind of blue plastic in the bed, under the comforter. The ac unit was covered with dirt on top of the unit….never cleaned. We called for more washcloths and were told they didn’t have any. Floors in hallway were sticky, elevator floor was so sticky my husbands shoe got stuck to the floor when he tried to step out of the elevator. Not sure sheets were clean. Breakfast was ok but more options would be better. The staff were kind, a few of the cleaning crew ladies were friendly every morning. Chairs/sofas in lobby were stained, dirty. The carpet in the room was disgusting. Holes in it, dresser/furniture has dings/dents etc in them. Marks on the walls. It shows that money is not being put into this hotel to maintain it. I feel this hotel will continue to deteriorate due to lack of up keep. I will NEVER stay at a Radisson again.

The Comforter had a slit in the bottom that made it kinda hard to use. We had to get another blanket just to make it though the next night. The pillows we're very very flat and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. This was our second stay and it wasn't nearly as good as our first.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in town visiting family for the Holidays and the hotel provided a comfortable, convenient stay. The rooms are large and spacious (which we loved), there was a descent variety of breakfast options, the staff made us feel very welcomed, and the area felt safe. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

It was clean, BUT the beds are very firm and the room was very hot no matter what we turned the AC to. We went to the front desk and told them about the AC but did not receive any help the guy said ok, and wrote our room number down. We had to figure out ourselves what was wrong with the AC because I refuse to sweat all night again… if I didn’t already pay for the room for 3 nights I would of left and found a different place. BUT if you stay and your ac is not cooling go to the unit and leave the flap up even though you can’t change anything there there must be a censor to kick on and off when we left it up the room cooled down and if it was down the room became toasty like 77-78 with no circulation but any ways I will not stay at this location or this brand of hotel again.

The curtains in room were torn off to where they couldn’t be shut all the way. My room was facing the front of hotel where there are a lot of lights. The pillows were all super flat as well. Woke up with neck pain

The lady at checkout April 16th 8am was very rude. She refused to give a receipt; I explained that when the reservation is made with "pay at the property" the hotel has to issue the receipt or invoiced; she refused it and I had to leave without a receipt. She insisted that Expedia would give me the receipt. it has never been like that when the Pay at the Property is selected. She even pointed that I was yelling at her, when I was just trying to explain. I decided to keep my mouth shot and left without receipt.

Jacob and David were great. The lady who worked overnight was rude and unprofessional. Their keys stop working often. We waited for 21 minutes for front desk to return. When she came. She is aw told it was ridiculous for us to be stuck in a hall for almost thirty minutes. She became confrontational. I told her multiple times that I was not doing that with her. I no suppose. Due to shutting her down and not engaging. She told me to check out. I ignored her. Her behavior needs to be evaluated. Maybe an addiction problem or she has to professional skills. Either way. Do. Better.

The hotel needs work for sure. there was unfinished drywall/paint on my bathroom wall. Faucets in the shower leaked. mattress felt hard and older. I constantly had to get my room key re-programmed. Staff doesn't smile or say anything much at all. Furniture is basic and cheap. No hair dryer in my bathroom, i had to ask for one. the breakfast was absolutely disgusting. I won't stay there again.
