Air conditioning had so much mold in it me and my son got sick. Also it was leaking water on the carpet. There was a bed bug under one of the mattress. Just a horrible experience.

We had such horrible experience! When checking in someone made a mistake and didn’t put the correct room number they had given us. On our third night the receptionist came into our room at 1am without knocking just turning on the lights and stating we were not supposed to be there and that she was going to call the police. I was extremely nervous and shaken up, knowing we did nothing wrong, we had our reservation confirmed. My husband got a horrible headache and couldn’t go back to sleep. We were there for work, not leisure. So imagine having to go to work all restless and still shaken up by that incident. The least they could’ve have done was given us a credit for at least one night. My husband had to go to the reception at 1am to get things clear. At least the girl apologize. But it was really bad. Not a nice experience.

Stayed 3 nights

I stayed at this hotel from July 24–27, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. My first room had a toilet that wouldn’t flush. The second room had ants and bugs throughout the room. I was then moved to a third room that only had two towels and no washcloths for three adults. I repeatedly asked the front desk for more towels and washcloths but was told they had none available because housekeeping wasn’t there and laundry hadn’t been finished. We were forced to share the same two towels for our entire stay. The hotel was dirty, with stained walls, filthy bathrooms, and floors that appeared not to have been properly cleaned. The conditions were so bad that we chose to sleep in our car on our last night instead of staying in the room. To make matters worse, the hotel deducted $40 from my $100 security deposit, claiming the two towels had black stains. They were simply dirty from normal use after we were forced to use the same two towels for three days because the hotel failed to provide replacements. I’ve contacted management Miranda about that 40$, but have received no response. I would not recommend staying here. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else.
