Pool has been closed forever!!! One of the lamps was broken. Service attendants are mute. Elevators are horrible!

Did not feel safe. Bulletproof glass on front desk window, feral cats outside, no alarm clock or standard channels on tv, weird blue stains on curtains, dirty water, constant car horns and sirens outside, pool was closed indefinitely, you need a key card to get into the building and the elevator, the elevator makes an explosion sound everytime you use it so you have to use the stairs which aren’t any better. If you value your life, stay somewhere else

The property looked NOTHING like the pictures online. The elevators were extremely loud and felt very unsafe, shook and lights flickered as they traveled. There were unexpected fees, an additional $100 that they promised would be returned and which I’m still waiting for 3 days later plus an additional $22 and change which O do not know what it was for. I checked out very early (6-6:30am), turned in my key to front desk and still haven’t been sent a receipt. I chose it for its location close to the event I needed to attend, but trusted the pictures online unfortunately.

Old hotel like abandonned. Elavator is unsafe. Too expensive for that.

Not sure where to start. If you were staying longer then one night this is not the place. Parking is very limited. The elevators are very noisy as you think you're not going to make it up to your floor. There are signs on the elevators stating only 4 people at a time the way they sound you wouldn't want any more on them. As getting for the elevators going to our room there has been holes cut in the walls that have never been finished. Holes in the wall in our room that has never been fix. The popcorn ceiling in the bathroom falling off. You will pay a $22 resort fee not sure why considering the pool and hot tub have not been cleaned in some time. We didn't see any other thing there that would call for a resort fee. The light that's just as you get in the room could not be turned off so the room was never dark. The ac unit worked great and there was plenty of hot water. Now Im sure you're asking why we stayed the night . We checked in and stayed for about an hour then went for dinner and then on a night fishing trip and didn't get back to the hotel unit 1pm.

This hotel was terrible. Extremely run down. 1 elevator that work w/4 person max. No stair access. Horrible smell

Only one elevator working. My room was on 6th of 7 floors. Located right next to elevator room. Super Noisy, had to sleep with TV on to drown on sound from elevator going up and own all night. Hallway smelled awful. Room filthy. stains on carpeting and bed sheets. Lamp on night stand could barely stay up. Bathroom filthy. Drywall spackle never sanded. They say you get what you pay for. I would have been better off sleeping in my car.

There is not enough car parking, (parked car across street) elevators out of service, room cleanliness is poor, smells disgusting, towels smells disgusting, and definitely waste of money.. I need refund and Expedia should not advertise this kind of property without any verification on amenities. The property listed on Expedia site looks nice but it’s dirty and lack of amenities when you stay.. Don’t do the false advertisement. Please let me know the process to get my money back..

There was mold on the bathroom we had to get our room changed it's very out dated rooms

Terrible experience and awful customer service. My hotel room was completely unsanitary - I found bed bugs and random hairs in the beds, making it impossible to stay the night. The staff was very unhelpful, and don’t even bother trying to call the hotel as no one answers the phone. I would not recommend anyone stay here. The only recommendation I would make is for a health inspection to be done.

Puddles of pee in the hallway, unsafe area around the hotel. Room smelled like cigarettes and mold.

Very dirty environment found 2 roaches on top of head board and carpet floor was dirty. Staff was very nice tho would not recommend this hotel to anyone

I really had a bad experience the worst experience I’ve had staying at any hotel and I travel a lot. There were no towels in the bathroom. There was no ice machine. The floors were dirty. I had to wear socks. I had to put down stuff to keep my feet from getting filthy the hallway was filthy. it was supposed to be a non-smoking Facility, but the smell of marijuana drove me crazy elevators needed maintenance. The walls are cracking. The bathroom was musty and enough said..

I couldnt sleep well because there were bedbugs and it was itching all night

Our flight was cancelled and this was one of the only places left with vacancy. We would have been better off staying at the airport. The room keys did not work. We needed staff to let us in the room, then couldn’t leave for fear we wouldn’t get back in. There was one towel and staff said there were no more. Mold on the ceilings. Damp and dank carpet. Faucet in the bathroom installed too close to the basin so you can’t wash your hands or rinse your toothbrush without touching the basin. Loudest and most inefficient AC. Overhead lights didn’t work. Only one lamp worked. Super sketchy and run down overall. Don’t love that they jacked their prices for a last minute stay so we spent 4x what the room usually goes for. Zero stars.

This is the worst hotel ever! It’s disgusting and smelly! Everything here is old fashioned and the elevator is a second away from breaking down !please I repeat please do not book here run away from this place ! Here’s a tip for yall knock this place down and rebuild it ,and get those stinky smelly mattresses yall have laying in the lobby out of there and put them on the trash dumpster ! I Drove from Lakeland to Miami and for a football game and decided to get a hotel for the night so I didn't have to drive 4 hours after the game. We checked in at 11:00 PM and by the time we made it to the door we were already thinking of leaving. The elevator door took like 20 seconds to open and close like it was a haunted house, the walls have curse words scratched into them and half the lights were flickering like the conjuring was about to spawn in. We got into the room and in the span of 10 minutes we found that we couldn't lock our door, saw a roach crawl on the ground, found mold on the lamp, tv remote non existent, tub filled with mold/rust, and we could hear everyone around us like there was no walls. We decided we would just take the ride home that night cause it honestly was disgusting and we did not feel safe at all. It then took the lady an hour to check out

Had to ring a buzzer to enter the lobby, line to the door to check in, employees behind plexy glass, real confidence builder. Room toilet didn't work I had to fix the toilet float, there electrical tape didn't hold!! Pillow was laughable 12"x12" approx more like a foot pad not a pillow. Noisey road racing sirens etc all night we finally left at 6 am to get rest at the airport!!! Not a good experience and not close to the airport.

Property is in disrepair. Old and antiquated. Peeling paint in the room. Heating/AC unit not working as it should. Only one towel for a double occupancy. Blinds/shades are old and were missing hooks. Elevator was scary to ride. Do not recommend. As a side note, property charges 50 dollars if you check in before 4:00.

It is very old hotel. Pillow life is outdated long time ago. I fill like several ball inside Pillow. One towel only. Carpets outdated inside the room. A lots of free parking outside. During week was reasonable price 68 can. On Friday they changed 4 times more $248 Can per night.

The things I did not like was only one elevator working the bathroom in my room. First first, the toilet was not working properly and the shower kept running water without stopping. Regarding the toilet I had to physically go in and flush the toilet by hand in the bowl. Other than that, everything worked out well. Service at the desk, move me in and out.

Although the room only had one towel and I have not received my deposit back from the stay, the front desk was very pleasant. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay, you can come here.

They charge 100 deposit and try to take saying you smoked in a smelly room all ready

I booked this room with hotels.com for a one night with my family. The room was extremely affordable and I knew not to expect much of the location. Upon arriving the woman in the lobby was not welcoming or friendly. She said my room was over 700 dollars which I did not agree to on the hotels.com app. The hotel stated they have the right to adjust the room rate but that is certainly not what I paid for. They were not accommodating and expected me to pay for that rate. I asked for my license back and left. I did not stay and would not be able to say anything else about this experience

Bad staff

This was HORRIBLE experience and I want my money back! As soon as I saw the rooms i refused to stay. Rude disgusting staff. Admitted how bad the rooms were. I am shocked at the rating they have and you all support them. Please see pictures below and let me know how to proceed or I will just dispute the charge with my bank.

I still have not received my deposit back & I’ve been reaching there number for days now

This Hotel is a scam, be prepar to pay $23 per night after paying your booking they will charge you when you check-in, be ready they will charge you $100 deposit, this hotel is expensive for no reason at all I paid $145 per night without taxes, plus other fee you will pay when you check-in. Room stinks, water is so bad I have hitched since until now I'm writing this message, no welcome gestures, no cup, no battle water to drink, poor quality bed. I will never recommend this hoter to no one

The checkin took long, the room was not equipped with any towels and i had to take the dirty towels downstairs before i was given clean ones

Hotel room was found with dirty sheets initially, desk stated shortage in towels and sheets so new sheets weren’t found. Desk was friendly and hotel was cheaper so I don’t expect resort standards but having clean sheets/towels is a must in a hotel setting.

Easy access to highways

Place is a health hazard. I felt like I was an inmate in the Chicago projects. Very sketchy area, the place is a slum.

Property not in the location or condition advertised. Did not feel comfortable with the location and much further than we expected. We needed to be further north for the next morning. Did not check in.

Dirty, noise! Very much in need of repair! Elevator sounds like it will fail soon, homeless people sleeping in the lobby. Not walking distance to anything. Worse hotel I've ever been in.

This property does not look like the photos at all. The whole place smells like marijuana. It's clean but run down and unsafe. There were hoodlums hanging out in the parking lot and looked like they were up to no good. There are signs all over the parking lot that says you can't back in. Usually a good indicator of the financial class of people that stay there. It's right next to a busy intersection so you hear the traffic and cops all night long. I'm still trying to figure out why they charge a $20 resort fee. Definitely will not be staying there again. Not a safe place to take children.

Listen, the hotel is old. The area is a bit ratty. My son and i needed a place to rest for one night before getting on back on the road ( I95), which is a few yards away. BUT, what surprise me was, how clean my room was, bedding and bath. Its not a Marriot by no streTch of the imagination. But, for quick rest, right by highway....it was "aight" One more thing. I always book thru expedia, this time i was too pooped, i just needed a bed. I was quoted $95 dollars for the night, that woke me up fast. I got it thru expedia for 74 buckx and it goes to my Onekeycash. Shout out to expedia!!

The hotel looked nothing like the pictures, and the area is very unsafe. Wouldn't recommend. We also had a bad experience with the management as they said one thing and they did another.

This property was conveniently located to the conference I attended. Walking distance to a lot of eating places, seconds to get to I-95. The area around the perimeter of the Hotel needs some TLC, however, I did feel Safe. The Staff was amazingly helpful, kind, and highly knowledgeable.

This is a real down and out motel. I wish I would have paid more for another place. I was worried my car was going to be broken into, the room smelled really deodorized… trying to cover another smell, and just overall felt unsafe.

Location of the hotel was good. It’s close to shopping and restaurants and the I95 Highway

Very disappointed, asked for walk-in shower for handicap got a high tub, difficult for my husband. One lamp out of three worked. No frig and micro, if so it $50 charge, carpet was torn and it had an iron burnt, no hangers, no Kleenex, no hand towels. Only two pillows, asked for two extra only had one available. So disappointed, even for $230 it was awful. Never had an experience like this. Needs to be updated big time.

After paying more then $124 a night to get a refrigerator and microwave they asked you to pay another $25 per night.

No blankets or comforters on beds or available at all. Kitchen closed, pool closed, 1 elevator broken. Water pressure in shower sucked and only scalding hot water. Charge a 22.50 fee for amenities that aren’t even available. Plus a 22.95 xtra tax you pay when booking. A $40.00 hotel costs you 125. Be aware when booking comps in area.

The lobby was grimy. Security desk blocks hallway 1. Elevator floor was broken tile, dirty. Bathroom tile is dirty. We did not see bugs— be careful. Someone knocked on our door at midnight to see if we were here. The pillows were like throw pillows. There were no blankets on the bed, which given the condition of the place was a blessing. There is no breakfast. The pool is closed. This should not be on Expedia!

The pictures that they show on the website do not look like what I see in person. First of all, the place is not safe at all! There are a lot of local people hang around the parking lot and building late until 3am talking loud. There are two elevator, and one of them is out of service as I open my room I noticed that the carpet is extremely dirty and torn. The showerhead is rusted. tile Is crack and dirty. The towel hanger is also rusted. baseboard molding is very dirty. The bathroom door is also dirty. They only give you two bath tower. We booked online and the website show that there is a refrigerator and a microwave but when we get to our room there was none. I asked the front desk how come I don’t have a microwave and a refrigerator and it told me that I have to book as a deluxe to get those and I told them that it did not say anything on the website that it ordered to have a refrigerator and microwave you have to book as a deluxe room. I asked them if they have some hot water in the lobby or somewhere I can get to make some hot tea and they say that they don’t have it. They charge me for resort fee and not providing basic necessity such ass, microwave, refrigerator, or hot water for customer to use. And I’m paying $130 for a rundown hotel. I am extremely disappointed and upset in their service and the hotel over all! Please don’t waste your money at this location. The owner have ZERO pride Or even care about the customers!!! I will never be back to support!!!
