North Miami Beach Gardens Inn & Suites

Once I walked in the room, there was a roach on the bed. The room was disgusting. It was a last-minute booking found something close, but I regret staying there once you walked in the room. The room had an awful moldy smell. I had to put $100 deposit don’t know why I still haven’t received my hundred dollar deposit. The lady in the front was a little bit rude, but I guess it’s for the area but the area should be better Service

After a 5 hour drive and exhausted, looking forward to a restful night, dragged suitcases upstairs because elevators were not working, had to go downstairs twice because door key didn’t work, asked for two extra towels and they only had one left, went to the car to get my phone charger and was surrounded by kids asking for money, walked around the corner of hotel and realized it was not a safe neighborhood, had to take stairs up again dragged suitcases and family (including my 86 yo mom) downstairs, returned the key and left. Had to look for another hotel and finally checked in at midnight

The Worst Hotel that I ever been in my life.

The bed was soft but I couldn’t sleep or stay there because of the infestation of roaches! The hotel is outdated and needs major repairs and upgrades!!!

Stains all over the back board of the bed, door lock latch broken off wall and unusable, staff was rude, no vending machines and bad smell throughout property, elevators broken. Do not recommend staying at this place.
